• 漢樺 (9/5): CP值很高的住宿體驗，旁邊有大遠百、三多商圈和捷運站，高樓的夜景漂亮 - 床鋪軟硬適中，一夜好眠；高雄圖書館總館的位置就在附近，很不錯的靜態活動場所 毛巾和沙發上的毛髮清潔的是時候麻煩留意一下

• Masamichi (4/5): - 交通の便が良く一階にコンビニもあり便利が良い。タオルの交換が正しくされなかったので不快でした。(レセプションの女性が親切に対応)予約日数、予約部屋も違っていた。いつもは同じ建物の別の施設を利用しているが満室のため今回ここを利用しましたが評価は低い。

• Traveling (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect, and the views from the balcony are stunning. The apartment was quiet, making it a great place to stay for 1-2 nights. The microwave works well, but remember to bring your own utensils and cutlery. The air conditioning and refrigerator worked well. The bed was comfortable. The overall appearance of the room was okay, but upon closer inspection, the floors and surfaces were worn, and the cleanliness wasn't the best. A light renovation might be needed within the next years... The room pictures showed a stove, but it wasn't available for using.
• Pei (7/5): Good - view is not bad. there's a fridge we saw a cockroach in the room... bathroom is a bit too old... also air-con is old because the cover fell down!!
• Tobias (7/5): Okay for one night with great city view - The apartment is located very central with a great city view from the balcony. MRT station is within 2 walking minutes. The apartment is quite spacious and has a small kitchen + fridge. There are many food places around the corner and a shopping mall right in front of the building. The room was not very clean and the interior design was quite old and very used. The AC stopped working through the night. The reception was hard to find as it is not located at the entrance of the building itself. The balcony was spacious but very stuffy and dirty. There’s a cockroach living behind the kitchen panel so make sure you store food stuff in the fridge and leave nothing outside. WiFi was nearly dead.

• Michel (4/5): Only because it is cheap - The next day i booked the hotel sent me a meesage they could not offer the room, and they propose an alternative, at 5$ less. It's major point, is that it is well located in the heart of Kaohsiung. the hotel itself is a part of a building, with old look and in need of renovation. The room has similar needs. It was compact. Let just say that it could have been cheaper and it is not recommended for picky people. Use it only as a sleeping point.

• Chang (9/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It is closed to the public transportation and business district, so it was very convenient - The bed was comfy and the room size was right for two of us. It didn’t have the kitchen, but the advertise described as they had a small kitchen.

Exceeded my expectations - great location , and reception host , very clean and no mosquitos actually my friends and I really loved it here the bed is comfy and they give towels and everything ! Great for cheap price Entrance was hard to find it was behind family mart named MB hotel, maybe instructions are in Chinese luckily our friend spoke for us to explain everything 😆but I recommend here
• Corinalex (7/5): Good - Location and booking price is very good. Enough bottled water and tea. MRT very close by, very scenic tram within walking distance. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice decor. Many convenience stores around. The stall for brunch/lunch around the corner (menu featured on room) was very good. Three was not a single piece of dishware, not even a spoon, just 4 cups (booked a 4 person apartment for just 2 people). Dishwashing liquid but no sponge, towels or rags. Not enough drawers for clothes, more than half were locked out. The balcony could have been cleaner. The washing machine did not work, but there was a public coin machine just around the corner of the building.

• Ka Kui Malachi (8/5): - Check in/out流程簡單，而且員工有善，但對比其他民宿感覺不是太好，可能因建築物有關（好似一共有40層）每層有12個單位，但只有三部lift用，等候時間較長，有時候會在電梯裏遇到怪人，而且在單位外旁邊已經擺放了一些補給物（如乾淨的毛巾）只用個大麻包袋冚住@@可建議改善一下，另外補充物資的時間較慢，要等到下午快兩點才提供得到到，房間內設施齊備（除夾萬之外），亦同hotel.com入面睇到嘅相大致相同，尤其係個黃昏日落景，真係冇得輸，可惜早兩年隔離嘅洲際落成後，影響了部分景觀，房間安裝分體式冷氣機，散熱位起小陽台範圍，如果晾衫會超快乾^_^.亦提供洗衣機，不過唔知用唔用得，最後上傳几張絕美的日落相

