• RA (6/5): - The location is very good, friendly staff but it's an old building and everything seem so dirty, is full of humidity, spiderwebs. There's no bodysoap, shampoo or even a good towel cause the only they have is broken.
• M (8/5): - I stayed there only one day, even though breakfast isn’t included, the room is comfortable with TV and clean bed. Located on the busy street, so a little bit noisy. Compared to other hotels in Kuta, I think it’s reasonable worth staying.

• haney (8/5): 隣がコンビニ - hotelを背に右に歩いていき１つ目の路地を右に曲がると30メートルぐらいで左右にワルンが沢山あるし Grabなどを活用すると割りと便利なリッチです 隣は夜の休憩のあるコンビニがあります 冷蔵庫がないので 冷たい水が飲みたいときはコンビニへ行けば 飲めますよ 割りと品揃えの良い大きめのコンビニなので ちょっとしたものも買えます あとワルンが密集エリアには地元の人向けのスーパーが そこではお酒が買えます ただ部屋はとても狭いです 大きいスーツケース二つ広げる場所はベットの上になってしまいます あと私は１回に泊まりましたが どこからともなく蚊が入ってきます フロントのかたに言えば すぐスプレーで対応してくれますが 常に部屋には蚊がいました 隣のホテルのプールと窓が隣接してる部屋だったからかは謎です 荷物が少ない人向けの hotelって感じかな 最後空港に行くときに 100000ルピアで日本円で800円ぐらいでタクシー読んでもらえますが Grabタクシーを呼んだ方が断然安いです 空港まではバイクで10分ぐらいです 車だと時間帯によっては少し混むかもですね 少しでも誰かのお役にたてれば よいご旅行を～
• Thorsten (4/5): Very old and loud Hotel - I booked a deluxe room in this hotel, after a couple days the aircon was always off. They couldn't fix it, so they moved me to the third floor, and surprise surprise, that was the deluxe room. So they checked me in to a standard room before without any equipment. They told me staff like water cooker is broken aso... Not nice....
• Sonja (6/5): Very budget - The hotel was not very clean or tidy overall and the rooms were not cleaned even once over the 3 nights I stayed. The towels wasn't changed either. Their laundry service was great though, wish their own towels smelled as good as my clothes did after the wash (their towels smelled bad). The receptionists were friendly!

• Y (2/5): Not a Good Hotel - Centrally located but Hotel not in the best shape. Rooms presented on pictures different from the actual rooms, no space, bathrooms smell and were not properly cleaned to standard. Not a good experience!

First night we were given very tiny room with no fridge. The next day bigger room with fridge was vacant ago we moved there. Both rooms were at very back of hotel so was very quiet despite hotel is located on very busy Street

• michael (6/5): About 5 min walk to the beach and the party street - Good customer service, decent room. Shower could have been a bit war,we but the cold water felt good on the sunburn. Bottled water whenever you asked and always offered new towels.
• Al (8/5): nice cheap hotel - If you're after a cheap stay, this is a great little place to say. It's a few steps from bemo corner and a fifteen minute walk to the beach. The TV channel was great, better than most I've been in. It has live rugby league when it's on, a few movie channels, and english language news channels. The bed was very comfortable and as far as I was concerned, quiet when it mattered. The AC kept the place cool after a hard days sweating at the beach, and you barely have to move once your laying in bed, given there's a set of main light switches well in reach. The shower worked adequately, but you had to turn it off before flooding the bathroom. The person at the front desk were always friendly and never intimidating and were ready with a smile. My check in and check out combined took about two minutes all up.There was a restaurant across the road but plenty on the interesting walk to the beach. All in all, if you want luxury, it's perhaps not the place you're after, but like I've said, the bed was great and I slept well. But there was no pool etc, or a room safe for that matter, mini bar or view of Mt Everest.. But nobody robbed me and I was there 21 nights. To those doing it cheap, this is a great place to stay.
• Disappointed (2/5): Good location, that's where it ends. - Website will promise a fridge yet only half the rooms have them. Most rooms are tiny with not even a window. Not once in my 8 day's was the room serviced or towels changed.

• Verified traveler (6/5): slow internet - Booked at Kuta sari house but they moved me to matahari guest house down the st. The room was clean and close to the beach and shopping. Checked out because the internet was very slow. If not for the internet I would have stayed a few more days.

