• Meriwida (7/5): Top notch location! - I like the location that it is located near the Pub Street. Location was also great for pick ups for day tours, close to the stores and laundry shop where you can pay $1 per kilo.I also like that they replenished bottled water, provided clean towels & picked up trash everyday. There is no holder for toiletries in the bathroom. I had to ask for toilet paper three times for them to provide. Water gets all over the floor when you shower because there was no shower curtain between shower & toilet bowl. Hotel look great outside even the receiving area but the room looks old. We had breakfast at the hotel on our first day & it was pretty basic like toast. They didn't have what it says on the menu. You can have breakfast outside.

• Claire (8/5): Great stay! - We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our family room had a large double and 2 big singles. Beds were very comfortable. So close to restaurants and shops just a few mins walk. Our hotel organised our tuk tuk for the temples (which again are very close 8km) Pool was lovely my children loved playing in it. Breakfast was fine, they had eggs, toast, pancakes Nothing all good

• Mariane (9/5): Très bon séjour - La literie est très propre et très confortable. L’hôtel est très bien placé, pas loin du centre animé, mais au calme. Le personnel est très sympathique. La directrice est très sympathique et parle le bien le français. En revanche, il ne faut surtout pas accepter sa proposition de bus pour repartir quelque part, car le nôtre était vieillot, n’avançait pas et s’arrêtait toutes les 5 minutes sur au moins 40 km. Pour aller à Phnom Penh, c’était l’enfer. En tout cas, rapport qualité, prix, c’est parfait. Nous étions à l’hôtel un peu avant la pleine saison. Le petit déjeuner n’était donc pas compris. Le petit moins est que la piscine n’était pas chaude.

• Damian (4/5): Lying is a no go. The book cover was nice but the story was not good. Room was moist and smelly. - The location is nice. Swimmingpool is under contruction which was not told and very dissapointed if you make a reservation and you want to enjoy a swim. Hot shower was hot but the water pressure was very low...dissapointed. Came back to the room from drinking a coffee outside by myself..and the electric was off. The family ask what happened so i walked to the reseption to ask why. The resption said because the city bla bla but the workers who worked at the pool had electric. I ask why the workers can have electric and i don't. The reaction was if i check out today. Then she turned around and opened the door were the electric switches are for each room and switched the switch back on. TV does work but no channels so we wanted to stay for a couple of days but checked out the next day. Never again there are many other better places for the same price in the same street...the neighbours on the left side facing the road.

Attention à demander une chambre à l'opposé de l'entrée car celles du devant sont mal isolées du bruit car en bois à l'ancienne et ne ferment pas complétement donc bruit, moustiques, chaleur...

• Philip (8/5): A nice place to stay and terrific value for money. - The location of the property is very good, being only a 5 minute walk to Pub Street. Breakfast was basic but fine for the low price. The small swimming pool is clean and refreshing after a hot day visiting the ruins. We booked both a Tuk-Tuk for the day to Angkor Wat and a car with driver to Phnom Penh at the end of our stay, through the manager. Both were very good value for money and the service was excellent. The deluxe rooms we had booked were not available on the first night of our stay.

• Wanderwoman123 (10/5): Great place to stay - This is a great place to stay in Siem Reap when you want to visit the temples of Angkor Wat. The place is close to the small town center and the night market by the river, which is a great place to have delicios and cheap food. If you like partying, there is a street with bars not far from it. The room was clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable. There is also a nice pool at the property. The bathroom was a bit badly configured and the water was not draining properly when you showered. It was not a big issue, but you had to be careful for longer showers, maybe when washing your hair too.

• Cody (6/5): You won't get what you pay for. - I enjoyed being able to have a late breakfast and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind! The room and amenities for the price do not add up at all, what you get vs what you pay for is obnoxious. There's a dingy color on the walls, stains, markings from previous travelers. When I saw my pillows they were stained brown all over and darker brown here and there, they were disgusting and it's time to change them. I had trouble with the power to the room just about everyday. It constantly had to be reset, so don't count on leaving anything in your refrigerator. There's also quite a large gap in the outside door that ensures you will need to wear mosquito lotion to bed.

The whole place is very run down and there was no mattress protector on the bed. The breakfast is terrible and hardly any choice. The tv only gets local Cambodian channels so if you're a westerner it's like not having a tv.

• Paivi (6/5): Pleasant - A quiet and convenient location. Firm bed which I liked. They prepared a breakfast package for me for the early sunrise Angkor Wat tour. Helpful staff. The room has clearly suffered from humidity and smelled of mould. My allergies flared up here which hardly ever happens. Breakfast could be a bit more consistent and left my hungry. No warm water the first morning. Had some really noisy neighbours.

Owner helped us to arrange Angkor Wat driver and guide, as well as a half-day trip to a floating village. The water in the room was cold, even when we were told to leave it running for several minutes to have a hot shower. Breakfast was quite bland and limited selection. Pool water was clean but it was very cold so my kids couldnt swim for long.

• Sedero (10/5): Exceptional - 24 hours at reception desk and the staff is always smiling and salute to me.The front desk can arrange tour to temple, massage in the room bus ticket to Sihanoukville with free pick up service to bus station and the price is cheaper than round about. The pool is very clean and my room is included with the buffet breakfast in the morning.We love to stay here so much and we love to recommend this hotel to stay with cheap price and value of money.Forget to tell you it has elevator. Nothing to complain.