• LI SUNG (10/5): View of harbor and city's 2 tallest skyscrapers - Nice cosy small apartment with kitchenette and microwave, plus a small balcony. The balcony is very hot in this season due partially to the aircon installed there, but it was still nice to spend a few moments there to enjoy the grand city view (the harbor, the skyscrapers, including the Tuntex 85, southern Taiwan's tallest skyscraper, and The One, Taiwan's tallest residential building). The wide shady boulevard downstaris (Shinkong Road) is great for strolls - a casual 10mn walk leads to to tram station and harbor. Family Mart just downstairs, department store across the boulevard, the fabulous Kaohsiung City Library at 3mn by foot. Metro station (Sanduo) at 3mn by foot.
• YEN TING (10/5): 視野很好 - 樓層高，視野很好 像一般的家庭住宅
• YI LIN (8/5): 交通便利 - 就在遠百旁邊，機動性高，但是我們自己開車，沒有體驗到大眾運輸工具的便利，反而稍稍為停車位所苦，建議大家可以多多利用大眾運輸。
• MING TA (6/5): - 管家協助解決問題。 櫃檯收費人員有待加強，房費已線上刷卡結清，卻打來要收房費，應確認款項後再致電詢問，而不是一打來就要收錢，建議辦理入住時有繳交任何費用要索取收據自保。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 高CP的住宿好選擇 - 非常方便的住宿地點，高樓層可以在陽台眺望著85大樓和港口，可惜的是對面的新大樓更高，所以會擋住部分視野。接待中心很方便，人員也都很親切。房間內舒適乾淨，以這樣的價位，真的是高 CP 的住宿選擇。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 這邊的地理環境太好了, 就算東南西北都會搞錯的絕世大路痴只要抬頭望一下粉紅色的高樓就不會跑錯了 - 職員都有很貼心的推介高達有什麼好玩的地方。服務上沒有什麼大問題。唯一的問題是自己是非常潔癖的人, 床舖要是一天沒換都會有點小介意,。地板其實也滿乾淨, 職員都會脫鞋赤腳走, 有點小驚訝, 很有家的感覺。不過基於潔癖的關係, 自己還是會用舊拖鞋 (房間好像會提供每人一對拖鞋, 但感覺不會每天換, 紙拖鞋應該不能洗) 。房間有清潔用品, 但有帶私家的還是用自家的吧(第一天用了過半支消毒酒精)。房間的洗澡劑味道不是很強, 鼻子不怎難受。如果可以的話, 花蓮頭能換一下就好了, 水壓有差一點點。

• RORO (8/5): 靠近捷運很方便 - 整體舒適便利，離捷運站很近，走大概5分鐘以內就可抵達， 枕頭很澎很喜歡好睡！！該有的設備都有，還有微波爐很方便！！ 太晚到了85大樓的燈都已經關了很可惜， 對面大樓在施工，陽台看出去主要是對面的施工大樓。

• Sau Ying Carol (6/5): - 出發前有跟屋主聯絡,屋主發了接待處及入住大廈的照片給我,所以到埗後都很容易找到接待處及順利登記入住,大廈離三多商圈捷運站1號出口僅3分鐘步行路程,樓下亦有一間便利店.出大廈轉左手邊亦有一間很不錯的早餐店.單位內亦算整潔舒適,牙刷,沐浴乳,洗頭水,毛巾,拖鞋,熱水煲,雪櫃全部有齊,但很不幸,我入住期間,坐廁沒有沖廁水,其它一切都很不錯, 接待處職員亦很Nice