But the good thing is we can just walk to eating spots, beach and for sightseeing. I just wish the room have a little bit more space especially for muslims to perform solah comfortably. But its a good stay i must say! Love Kuta. Love Bali. Will be back again!
• Jerri (6/5): Good basic accomodation - Good basic accommodation, rooms are clean and aircon works well. Good location < 5 min walk away from the beach.
• Ramesh (4/5): Cheap place, no great deal - close to beach & shopping, nothing much about the place - a cheap place to crash for a couple of nights.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Fine - We booked Kuta Sari House on the strength of the price, being one of the cheaper things around, on the basis that if there was anything outrageously wrong with we at least wouldn't feel like we'd wasted money. Broadly, it was fine: the toilet ran and ran and the walls don't really mask sound, but I think the place was pretty empty outside the weekends. Beware if you're a light sleeper, though. Otherwise, the staff were perfectly friendly, the included fridge was huge, good AC, big telly if you care about that. The rooms are a bit small and the provided wardrobe is a little bare - and with a flimsy lock on the wardrobe too, in lieu of a proper safe. I would not be comfortable leaving large quantities of money lying around in it. Nice big shower with provided soap and shampoo (although the shampoo was pretty aggressive stuff). Note that the cleaning of your room and the provision of bottled water is on request, not automatic. The staff were always happy to oblige. I've stayed in considerably worse places for the money.
• Jordan (10/5): I Can't Imagine a Better Place to Stay in Kuta - This guesthouse was a fantastic place to stay in Kuta. It is located about 5-10 minutes away from both the beach and the main nightlife area of Bali. There are excellent (and cheap) restaurants all around the location. The room was spotless. The a/c worked wonderfully, and the TV had a great range of channels (I was even able to watch the MLB Playoffs live!). Only gripe is one or two of the staff are a bit frustrating. When I went down to confirm a day-trip I had already arranged with a driver through the hotel, I was told that it was impossible to go to all the places in one day, and the guy tried to sell me a much lesser tour for the same price (which was actually higher than what was listed on their price sheet). I am hoping we were just lost in translation, but it definitely made me uncomfortable. (After I refused, he came up 1/2 hour later, and told me I could go on the original trip - which turned out wonderfully). Definitely not a reason to avoid this place, though. I'd stay here again happily and in a heartbeat.

• Silja (8/5): Good location - Friendly staff, can understand english. Nice and clean place. Room was small, but not uncomfortably small. They clean it on request, which is great. A bit of smelll, which i can't describe. Nothing aweful, don't stick to clothes. There was cupboard with lock. View from window opened to staircase, and when curtains are closed, you can't tell what's the time in the morning. No noise around. 5 minutes walk to beach. Near centre, but on quiet bigger street, always light in front of hotel, no need to walk on narrow scary side streets. Location is just great. Wifi worked. All amenities written, were there. Overall good place, would go back.
• merdre (10/5): Close to center but quiet - I stayed here a week and loved it. It's very close to the shops, five minutes to the beach, five minutes to sky garden, but quiet at night so you can sleep well. The room was small, yes, but had everything I needed and more. Very good place to stay if you are recovering from surgery, loads and loads of TV channels, (English), air con works well, hot and cold water, and a kettle. No fridge . Ask and they will make your room up for you. The staff are very nice, and someone is there all the time. No balcony, so little hard to dry your own washing, but I managed. Nice bed and bedding. I was alone in room 207, but I saw inside some of the other rooms were a bit more spacious, the 100's seemed to be bigger. Just ask when you book for the bigger room if you are a couple.

• Arg (8/5): Very nice - We stayed for one night. Very cheep price, good value for the money. Really small room, but it was clean and with WiFi, AirCon, TV (flatscreen) bathroom with shower and toilet. You could also order Burger King from your hotel room.
• steve (4/5): Sorry House - Good location, small but clean room, but poor staff performance. During my stay, there was no Wifi, either in the room or at the front desk (if you want to call it that). Worse still, there was a constant and annoying electronic beep that lasted my entire stay, over 18 hours, from a broken door (the place uses key cards), no apparent effort was made to solve the problem. Noise was an issue, too. The staff speaks little to no English. That being said, the room itself was comfortable enough, and the hot water in the shower was very good.
• Darren (6/5): Great price & location, but misleading advertising - Kuta Sari House is in a great location in central Kuta, close to Bemo Corner, Jalan Legian, Matahari's Shopping Centre and 'The Pub' is over the road. The Indomart next door is really close to buy cold water, soft drinks, beer and snacks, and any toiletries etc. BUT the advertising is misleading... the ad we based our decison on said the room has a fridge, a desk and is serviced daily. In fact the room had no fridge, so we couldn't store any drinks. We tried to buy ice to put in our little esky, but nowhere nearby sold ice. The advertising mentioned the room had a 'desk' - didn't care about that, but reality is that the bedroom is so small that a desk (or even a fridge) won't fit in it anyway. There is only about 70 centimetres between the edge of the queen size bed and the walls. The only 'furniture' in the room is one bedside cabinet. There are only two power points (one is high up for the wall mounted TV - so you can't use it for your phone charger or laptop). So if you have two suitcases and two big carry-on luggage bags, movement around the room is obstructed. The room was not serviced daily as the ad promised - our bed was never made, and our bins never cleaned out - so after 4 days we ended up with bags of rubbish in the bathroom. In any case the room was nice and clean and modern looking. Even though the bedroom was tiny, the bathroom was huge - so big it probably could have had a bathtub fitted. Anyway the cost of the room was part of a really cheap package.
