• Yvonne (6/5): I am in NYC wrong weekend - snowstorm and so "stuck" in room for 1 day. - Location, staff friendliness, boutique-y style Size of room too small, NO hot water facility in the room, no "view". No "inhouse" dining facility
• Vivian (7/5): To people who care about location than anything else - One of the staff I met when I checked in was super helpful and friendly, the rest is ok. The location of the hotel is good, many restaurants and shops around it. I tried to called for questions from my room but no one picked up ever. The shower pressure was so low that I don't feel like showering. Requested the hotel to send someone to check, only answer me after 2 days and from the app telling me there is nothing they can do.
• Wendy (9/5): - I stayed here during the January snowstorm. I felt very well taken care of because of the helpful and sympathetic staff. Wonderful refuge from the chaos and danger of the storm. Had everything I needed to be comfortable. I so appreciated the townhouse feeling of the hotel, like staying in someone's home but with real privacy and quiet. Excellent location although I couldn't take advantage of it because of the storm. I plan on returning! Highly recommend.

The staff was lovely, my room was spotless and well appointed, and the complementary breakfast at a cafe around the corner was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. I'd come back.

• Melinda (10/5): - We had a room facing the street, and it was Halloween weekend, but it was a very quiet stay! Truly impressive for NYC. Beds were super comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. It’s a little hidden gem in a great area.
• Salido (9/5): Sobresaliente - Especial agradecimiento a Eduardo por la compañía y la clase magistral que nos ofreció sobre el estado de Nueva York con todas sus inquietudes y agradecimiento también a Isabella por la increíble paciencia con nosotras. El alojamiento es increíble, cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades y amenities posibles. El desayuno no es dentro del hotel, es a una calle y es un 10, comida saludable y buenos zumos. La ubicación es incuestionable, todo lo tienes a 3 minutos andando. Pondría más leche en la zona del café del hall.

• Marion (5/5): - L’hôtel est très bien situé dans Soho Gros problème car pas de petit déjeuner sur place pendant les travaux, nous avons été contraints d’aller dans un restaurant à côté, par temps glacial Surtout je n’ai pas apprécié que le personnel ne me dise rien alors que je les avais interrogés plusieurs fois sur le sujet. L’hôtel ne devrait pas proposer ce service pendant les travaux car cela revient très cher, mais avec la contrainte d’aller à l’extérieur sans même pouvoir choisir le restaurant (celui imposé avait une carte très courte)

• William (7/5): - Location is excellent. The hotel was undergoing renovation and the restaurant was not open so breakfast was at a restaurant a ways away. There are periods of the day that the street is packed with traffic as Broome Street leads to the Holland Tunnel. Therefore, it is difficult to get to the hotel or get an Uber during rush hour. The front entrance stair to the hotel are very steep so it may be difficult for some folks to safely traverse.
• Caroline (2/5): Very disappointing hotel with misleading pictures - Honestly, I was furious with the state of this hotel compared to their photos. The lovely lighted courtyard with green plants ? a dark depressing hole you don't have access to anyway. The nice lighted rooms ? a dark room as well without light (obliged to turn on the light even when there is a bright sunshine outside otherwise it's the night) Also, the hotel is being refurbished (so you are sent elsewhere for the breakfast), there is no lobby, no restaurant anymore. Don't you think it's an important information to tell your clients before ? And I paid an outrageous 500 US dollars for this room per night. I was really furious specifically when I looked around, there was better hotels cheaper but I could not cancel anymore. A shame.

• Lucia (7/5): Là posizione c’è il resto proprio non all’altezza dell punteggio e del prezzo richiesto - Là posizione è ottima e anche là colazione Là stanza era mal tenuta, là testiera del letto visibilmente adatto dis mettere, lenzuola ingrigite, tutto un po’ vecchio, consumato.

• Miri (9/5): A delightful SoHo experience - A hotel with a great SoHo atmosphere, the room was spacious and convenient with good beddings. An excellent breakfast was supplied at the nearby Citizen cafe. On the third floor, it took a few minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower.

• Axel (5/5): Enttäuschend! - Das Zimmer Das Hotel ist im Umbau, das wurde mir bei der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt. Außerdem gibt es kein Gym und kein Kaffee auf den Zimmern. Der Zustand der Rezeption ist mit dem Anspruch des Hauses und dem Preis nicht in Übereinstimmung. Werde hier definitiv nicht noch mal wohnen.

• Frederic3006 (8/5): Nice hotel in the centre of SOHO - Our first choice of hotel in NY for the 4th or 5th time. No 5 stars today. Location is still topnotch; rooms are very comfortable (but quiet small). Excellent shower. Negative points in this stay: breakfast was not available and we received a voucher of 20$ at a nearby coffee shop. Although not bad, i missed the choice: i love to have a little bit of everything. Now i had to choose OR a large yoghurt OR some toast. And only 1 coffee included... I hope that will change in the future. Other problem: they are getting a wine bar in the courtyard : while we loved the courtyard rooms because they are super quiet, I'm a bit worried if the bar will be crowded and open : on one evening the music was too noisy to sleep.

• Omer (8/5): Nice boutique in Soho - Excellent location, quiet despite being at the center of it all. Carpet stained to a level that's unacceptable at a property priced like this. Soft bed.
• Lizaveta (6/5): - The location of the hotel is terrific. We enjoyed walking around Coxo and there was a lot of great shopping to do around. First look at the room after arrival, I was amaized to see many stains on the carpet. I have attached a picture. The furniture in the room was ok, but the carpets gave the room a very tired feel. We have also noticed stains on the sheets and a hole in one of the towels - pictures attached. This was of course dissapointing. Feedback from previous guests mentioned good breakfast. Unfortunately during our stay there was no breakfast served at the hotel, and we got a 20$ voucher for a cafe nearby. We didn't like the place and got refunded for the breakfast. The 20$ allowance by itself annoyed me a lot because it is not the same as having an included breakfast at the hotel. For that allowance, we could get a coffee and a dish - but if I wanted some juice on top of that I had to pay out of pocket. The other thing about the room was that the beds were supposted to be queen-sized, but they felt smaller than that. The beds were comfortable though.

Staff helpful but no management freedom Just ahead of arrival, when too late to cancel, the hotel informed us that works (a small "lifting") were being carried such that the courtyard cafe would be closed, and no breakfast on site. As such the place had lost its charm and we offered to stay 1 night and leave nxt day. It took a while to agree not to be charged for the remaining days. Not acceptable that works notice was given so late when the booking had been made 3 months ahead.

• Judith (10/5): Would stay there again. - The staff were very gracious. The room was comfortable, especially the bed and linens. The location was perfect. It was very safe and accessible to restaurants, cafes, bars. the restaurant could have been opened, but was closed for renovations. Had to go out for early morning coffee and breakfast, but they did give a voucher for the morning meal.

• Florence (6/5): Dark room and breakfast not on site - The very friendly staff at the front desk and the very central location. It was also very quiet. The room I had had a window on a dark courtyard with room light necessary during day time. Breakfast is proposed but it is not onsite.

Its in the heart of Soho.... The roomwas near and cozy... Definitely will come back to this hotel the next time we are in town... :D No fridge.... That's the only thing that we a little dislike about this hotel ... But its not that big deal...

The beautiful courtyard is stunning- we didn't get to eat in the cafe due to renovations but we were given breakfast vouchers to eat at Citizen which did not disappoint. Would highly recommended and hope to return soon to enjoy this exquisite hotel in the warm weather!
