The hotel was super clean. The breakfast area was kept very clean and organized. Our room was a brand new renovation. This property is beautifully maintained. The breakfast area is very nice. Our room was recently renovated and was very nice and spacious. My daughter enjoyed the pool area.

The staff truly went above and beyond—especially Tiffany, Carl, Michelle, and Steve. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful, which made traveling with a big group so much easier. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was great—perfect for busy tournament mornings! Highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making our trip such a positive experience!
- kerrinf2017 (10/5): Great for business stay or an overnight while traveling out of Buffalo Airport - I needed to stay here for a fast overnight stay for a business trip. It was a wonderful stay! They are going thru a renovation, and my room was brand new. Clean, large and well done. They offer free breakfast in the am, which is the same at all the Hampton Inns. The property is well maintained, and the staff was helpful and kind. If you need a fast overnight near the airport, this is your spot. Shutout to Michelle the general manager who was running around making sure her hotel was looking great! You can tell she puts some TLC into this place. She even was kind enough to print something for me last minute which out hesitation.

- Marlasw (4/5): DIrty Rooms - We have stayed at this location, multiple times in the past, when we have an early flight, the next day. Most stays have been good, which is why I gave 2 stars. We stayed recently (the day after Thanksgiving 2025), again because our flight home was early. This stay was one, big disappointment. We only book this hotel to sleep and get to the airport, on time, so our bar is low. This time, we checked in and were told we were getting the last room. The front desk clerk then ran up to the room to "make sure it was ready," for our check-in, well after check-in time. When we got in our room, the smell was horrific! The stench of urine, with a perfume spray, was overwhelming. Then we noticed the air conditioning was on...in Buffalo, in the winter. Hmm, seems they knew there was an odor issue, and they were trying to hide it. I notified the front desk, when we received a text asking how the room was. No reply... So, as we left, to get something to eat, I told him, "I sent a text, the room smells like urine. I know you said it's the last room, but the smell is sickening." He didn't act surprised and just mumbled that he would contact the manager. We were moved to a suite, which would have been nice, if the room had been properly cleaned. There were crumbs near the toaster on the counter, which was dirty, and clearly hadn't been wiped down, in the kitchenette area, along with a dirty sink. When I went into the bathroom, I noticed a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door and a dirty, dried-up washcloth left on top of the showerhead. There were no towels in the room. We closely checked the bed, which we still hope, was clean. My husband went to the front desk to let the man there know and get towels. He said he handed over towels, with no apology or comment, regarding the condition of the room. The woman who checked us out, was properly horrified when I gave her the information, as we left in the early morning. She was the only one in this story who seemed concerned about the level of cleanliness at this hotel. I sent all of this information into Hilton and the response I got from Michelle Skidmore was "sorry you found your bathroom unacceptable." Nothing about the rest of the issues noted. Truly a disappointment on every level. Doubtful we'll ever stay here, again. But Hilton should do better and definitely do better with responses to issues regarding cleanliness in their hotels. We always bring Lysol wipes and use them on every surface, in hotels where we stay, I suggest you make sure you have your wipes if you stay here.
- JeffersonW8 (2/5): Lack of Respect from Front Desk Staff - I have stayed at this property several time and have not had any probems in the past. But on my most recent stay, I scanned the QR code on the nightstand (to access the guest directory) and it went to a "page can not be found" message. I brought this to the attention of the person at the front desk and they a) did not now what a guest directory was or that the rooms had a QR code sticker for this purpose, b) tried to blame the situation on the on-going remodelling (which I later found out was not the case), c) declined my sggestion to pass on the concern to the general manager, and d) generally dismissed my concern and gave me quite a bit of "push back." I found the way they intereacted with me to be quite disrectful, especially since I was only trying to help by bringing a deficecy to their attention.

While I was checking in, a person from housekeeping was ranting about not getting along with a bunch of people, super unprofessional. There was construction going on that I didn't know about until we got to our super and while I know the pounding would have stopped it was not at all relaxing. The room was old and dingy, the bathroom was passable but not super clean and the heat/ac did not work. We left immediately.

