- David (6/5): The hosts were lovely people , I would have really enjoyed it if the WiFi and the heater were worki - Didn't have breakfast, but the location was excellent . Couldn't get WiFi and the radiator in the room wasn't working It was really cold , after all it was Storm Dave when we were away.
- Elaine (8/5): As a single mum travelling with her daughter the place felt really safe. Staff were lovely. - Great location. No WiFi up in the loft rooms
- Christopher (10/5): -

- Teresa (7/5): - Cleanliness friendly owners Room was small for 3 people felt very claustrophobic
- Rita (5/5): - Friendly welcome .with a smile. Comfortable bed .but the room was to small to have two single beds. Television too high up on ceiling. Only one plug socket. And only one little window that opened.
- Danique (10/5): - Cleaning excellent
- Andrea (10/5): Una bellissima esperienza - Struttura accogliente e molto pulita, con tutto il necessario. A 10 minuti dalla stazione e 5 minuti dalla Blackpool Tower. Proprietaria molto cortese.
- Stephanie (9/5): - Small clean and enough for us 2 Our room was the one above the front door we heard alot
- Melanie (10/5): - Friendly owners, great breakfast Bathrooms a bit small but fab otherwise

- Sollis1875 (2/5): Avoid if a family - Location Room awful , staff not professional , bar never open , noisy due to owners family visiting so they took priority over guests , room far too small for a family room , room smelt damp , when heater on it smelt bad as it was heating up shelf above it so couldn't leave on as no ventilation because the only window was too high to open , no fire escape window etc even though at top of property ?! Shower more like a dripping tap and tiny space , couldn't sit on toilet and shut door as the toilet room so small ( only have 30inch legs too ! ) would not recommend unless you literally are there for 1 night on a hen or stag which they don't accept .
- James (9/5): -
- Fay (7/5): - Location fantastic basic but clean rooms

Staff friendly and welcoming
- Alex (10/5): - Lovely staff and great location been staying here for years
- Carole (9/5): Carol and Stuart an absolute joy. So welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us - Spotlessly clean. Breakfast very very good. Room was a bit small but was told that on arrival. But very clean and all we needed for our stay

- Tracy (10/5): Second stay here will be coming back next year. - Lovely friendly couple, very clean, close to centre. N/A
- Johanna (9/5): Leisure Weekend - Had a lovely 2 night stay in this hotel. Very friendly welcoming hosts 10/10. Ensuite shower very clean. Excellent location. Just a 5 mins walk to the town centre and seafront. The fact that we were given a set of keys each was convenient too. Bed was comfortable and clean but bedding needs updating. We stayed in Room 2 which was quite small for 2 adults. Bed against the wall which makes it difficult to get in and out of.
- GORDON (5/5): It is what it is, but wouldn’t return. - Perfect location near the Tower, town centre and promenade. First thing we were told on arrival that breakfast was not going to be available. Shower room was tiny and I would imagine anyone over 100Kg would struggle to fit in the shower or get on the toilet. Bar was never open.
- Jodie (10/5): - This lovely little bed and breakfast has to be the most cleanest and good for value for money place I've stayed in, In blackpool. The staff are great and so helpful they couldn't do enough for me and my daughter. We would definitely stay here again no doubt. The rooms were lovely and clean, Comfy beds. Nothing

- Alexandra Pugh (8/5): Spot on location. - They were English. Very accommodating. Location was spot on. We will definitely go back.
- Paul (7/5): A good establishment for a budget holiday. Would recommend. - Location. V-Helpful manager. Good shower. Plenty of sockets. Room was serviced every morning Really poor small screen size in room & poor tv reception. Constant signal loss. No HD channels on a HD tv. No function for streaming services & we couldn’t connect to the WiFi.
Also who ever serviced the room daily kept turning off all the plugs at the switch’s. We paid for the room so if want to have things switched on is our choice!!
- rowena (9/5): - Very friendly staff, good value for money, especially breakfast. Could do with a small light in room
- Diane (8/5): Weekend away - Friendly hosts. Room clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast available at an extra cost. Postioned well for town centre. Could have done with a hand towel.
Shower not the best. Slow trickle

- Ivelina (3/5): - Nothing at all Small room for family book as family room small toilet and shower if your are in no space is like 80cm to 80cm max a one metre square nothing match with the Web site, towel smell like a burning smoke beds can feel the springs toilet door had a gap so using toilet no privacy from the room and no open window as well Celing very down no space in the room between the beds and entrance door in the kettle left over water water in the showers was dripping
I can't attach other photos cause my kids are in
I don't recommend the hotels at all to anybody
I was so happy that I didn't book breakfast there it look dirty small dark dinner

- Julie (7/5): - It was clean and tidy staff nice and the breakfast was lovely The single beds wasn't very comfy and been on second floor wasn't very good for myself and my friend have bad hips and I banged my head on the sloped ceiling
- Helen (5/5): Ok rooms to get ready in and sleep, - The location for what we needed was perfect Beds were not comfy, mirror was too high when 2 while getting ready and needing a mirror each.
- John (10/5): Strides us a gem - Carol and Stuart are great hosts nothing is ever too much of a problem. They always have time for a chat and are very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are well equipped, spotlessly clean and breakfast is spot on to get you started for the day. Third time we have stayed and we won't stay anywhere else now. See you next year Nothing just perfect
- Kirsty (8/5): Overall a very pleasant stay, lovely welcoming owners, very basic rooms but clean and comfortable. Would deffo stay here - Great location, lovely owners who made us feel welcome. Room wasn’t anything special but it was clean and comfortable and very good value for money. The property don’t take card payment so we couldn’t have a drink at the bar as we had no cash on us.
- Catherine (9/5): It was a very good place to stay & the landlord was very helpful. - The location was great & amazing value for money. Nothing

- helen (7/5): Strides Hotel - Warm welcome from owner. Bed was comfortable. Room was warm & clean. Good location. Breakfast did not start until 9am, which unfortunately we were not able to make use of.
Also the television was a little difficult to work, but we got there in the end.
Would also have preferred the teabags in the room to have been wrapped rather stored in a dirty container.
- Llewellyn (9/5): - Everything!!! Was warm in the room, could do with a wall mounted cannot some sort.
- John (10/5): - Made to fell welcome everything explained not not big or small lovely couple Nothing
- sandra (6/5): - there was no breakfast go to blackpool every year stay in b and b all the time but we arrived here only to be told no breakfast so for this reason only won't be booking again
- Simone (7/5): Basic but really comfy and clean. Not overpriced. - location was brilliant. beds were comfy and the room was clean. Very basic. Unfortunately there was no flexibility on breakfast we hoped to have breakfast about 8 and was paying extra for this but we were told no breakfast till 9 which was a shame, but it didn't effect the stay really. Staff were very polite about it.
- Deborah (10/5): - Lovely and clean. Close to everything. Very good hosts. Fab breakfast
- susan (6/5): It was OK, but we would not stop again, the landlady was nice to be honest. - My husband and I booked for bed and breakfast, but when we got there we were told no breakfast would be served as her husband had been taken in hospital and she could not do breakfast for us, we were not offered any refund, and ended up going to a cafe which cost us £22.00 per day for both me and my husband for the 2days we were there. That there was no breakfast, we were put at the top where the ceiling was very low into a slope ,
- Jones (6/5): - Bathroom was dirty bedding very faded Cleaner bathroom
- Teasdale (10/5): -
- Beverley (10/5): Great cheap two nights away - Lovely friendly staff great location very clean rooms small but adequate small heater on wall so you can control how warm you want it lot’s of hot water great shower nice bathroom Nothing
