No tiene aire acondicionado y en el lugar hace calor. El desayuno es súper básico (fruta con granola y yogurt, una tostada, café y jugo)

La cama muy cómoda y pudimos dormir excelentemente. El baño está un poco pequeño. Pero es cómodo. Recomendaría que al llegar, pudieran recomendar lugares a visitar en Morelia, o dónde comer. Falta labor de concierge.

The staff was pretty friendly and cooperative, especially the boy from the breakfast service. He sure went over the top to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Thanks for the delicious coffee.😋 The room seemed like wasn’t ready for us. When entering the room we could smell some humidity. Once we opened the windows and the air flew into the room, everything seemed fine. But it should have been the other way around. We were close to the main corridor, and still the room was quieter than expected.
• David John (3/5): Overexpensive and noisy, avoid - The location is nice Staff are noisy during the day, and there's a lot of echo and thin walls, so it's hard to sleep. Communications with the hotel were bizarre, like them asking guests if they want the room cleaned "because of ecology" when they leave lights outside rooms on all day, thus being careless about ecology. The beds were pretty bad and for the rate, the rooms were not spacious at all. Overall a very bad experience and we wouldn't return even for half the price.

• Yazmin Violante (10/5): EXCELENTE OPCIÓN PARA HOSPEDARSE EN EL CORAZÓN DE MORELIA - Excelente atención y servicio de todo el personal, desayuno delicioso, amé el jugo de frutas natural, la ubicación es excelente está a solo 3 calles a pie del centro de Morelia, las instalaciones muy limpias y bonitas, te resuelven todas tus dudas respecto a lugares para visitar, nos facilitaron el contacto del guía y transporte para los tours, es una gran opción de hospedaje, súper tranquilo, nada ruidoso, pocas habitaciones, muy bonito y acogedor; con todo gusto volveria a hospedarme en el hotel, es una gran opción calidad-servicio-precio. • Ramona (9/5): - Das Hotel hat Flair. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß (Maisonette) und die Lage ist super. Man kann sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen. Da Frühstück war für uns ausreichend, optional kann man dazu kauf. Wir hatten noch mal nachgebucht und man hat uns ermöglicht im selben Zimmer zu bleiben.

• Flor (8/5): Bien, pero algo falta. - La ubicación es excelente, el precio es accesible, el personal de la cocina es amable, la señora que atiende en recepción parece un poco molesta o como si estuviera alterada, en la reservación con Booking dice que la salida del hotel es de 12:00 a 12:30 horas, pero en el hotel dicen que no es así, que la salida es a las 12 en punto. Por favor chequen ese dato. La habitación es limpia y me encantó que ponen suficiente shampoo y acondicionador. Me tocó la habitación 12, es miniatura la cama es mini matrimonial apenas cabíamos los dos, frente a la habitación está ubicada la cocina, desde las 7 am se escuchan los sonidos de la licuadora, trastes y voces, se meten a la habitación los olores de la cocina, afuera aún lado de la habitación está un baño y también se escuchan todos los sonidos, así como también se escuchan todos los pasos y sonidos del pasillo.