• Hsiang Yu (2/5): 失望的住宿經驗 - 客房和預期差很多，房間是在一棟舊大樓裡，電梯老舊。房間就像外面租屋的小套房，不像照片上乾淨，一晚價格不便宜，完完全全沒有那個價值。隔音很差，能清楚聽見隔壁的嘻鬧聲。更誇張的是床上有蟑螂。床墊躺起來很舒服，但棉被不乾淨有怪味。整間房間看起來老舊，沙發也看起來髒髒舊舊的。唯一的優點就是窗外的景色，還有鄰近百貨捷運很方便。真的是非常失望的感受，感覺被照片騙進來住了。

• my (6/5): 駅近アパートメント - 駅から徒歩5分ほど、高層マンションの21階の一角を宿泊施設として利用しているようです。チェックインがやや面倒。英語が最低限理解できればどうにかなります。景色が良いとのレビューがありますが自分の宿泊した部屋は壁しか見えませんでした。設備も整っており湯船もあり特別不満はありませんが備え付けの電子レンジが何分やってもあたたまらずコンビニで購入したお粥をムダにしました。
• Tomomi (6/5): 快適とはいえませんでした。 - 3泊しました。 ★良かった点 MRTの駅からすぐ近く。 レンタル自転車を借りるところもすぐ近くにあるし、1Fはファミリーマート。 25Fの部屋からは海も見え、夜景がきれいでした。 ★悪かった点 目の前でビル工事が行われてるので、わりと朝早くから音がうるさかった。 ちっちゃいゴキブリを何度か部屋で見かけた。 チェックイン翌日にルームクリーニングがあると聞いていたのになにもなく、帰る前日の夕方になってようやくタオルの交換とゴミ箱のゴミを捨ててくれただけだった。 浴室のゴミに至ってはそのままでした。 1泊目が終わったあたりから、体のいろんなところがかゆかったです。。 正直、同じ価格帯のホテルに泊まったほうがよかったなぁと思いました。
• N (8/5): 高層マンション民泊 - 高層マンション22階1K一室民泊システム　室内もしっかり清掃してあり問題なし　何よりもバルコニーが嬉しい 初めてこの手の宿に泊　気遣いも必要なく以外といいかも
• Nyantamy (10/5): 自宅のような心地よさ - 中長期滞在者向けのアパートメントタイプ。 部屋中にカントリー風の小物がたくさん置かれており、女性はテンション上がるはず。 ソファもフカフカ♡ 22階に泊まりましたが、高雄85ビル、そして港の夜景が最高です。 駅からの距離もそれほど遠くありません。 1泊だけではもったいなかった！次回も利用したいです。
• H.Y. (8/5): 不錯的酒店 - 房間與圖片顯示的大致一樣，日用品如牙刷牙，毛巾，沐浴乳洗髮乳，樽裝水等都齊全，不錯。而且酒店位於捷運三多商圈站附近，距離出口約2-3分鐘路程，附近還有便利店和商場，非常方便。
• Coco (8/5): 廁所天花有滲水的情況 - 房間各方面還好，有提供牙膏牙刷洗澡液等等，而且鄰近捷運站，附近也有百貨丶夜市和食店，交通很方便。另外，房間設計很漂亮，就是廁所比較舊，天花會滲水滴水。

