- Helena (10/5): - Super cute interior, rooms were spacious and clean. Right near bus stops and a short walk from the train station. There is a 24 hr Korean bbq restaurant sound the corner along with a 24 hr GS25 convenient store! Those were super useful when hungry or needed something to buy quickly. Many restaurants within a block or two, shopping areas only a few bus stops away. Super safe and quiet area. 10/10 would stay again!!
- Daniel (10/5): - My stay at Hotel Grammos was incredibly satisfying and I enjoyed staying here. It’s close to major areas and transit points for easy commuting, near multiple coffee shops and convenient stores within one block and even has a rooftop pool! The mini fridge was nice to store snacks annd leftovers. Overall, the room felt spacious, even though it was only a queen bed room. The Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet is a godsend. I stayed on the second floor and the area is incredibly quiet from traffic and people. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you!

- Jan (6/5): - This place is just a bed for the night, no restaurants no breakfast, only pro is it's accessable. Walking distance from everything. Otherwise the gym is poorly maintenaned, rooms poorly lit, no tea or coffee in room you must go to reception for it and even then there's no milk. The bathroom on my second stay was atrocious. The Shower curtains moldy, full of hair and just poor conditions. Also someone threw up on the carpet in the corridor/ lift area and it was not cleaned up over a day and half, I had to jump over this everytime I was using the lift...

- Tina (8/5): - Front desk staff were very friendly, honest, and helpful at every encounter. Our room was always cleaned very well and they provided all the necessities. There is heated flooring which was very comfortable. The only cons were that there was always groups of men smoking outside of the building or around the corner even though there is a no smoking sign. However, that’s out of the hotel’s control. The second con was that occasionally the water temperature was quite cold despite turning it to the hottest setting, but it only happened a few times. Other than that, we enjoyed staying at this hotel and looked forward to coming back to rest at the end of each day.

I wish there's English instructions for the two washing machines if they include the drying function. I didn't see any dryer in the laundry room.

Hotel is clean and comfortable for me.

- Miriam (10/5): - It was very nice place. Great service and help at reception when you asked. Pretty good level of English communication. Only one thing I would change to make the stay more environmental friendly is supply of the shampoo/shower gel. It comes in mini containers and if you are staying for 2 weeks it is lot of plastic especially with humidity and frequent showers. So possibly installing bigger bottles would make it easier for cleaners and environment. Great swimming pool at the rooftop - possibly morning hours could be sooner so you can have swim before your day, and lovely little gym available is always a plus benefit. Def recommend this place, great location as well to travel anywhere even to airport etc.

It’s really value for money and the location is excellent with lots of yummy food and nice cafes nearby and the train station is within walking distance.

- Kerry (6/5): - Seems like a hotel that was built with bigger visions, however, it looks unkept and drab. Large stains on some furniture, and bath tub had black gunk. The service was so-so, and not overly helpful. They management seems stingy, as when we asked for an additional towel or pillow, a deposit was repeatedly brought up.

They should have maintenance replace and not have guest bring the remote to front desk to replace battery . Safe was not reset and had no instructions.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and added to the enjoyment of our holiday. A short walk to the subway, we managed to explore a huge area of Seoul. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Very easy to get to subway station, and there is an airport bus stop nearby which takes people straight to Incheon airport from Gangnam The bed is comfortable. Hotel provided all the amenities apart from toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, can use a bit of touch up across the room. Plug sockets are old fashioned Korean sockets. No USB port or universal socket. I sleep without any lights on, so when I turn off all the lights, there is a little screen with hotel info on the wall just keeps light and there is no button to shut it down. This is a bit frustrating after a long day of meetings, I just want to get some good quality sleep. Due to this particular issue, I probably will not choose this hotel again
- paul (8/5): - For a hotel in this district of Seoul you really get your moneys worth. The hotel is less than 300 yds from Yeoksan Metro which makes getting about very easy. It is off a side road which makes initially a bit awkward to find but with Google Maps its ok. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. There is a 24 hr convenience store nearby and plenty of eateries and coffee shops. The pool area roof terrace is lovely especially after a long day sight seeing. Gangnam and the shopping dustrict is a short walk and lively of an evening and is perfect for all ages. Only one down side is there is limited view from the room and a steep hill when walking to it. But overall a good conveneient hotel.

