YUNG HUI (9/5): 簡單生活 - 工作人員服務態度很好，因有提出想要安靜且有對外窗的房間，飯店也滿足了個別要求。更棒的是還有附早餐，不用因行程問題還需特別外出覓食。 1.對面的房客開關門有點大聲，但還好只有一下下，沒有持續太久。 2.因閱讀燈（小燈）設置在電視及書桌桌子上邊，床頭櫃上如果有一個小抬燈這就更好了，這樣不用一直開著大燈。

NICK (8/5): 其實老飯店了~能維持這樣已很不錯,尤其服務人員素質都很好~最佳賣點~~ - 早餐很棒~雖然選擇性不多,但是好吃的早餐,地點也很好,出門就有小七根全家,吃東西也方便~~早點去門前廣場就可以停車,很優~ 其實大致上來說沒什麼不喜歡的~
Kuei Lin (3/5): - 位置方便，台中車站後站走路就能到，退房時間可以到12點很方便（但BOOKING上顯示11點前退，我們都是退房後才知道可以12點才退）整體內裝老舊，房間昏暗，冷氣不能調，空間大但東西擺設位置很奇怪，使用上不方便，像插座位置只有一邊床頭有，另一邊沒有，還有廁所馬桶跟衛生紙的位置不符合人體工學，然後浴缸裡有黃色污漬，不知道是甚麼造成的早餐普通，炸物是冷的，整體就是能吃但沒有太多記憶點另外房費部分落差大，提早預訂2200，當天一樣房型只要1600，落差很大，系統上看房間也剩蠻多的，建議大家如果不是熱門時間要住，不用提早訂房，當天再訂可能會便宜很多

Lothar (6/5): Zentral und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, aber nicht besonders gemütlich - Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig vom Bahnhof Taichung. Auch recht zentral, trotzdem schön ruhig gelegen. Sehr professionell aufgestelltes Personal, alle sprachen sehr gut englisch, waren auch nett und hilfsbereit. Abstellen des Gepäcks vor dem Check-In/nach dem Check-Out waren problemlos möglich. Das inklusive Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Das recht kleine und enge Zimmer hatte viele Flecken an der Wand, oben an der Decke in der Nähe der Air-Condition etwas, das schon verdächtig nach Schimmel aussah. Im Bad ein sehr großer nur notdürftig geflickter Riss quer über die Fliesen (Erdbeben?). Haare auf dem Boden. Waschbecken, Badewanne und WC waren immerhin recht sauber.

It was so-so on cleanliness and the walls were so thin that I heard every time the doors opened or closed near me and every word spoken in the hallway outside my door.

Сначала не хотели парковать мотороллер, хотя места на парковке много, в итоге разрешили заехать на подземную парковку. В соседнем номере курили, после нашей жалобы перестали. Холодильник в номере не работал.
