- Zoara (6/5): - Mi experiencia en este hotel fue extremadamente poco profesional y, sinceramente, preocupante. Al hacer el check-in no tenía efectivo para dejar el depósito debido a un problema con mi tarjeta. En lugar de pedir una tarjeta de crédito como hacen la mayoría de hoteles, me pidieron dejar mi pasaporte como garantía, algo que acepté confiando en que lo guardarían de forma segura en el hotel. El problema llegó el día del check-out. Bajé a recepción a las 10:00 (el check-out era a las 11:00) porque tenía un vuelo a las 14:00. En ese momento me dijeron que no sabían dónde estaba mi pasaporte. Tras varias llamadas descubrieron que la empleada que tenía acceso a donde lo guardaban no estaba en el hotel. A medida que pasaba el tiempo la situación se volvió cada vez más absurda y estresante, ya que corría el riesgo real de perder mi vuelo. Finalmente, cerca de las 12:00, la recepcionista le pasó el teléfono a mi taxista para hablar con su compañera y nos dio una ubicación. Fue entonces cuando descubrimos que mi pasaporte estaba en casa de esa empleada. Tuvimos que ir en taxi a buscarla y encontrarnos con ella en medio de la carretera, donde llegó en moto acompañada por otra persona que no pertenecía al hotel, para devolverme el pasaporte. He viajado bastante y nunca me había pasado algo así. Que un hotel permita que un empleado se lleve el pasaporte de un huésped fuera del establecimiento es totalmente inaceptable y demuestra una falta muy seria de profesionalidad y de respeto por un documento personal tan importante. Estuve a punto de perder mi vuelo por esta situación. Recomiendo seriamente a futuros huéspedes no dejar su pasaporte bajo ningún concepto como depósito y exigir otro método de garantía. O simplemente buscar un hotel más seguro y de confianza.

- Lamb (3/5): Hotel needs money spending on it to bring it up to a respectable standard that i’d expect of a hotel - Staff super friendly and no issue communicating with. Hotel is dilapidated. It needs money investing into the facilities and rooms. Hotel pool - tiles all loose on floor, lilo’s filthy, my rooms aircon has had a issue for a long time. As the ceiling is water damaged and on my last day it started dripping onto the floor. Wi-fi isn’t particularly good as signal kept dropping out. Bathroom one light not working and shower head dropped / not been cleaned (likely to avoid it falling off) Mattress is firm which i don’t mind but for others could be a issue Aircon is noisy at night so if you need quietness to sleep bring earplugs

Fait de son mieux pour vous mettre à l'aise et hésite pas à porter conseil si besoin. De la chambre on peux entendre tout ce qui ce passe dans le couloir, donc quand quelqu'un ne ferme pas correctement la porte de sa chambre en pleine nuit l'alarme peu très vite être embêtante.

Wziąłem lepszy pokój - niestety jest bardzo zaniedbany i zniszczony, rolety w wewnętrznym oknie brudne. Drzwi wejściowe z dziurami. Części wspólne mało sprzątanie - jeden robak leżał od początku mojego pobytu do jego końca. Warto wziąć zwykły tańszy pokój - wygląda nawet lepiej niż te niby lepsze.

- Zayn72 (8/5): Good Location - Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Pool is not maintained so was sustained to dirt, leaves etc. Location was quiet and a short distance from the main strip. The only negative was the bathroom has a massive glass window which even with the blinds down, is still see-through. It is fine for us as a couple but for anyone who likes their privacy, I would take this into account

I liked the hotel's room cleaning and that the staff was very helpful. The smell of a cockroach is most often emitted in the room, especially when the air conditioner is turned off. It's annoying Another thing bothered me. On my last day, an employee entered the room and did not knock on the door. He did not apologize when he saw me, and even after I explained to the receptionist what happened, he did not apologize. In general, an apology was offered by the receptionists and they were nice.
- Jessica (10/5): - Super clean, good location, facilities were really good, really enjoyed the pool area. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel also offers a laundry services which was really convenient and cheap.
- Grigor (1/5): DO NOT BOOK! - Where to start... All 3 rooms were dirty as hell with hair in the sheets and rooms not cleaned. Changed sheets 3 times in one room, the other aircon was not working, third door was not closing. Safe is not mounted to the wall - ridiculous. You can just grab it and leave (reception always empty....We wanted to check out and get our remaining money back and we were declined. Owner very rude but wanted second chance, we gave it to her, still disgusting. Hotel if well maintained have a chance to be nice but that's it. Reception is always empty but when they are there they speak about 5 words in English so lost cause. To sum up it is all just pictures and nothing else. I would never return.

- Oliver (7/5): Boutique style hotel - Good showerhead and water pressure. Relatively fast/reliable wifi. Large room. Boutique lobby area and decent pool area. Some cosmetic issues - peeling/flaking paint, dust and cobwebs around vents and light shades, discoloured caulking around bathtub, T.V. audio crackling.

- Alexthatmediagurl (2/5): Do Not Book With This Hotel - This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel! When I pulled up it was just a towel balled at the front door. The heavy set lady that works in the evening told they over booked so they had to put me in a twin bed room and would move me in the am. Then when I ask the lady in the am about moving me she said she could move me but it wouldn’t be till later that day then I would have to move again two days later. The hotel is in a very ghetto area and it literally looks nothing like the pictures online. It’s only two people work the front desk and they leave for hours at a time so if you need help with anything you won’t get any help. The language barrier is horrible and they DO NOT have customer service at all! They don’t even have hand soap. I left my shoes in the room and asked if they could mail them. And the clean up lady tried to steal my shoes by lying initially saying she didn’t have them, then when I pressed the issue they said they did have them. I asked for there WhatsApp number so I could communicate where to mail them. And the lady refused to repeat the number and hung up in my face! The second shift lady came in and every time she answers and realized it’s me she hangs up and ignored my phone calls on purpose. The lady told me to email and I have emailed her several times and haven’t got a response. When I ask her why she keeps hanging up in my face she just hangs up again. Please listen to the reviews about this place I should have listened. This hotel is catfishing with their pictures, this hotel is very GHETTO! They literally should be shut down!
