• Lai (8/5): Convenient location to Haneda airport - I liked the convenience of how close the hotel was to Keikyu-Kamata station. A 2 minute walk from train station to hotel. Its only a 10min train ride to Haneda airport. Its also a 10min walk to the nearest JR line which is Kamata station which you can easily change to the Yamanote line. I also really like the front desk staff. Very nice people and very helpful. Lastly, they were able to hold my bags without extra charge on check out day so I can go shopping before I fly out at night. I think the rooms are a bit dated and small for 2 people.

• Matthias (8/5): Ordentliches APA Hotel in interessanter Lage - Die Zimmer sind standardmäßig zweckmäßig konstruiert, sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Vor allem war hier der Blick aus dem Fenster gut. Die Gegend war angenehm belebt und ist sicher ein Plus für Das Hotel. Das Hotel gehört zur Hotelkette APA. Nun hatte dieses Hotel, in dem ich 3 Nächte war, das Pech, dass ich 2 Nächte zuvor in einem anderen APA Hotel war, und somit im direkten Vergleich dann doch Unterschiede festgestellt habe Der Hightec-Wasserhahn (für das Waschbecken) war in seiner Stärke und Temperatur nicht einstellbar - oder ich war zu dumm dafür. Ich habe es in 3 Tagen nicht hinbekommen. Duschwasser war kein Problem. Im Gegensatz zu meinem ersten APA Hotel hatte dieses Zimmer keinen Steckdosenanschluss für nicht-japanische Stecker. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut aber nicht perfekt.

• Shoko (10/5): - 1. Very close to the train station. 2. There is arcade near hotel so I can eat variety meals on foot distance. I could shop something after dinner. Bath room is good including deep bath tub but the around warter fosets connected the sink and wall was not cleaned.

• Inshan (10/5): A Wonderful Stay Thanks to the Kind and Helpful Staff - The hotel exceeded my expectations, the staff was exceptionally helpful, courteous and yet professional. Despite the difference in languages they made the necessary accommodations. The room was very clean, modern and well furnished with amenities. A restaurant, Laundromat, money exchange machine and many vending machines are located withing the hotel. Conveniently located close to the train and many convenience stores makes this hotel worth every moment of the stay.

• Sue (7/5): Good location for an overnight stay for a late Haneda flights, - I’ve stayed here before and I think this hotel must have a nice section and an old section. Last time we got the nice section! This time we got a room that stunk badly of cigarette smoke (like it was embedded in the walls or something) and a window that was centimetres from a wall and the window of another hotel room. Thankfully we were there for just 1 night. They did upgrade us to a bigger room though which was nice. Apart from that similar to any other APA. Next time I’d stay at the one near the river, the rooms are more consistent and bathrooms are nicer, even if it’s a few more mins walk. The staff were very helpful the next day with helping to forward our luggage to Osaka though. The disgusting cigarette smell. So gross

• Titecha (8/5): Overall, I had a pleasant stay—clean rooms, convenient location, friendly staff, and good value for - I enjoyed my stay at APA Hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were very good. The location is also excellent and very convenient, making it easy to travel around the area. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, and they tried their best to assist me when I checked in. During check-in, the system did not seem to link to my reservation or database information, so it took some time to complete the process. One of the staff members who helped search for my name on the check-in screen seemed quite new or not very familiar with the equipment, so there was a bit of struggle while operating the system. Although the staff were polite and did their best to help, the pace of typing and entering information was a bit slow. If the process could be slightly faster and smoother, it would feel more professional.