• YIWEN (2/5): 服務流程太差 - 這家民宿的服務流程太差太差勁了！！ 我們是在住宿當晚app線上訂房， 線上直接刷卡後沒多久就收到一通房東電話，告知我們下訂的那間房間"現場已經出租給其他客人"了 （（所以我們沒有房間了，這是什麼情形。真傻眼？？） 所以要我們補一些差額幫我們升等海景房。問題是⋯沒住到我原本訂的房間問題又不是在我們身上，有沒有海景房對我來說又不重要，不然我早就訂海景房啦，我們還要負責你們的錯誤不只沒住到原本我訂的房型我還要補貼房價？？ 這家民宿的服務流程太差太差勁了！！
• Verified traveler (10/5): 位置很好,有海景 - 距離捷運站非常近,附近有百貨公司和便利店,吃東西也很方便‧招待人員也非常友善,細心講解附近的景點,這是一個非常好的住宿體驗
• I Shin (8/5): - 景觀超棒！wifi訊號不良，房間雖然乾淨但有小強，可能是大樓住戶太多難避免。可以叫樓下早餐店外送早餐，速度超快！
• Kar Chan (6/5): Unique room - Location is great with MRT station less than 5mins walk. Room is very spacious and unique with a small balcony facing the sea. A pity that some construction is ongoing in front of the building that block part of the sea view. Some sincere advises to the apartment management:Room should be cleaned again before guests checked in if room have been unoccupied for some time. Maybe due to the constructions,I do find the room a bit dusty. If the apartment is considering any renovation in the near future, it will be good to do away with the bathtub. Really like the decorations work in the room that the owner have put effort in.
• Kana (6/5): - 房間的擺設跟照片ㄧ樣，但是整體看起來蠻舊的， 不過有洋台可看海景，又有洗 衣機很方便， 住宿價位便宜，還蠻值的。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 우선 집은 만족스러웠습니다. 바다전망이라 가오슝의 바다가 잘 보였구요. 갔던 날이 43년 만의 강추위여서 그런지 모르지만 너무 추웠구요. 방 높이가 높다보니 바람 소리가 너무 심해서 밤에 좀 그랬습니다. 그리고 뜨거운 물이 잘 나오지 않았습니다. 커피포트로 데워 써야 할 정도였습니다.
• Tan (8/5): Well located minshu - The staff gave us free upgrade to 3 person room with window, and the room is big and the washroom is very big as well, give us lot of space. The location is well located, all amenties within walking distance. The breakfast is quite good as well compared to other hostel.

• WeiHsiang (8/5): C/P值佳 - 地點好，附近景點也方便，夜景很美，是一大賣點 價格很實惠，而這裡比較沒有旅館但是家的感覺 幾點小地方建議： 1. 在旅館介紹上或是旅客訂房後寄一封check in教學信給客戶，不然第一次會比較難找 2. 枕頭有點高，對不習慣的人不好睡
• S.C (8/5): 如圖所見,有海景,交通方便. - 食,住,行都給我舒服的感覺,住宿的工作人員介紹很詳細,當地人對旅客十分友善,交通超超方便,價錢也分平,附近亦已有幾個出名景點,如出名的圖書館,展覽館,可踏單車到愛河,大百貨公司加美食廣場,戲院,可旅遊又可懶洋洋的休息,另一可寫的體驗是旅館附近有一家買肥皂的小型商店,靚仔店員超好人,第一天剛到路過時免費送我們一試用裝肥皂,試用過後真好用,走的時候專程去買了一些手信回家,有機會到附近不妨試試.
• Tina (6/5): 地點方便 - 這次是我第一次帶小女兒自由行, 所以地點要接近捷運會較方便出入. 這家很不錯, 就在捷運站旁邊, 附近也有很多特色食肆,COFFEE SHOP和便利店選擇. 而且無論去機場或去六合 夜市也很方便. 海景很不錯, 唯一的缺點是房間稍為細小. 但整體也OK的, 會推介給朋友. ^V^
• Verified traveler (6/5): 望海景還不錯。可惜露臺正中放了個輪船方向盤阻礙視野。 - 清潔度尚可。水壓有些不足。臺灣韓國酒店通病:厠所無掛勾，衣褲浴巾無處可掛。空調勁吵，關掉開又沒紗。有蚊子溜進。接待處沒有意竟的招牌。不過接待人員還是滿不錯。
• Tam (8/5): - 位置非常接近捷運站。 Check in 時我找了好陣子，原來那邊有個check in center 但名字不是叫意竟。 房間很大頗舒服，有小露台看到夜景。 有洗衣機但沒有洗衣粉，而且裡面佈滿塵。 冰箱不是很冷。
• Shuk Fan (10/5): 值得推介 - 很好 物超所值
• hsin yi (10/5): 放鬆的環境，舒服的氣氛，貼心的服務 - 房間採光好，風景超優，夜景很美! 交通也很方便，離三多商圈很近，對面就是大遠百。 不管白天晚上看著陽台外的風景，心都開了^0^ check in有專屬的櫃台，check out很方便。 會再入住的