I emailed them abiut possibly arriving after checkin because my flight was delayed few hours and they replied quickly with instructions. I did arrive few minutes prior to closing reception/front desk and greeted me with smile and were happy to see me. Hotel was quiet. My bed was comfortable, I stayed in a twin bed room, I only used 1 bed. Shower was great. Excerise room and laundry room were convenient. I didn't use the swimming pool. Hotel is close to airport limousine drop off and pickup, subways and bus stops. Many restaurants nearby and GS25/7eleven stores. I have 1 or 2 photos of the room but cannot upload at the moment.

- Wesley (4/5): Not a four star hotel - I thought I had found a steal when I found this four star hotel for the price. Turns out, this hotel is affordable because it really is not a four star hotel. The staff, service and location are great but the rooms are not. The room I had looked nothing like the photos. It had these tacky vinyl floors and no carpet like the photos. The baseboards were dirty and not well taken care of. The shower was full of mold (see photos). Please stop advertising this as a four star hotel.

- Milo (10/5): Best Hotel Destination in Seoul - We had a great time at hotel grammos. The staff was always helpful and friendly, the room was clean and beautifully designed with ample space. The location was good too, in Gangnam surrounded by many convenience stores and late night restaurants, we were never lacking anything. The price we paid for our stay was also of very good value, we stayed for 3 weeks and paid 40% less than other hotels of similar quality would have requested! I would like to give a big thanks to the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly to us during our stay. We will definitely come back again to hotel grammos when we are back in Seoul.

The hotel itself, is definitely older and a bit outdated, however very spacious. For the price they we paid, it was a good deal and great location. Lots of convenient stores, restaurants and coffee shops around. 4 min walk to the train station and it’s 1 train stop away from gangnam station and 45 min train ride to myeongdong and hongdae and etc. Great location if you’re looking to stay close to gangnam area!

- Danny (10/5): - Its located right where the gang nam nightlife is, so there are plenty of pubs and restaurants right outside or within walking distance. This hotel is 2 subway stations away from Gang Nam station, which is 10-15 mins walking distance. Traffic will be crazy during the rush hour and even on the weekends, so plan ahead if you plan to take taxi or drive out from here during the rush hour. They also have a roof top pool but it was closed during my stay in Spring time, so i didnt even get to go up and enjoy the view. Overall this place had the cheapest at the time of my booking. I had the 2 twin room and the mattress gave me a back ache. Their shower and toilet lay out was a but awkward but it was kept clean. My room had wall socket cover missing and paint on the wall was bit dirty. Lack to any large window felt bit weird but they have narrow window out looking next door building in my room. Overall i was happy with my stay.

- Nicholas (6/5): Ask for a nice rooom. - Let me begin by saying this is my favorite hotel. Nicest employees, rooms are cleaned wonderfully, good location, and usually affordable. It’s clear they are making gradual improvements and most of the rooms I’ve stayed in have been great. Updated and comfortable. Unfortunately I received one of the older, damaged rooms on my last stay…nothing like my previous stays. I wouldn’t avoid this hotel, I’d just be sure to ask for a nicer room.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Budget Motel - The carpet in the room should really be changed. There was some mildew in the bathroom and no housekeeping was available during my stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel entrance is located at the small backstreet so its bit hard to find (there was no light on the exterior) location is pretty good near to gangnam station very close to yeoksam station. Nice bed ! Large restroom ! My room has no view but they have rooftop pool. Cleaning staff is bit loud so i woke up very early :(
- Desuq (10/5): - Begin with the negative before the positive. The lack of toothpaste, toothbrush, simple coffee or beverage lack of availability are unfortunate. The negatives I mentioned are a little surprising since the positives are excellent which I’ll mention now. Very friendly staff (Good English), clean and cool room, comfy beds, high quality Bluetooth speaker, excellent pool on roof-top. This hotel is in a central location to get around Gangnam. Although the negative points I listed are a little Unexpected for this hotel. I would likely return to this hotel in the future if I am looking for a comfortable, comfy, and convenient experience.