- Alexandre (1/5): Do not book this hotel! One of the worst hotel stays ever, outrageously bad for the price! - Honestly... nothing! If I have to find something, the free water bottle? I don't know... Let’s start with the biggest issue, the noise. You can hear everything in this hotel. We were on the second floor and couldn’t sleep properly the entire stay. Kids were running above us at 8 a.m., and people were walking and talking loudly in the hallway late at night. The shower wasn’t clean, our room was never serviced during our three-day stay, and the in-room coffee machine didn’t even work, we had to go downstairs every morning just to get a cup. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and we couldn’t cast anything on the TV and on top of that, we had a beautiful view on the back parkign lot... Honestly, for the price we paid, this place was a complete disappointment. Three nights here cost way too much for what we got. My biggest regret of the trip to see the Buffalo Bills was staying at this hotel instead of booking one in the city.

We arrived and the accessible room with a shower that I reserved was not available, the young woman who checked us in made sure we had an accessible room. We got to the room and found it a bit worn. The wallpaper in the bathroom had marks and was beginning to wear. The toilet seat was loose which was not safe for my very arthritic mother. The tub had chips and the drain was slow. This left the bottom very slippery and my mother tried to stand, it was potentially very dangerous! The shampoo and conditioner were both out as I discovered when I was trying to put it on my wet hair! I had to get out, get dressed and to get more! This is not what I expect at a Holday Inn!

The shuttle was already at the airport when we got off the main entrance and only took couple of minutes to get the to the hotel. The driver and the whole staff were extremely kind. Especially the receptionist who greeted us and the person who were taking care of the breakfast. The room was clean, spacious and cosy, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had kind of limited options for vegetarians.

The beds were awful as the mattresses were placed on rickety frames that would squeak when you simply rolled over, not to mention other types of motion squeaks. If you looked behind the mattress under the wall mounted headboard, the dust was thick. The headboard looked like smears of hair product, which was kind of gross. I don't even want to know if dust is bedbug friendly. The pillows were lumpy and felt very old and overused. The breakfast bar was sub-par (I have had over 100 Hampton stays all over the country.) The fridge was not user adjustable and froze everything. Maintenance had to adjust it, and adjusted it too low. Food was ruined. The shower leaked and the drips were large enough to splatter and soak the wall, door, and entire bathroom floor. The hotel claims 24 hour hot coffee, but customers had to constantly ask for the coffee receptacle to be refilled. Most Hamptons had two coffee dispensers and an employee who checked on them. The pool was just ok. Doors to maintenance rooms were left open, a hook on the wall was about to fall out making this area not kid friendly.

I got a terrible night's sleep. My ac cut out in the middle of the night. The people in the room above me walked around from about 3:00 am until 6 am. Then there was airplane noise. The shower wasn't great. The curtains were starting to fall down. The whole place need a refresh.

- ShellyRJ (6/5): Convenient for the airport, but falls short on comfort and flexibility - The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location — right next to the airport — and the shuttle service is a real plus. That’s largely why I’ve given it 3 stars. However, the rooms are basic, and the air conditioning was frustrating — turning off and on throughout the night and very noisy, making it hard to sleep. For a Hilton, the furnishings felt below standard, and the blackout curtains were confusing to use — the outer layer appears functional but is just decorative, and some instructions would have helped. Despite being a Hilton Honors guest, checkout strictly at 11 AM (even though check-in was only allowed at 3 PM). We had checked in at 2 AM middle of the night and simply requested one extra hour at checkout with young kids in tow — but the front desk was completely inflexible, even though check-ins weren’t until the afternoon. It was a disappointing response and left a poor impression. A convenient stopover, but don’t expect the usual Hilton comfort or service ethos.

- Vansickle (6/5): Disappointed - Safe, reasonable Room was not clean! Had to fix the shower head. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. This is not the Hampton Inn standard!

- bklynred (10/5): Short but sweet - Very last minute reservation due to flight being delayed multiple times. Arrived at hotel late at night and was greeted by front desk person who had just come o. Shift. He quickly checked us in, gave us two bottles of water and directed us to our room. It was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a good nights sleep and a quick ride across to the airport in the morning. Although we didn’t need an accessible room it was the one we reserved. It was a good nights stay

- looproad (10/5): Nice, safe and comfortable hotel - Stayed one night due to an early flight out of Buffalo. This is a very nice hotel. It looks clean and smells clean. The front desk clerk was exceptional. Check in and check out were a breeze. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a safe area. The walls are thin, and we could hear the person in the next room coughing, but it was a good stay and we all got a good sleep before flying out. This hotel is close to the airport and we had no issues. We will definitely stay again.