• Francesca (6/5): Good location but a little overpriced - When we arrived at the hotel there had been a mix up and our room wasn’t ready but we sat by the pool and waited for them to sort it out which was fine and they were apologetic. The rooms are quite basic but clean and the pool is a welcome addition and stays sunny most of the day. It is also well located near the night market but away enough so as to not be disturbed by the noise from the bars etc. It was the end of Chinese New Year when we were there though and I feel we paid over the odds for what we had it is a £35-40 a night room not £55. Also we had a lot of noisy people on our floor who woke us up both mornings as they decided to get ready with their doors open chatting to each other!

Cons Staff checked us in to the wrong room: got downgraded and then they said they could not give us the room we paid for. Lied about tuktuk rides around Angkor park: we had already spent a day at the park and seen a few sites. Asked to book a tuktuk to see some of the others but the staff said that's it's not possible to do it the way we wanted to because the police wouldn't allow it. Tuktuk driver waiting outside of the hotel said it was fine and showed us the sites we wanted to see. Overall stay was fine but would have rather spent my time and money in a different hotel.

They have some excellent recommendations if you are staying for a few days and are templed-out. Very convenient location, pool is a blessing after a long hot day. Rooms are clean and comfortable, shower takes a little getting use to, but all clean and fine. Over all the people make this a very friendly, comfortable experience.

• MikeMelissa (10/5): A great little oasis - This was our first time staying in Cambodia and we were not disappointed. The pool was clean and inviting after a hot day's exploring temples or the city, and we looked forward to our daily swim with an icy cold beer. The staff were always helpful and friendly, organised our airport pick up and tour of Angkor Wat. Breakfast was sensational with lots of variety. The room and facilities were very good. Only criticism would be the location, the street outside the Hotel is very dirty and crowded, but it is within walking distance to Pub Street and good restaurants.

• Frank (6/5): Pretty poor hotel. Needs major upgrades. - Not sure how this hotel receives a guest rating of 4+ As it is a 2 star hotel with a lot of shortcomings. Was told at check in that one of the two rooms we booked with queen size bed was not available due to overbooking and the reception girl just gave a half hearted "sorry" with no attempt to remedy with upgrade or anything else. The one double room we did have had an A/C that didn't work at all and looked to be infested with mold. Bedroom was designed poorly with TV too high in corner not in good view from bed. We tried to cancel reservation through hotels.com and were told it was too late. Front desk agent "Nita" immediately responded and offered to switch to another room the next day which I accepted. While she was the best at customer service in the entire hotel and truly seemed to care the new room A/C also did not work. I mentioned this to the GM upon check out and told him that they needed to REPLACE the A/C's I'm the rooms he said that would give them some maintenance which frankly would not help these very outdated units. Bathrooms were totally non functional with towel rack on right side of sink instead of near the shower where it should be. No place to set your soap which is just stilly. Soap racks don't cost anything. Water goes all over floor as there is poor drainage. Breakfast is TERRIBLE. Even at 6:30am when it begins everything is COLD and unappetizing. Would not stay here again.

If they offer you the "Buffet dinner with show" dont GO, its a waste of money. And bring new money, they dont like stamped us dollars nor 2 dollars bills.

Staff helpful and friendly, my only criticism of this hotel is that the food options are limited, expensive for Cambodia and the breakfast isn't great, that aside I would most definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money.
• Beth (8/5): Comfortable - Nice Hotel for Christmas, lovely staff. They even sent us some important documents we left behind. Pool could have been a little cleaner, but an all round nice place.

• NAYUN (8/5): 좋아요 - 가격대비해서 상당히 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ 외국스타일이라서 맨발로 못있고 실내화 신고 돌아다녀야 하는게 불편했지만, 침실도 깔끔하고 화장실도 괜찮았어요. 직원분들도 상냥하시고 아침도 무료로 주시니 좋더라구요. 무료 공항 픽업서비스 사용했는데, 비행기가 거의 1시간 가까이 늦은데다가 저희가 공항에서 1달러를 안줘서 입국심사도 늦는바람에 2시간이나 기다리게 만들었는데도 기다리고 계시더라구요... 그거보고 감동... 아, 체크아웃하고 짐도 무료로 맡아주세요. 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 굿

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel & people - it has a "home away from home" vibe. the staff were super helpful and friendly, they made sure that our needs were catered especially the receptionists (Thorng & a lady at night shift) We liked the feel of our room, simple yet homey. Their fried rice and bacon were our favorite breakfast. Great location, kinda safe to roam around at night (hotel to PUB st., back & forth). Our tuktuk driver Mr. Dat (from the hotel), though he spoke a liitle english, you can really feel his willingness to provide a great service. Overall, we had a great time staying in the hotel.

• Ingvild (10/5): Nice hotel with friendly staff - Nice and coosy hotel with a good location (walking distance to the city centre, but not so busy). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (they even have free pickup and dropoff from the airport). The nice lady in the reception made us a breakfast to go when we had to get up at 5 am to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Nice pool and ok breakfast.
• Tracey (10/5): Great little hotel - Great hotel especially for the price. Staff were extremely attentive，breakfast was tasty and staff very helpful with arranging and recommending tours. Minibar was empty and no bathrobes as advertised in description. Also no coffee in my room but once I let the staff know they sorted it out straightaway. Highly recommend this hotel.
• flo (10/5): Hôtel parfait pour séjourner à SR - Emplacement parfait pour visiter à pied le quartier du vieux marché et dans un quartier calme. Le staff est au petit soin constamment et propose de réserver le bus ou le tour en tuk-tuk à Angkor. La chambre n'avait pas de coffre-fort mais la réception en dispose d'une. La piscine est très agréable après une journée de visite. Seul bémol, la variété du buffet. Un hôtel que je recommande fortement !
