• Shaan (10/5): - The place is beautiful, and has incredible views. There is a pool which is great for relaxing. Staff were lovely. Its about a 10-15 minute walk into the main township so very convenient, location was excellent. There is free parking which is a huge bonus. The shower is strangely very low, I am not tall yet I had to kneel to shower. But that is such a minor complaint, the place was beautiful.

• ADMIRAND (6/5): Bel emplacement mais pas au niveau de services d un agritourismo - Emplacement à 10 minutes à pieds de San Gimignano. très belle vue sur les collines et l Abbaye. très beau jardin. Parking privé fermé. Appartement de taille correcte. Bonne disponibilité du contact par téléphone en cas de problèmes et il y en a eu.... Il est dommage que les petits déjeuners ne soient pas compris. L accueil ne se fait que par téléphone. Dans la pièce à vivre, seules 2 fenêtres ont des rideaux. Nous étions au 2eme étage avec un escalier relativement dangereux surtout avec les valises. Nous avons eu de nombreux problèmes techniques : à notre arrivée, pas d eau chaude. La chaudière était en sécurité et dans un local fermé. Il a fallu attendre que le technicien vienne résoudre le problème. Dernier soir, plus d électricité et donc pas d eau car pompe à chaleur. Le technicien n étant pas disponible, la personne au téléphone nous a demandé d aller vérifier dans le tableau électrique du domaine. Il a fallu attendre 1h que le technicien et mon mari trouvent la solution. Je trouve que ces désagréments auraient mérité un geste commercial (bouteille de vin offerte)...

We had a barbecue in the outdoor garden, surrounded by the wonderful Tuscan hills and stunning views of the Abbazia and San Gimignano (which is only 10-15 minutes walking from the Fattoria). • Joel (10/5): Beautiful and convenient, well appointed apartments and good wine. What more could you ask for? - Christina and her husband made out stay extraordinary. We enjoyed the amazing views, the pool and had a BBQ. Their own wine is reasonable and delicious. The 2 bedroom ground floor apartment was amazing and had everything we needed from Coffee to kitchen towels for clean up. The beds were soft yet firm. The towels were plentiful, the property was superbly maintained. I would definitely return. Being able to walk up to the village after the tourists left was like magic. The view was one of the better ones in the area. Pool was sparkling. Christina knows everyone in the area and was so helpful. The property was so private and quiet with amazing sunrise and sun sets. That I had to continue on my travels. The location was fantastic and wish we could have stayed another week.

Beautiful views of San Gimignano from property, and other buildings and landscape right from our suite. Gorgeous swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. Terrific streets with safe sidewalks. Secure parking. Lovely large suite. Plus all of the things I already rated - beds, staff, etc. It was perfect. I don't have anything that I didn't like. We didn't swim but that was because of our choice of season to travel.

• Maria (9/5): Dejligt sted - super beliggenhed - Elskede udendørsområdet. Hyggelig have med skøn udsigt og dejligt pool-område. Ligger perfekt ifht byen. Godt udstyret køkken. Vi fik god service og de var meget hjælpsomme og fleksible Soveværelset lå lige ved siden af vej, hvilket gav lidt larm. Der var en bibbe-lyd fra teknikskab der ku høres i stuen hele tiden.

• Peter (9/5): A pleasant relaxing holiday. the ambience and location would be hard to beat. - Spacious apartment with great dual aspect views. Superb pool. easy 20 minute walk into San Gimignano. Good parking. Friendly helpful; staff. The cooking facilities were not good and difficult to use. Stove top was slow and only one ring heated very slowly. The microwave was too high up to see the controls, had to Stanton a chair to use it. ( I'm 6 ft tall ). Reception wasn't manned hone we arrived, although we had provided an arrival time. Took a while to contact someone, though instructions were straightforward once we received them.

• Amanda (10/5): Beautiful stay in great location - The location was perfect. Very short 10 - 15 walk to San Gimignano. The Coop was handy to to pick up supplies. Had a great kitchen with everything needed for basic cooking. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. No night time noise encountered. The large lawn area was beautiful as was the pool . a safe and secure carpark. It was great value also I think. the photos indicated a large balcony for the apartment I booked ( 2 bedroom) however we were put on the ground floor so I found that bit misleading. They should the photos on of the actual room you are booking not a different variable of it that you might not get. that is why I had booked the balcony one. Details on how to use the electric car charger may have been handy and instruction on how to unlock the cooktop and it was on a child lock which I was unaware of what it meant (I had to google it)

• Ivanka (10/5): Beautiful place, highly recommend - The location is perfect, close to San Gimigniano. You can see the old city through the window. Apartment where we were was beautiful - two rooms with bathrooms, kitchen and a dinning room and a beautiful balcony! The staff is very friendly. We had also a vine tour because the Fattoria Abbazia produce their own vines. The vines are very good!
• Jeffrey (10/5): Great location with a great pool - Everything. Beautiful villa old but charming. Kitchen was large enough pool is outstanding . Folks note mosquitos and I agree but do not go during feeding hours the whole valley has a problem big time not just this place. So bring repellent or stay away from6-10 each morning and evening and it will be fine . Totally worth the effort as the pool is a highlight. Great communication and took care of small issues fast All Good

There was a mix up with the rooms, but was sorted out a later date. One of our ladies had mobility issues, which made the many steps difficult for her.

• Nicole (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt am Rand von San Gimignano - Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr nett und einfach möglich. Konnten auch kurzfristig eine Weinprobe für 15€ buchen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch am Pool alles sehr ordentlich. Autos können in einem abgesperrten Bereich geparkt werden. Wir empfehlen einen Kochkurs bei Debora in der Nähe zu machen. http://toscanedigusto.com/ Der Pool hat nur von 9-19 Uhr geöffnet. Leider eine sehr laute Straße direkt am Haus und keine schallisolierten Fenster, das hat uns in der Früh ein paar mal aufgeweckt. Generell ist das ganze Haus hellhörig. Laufweite nach San Gimignano für uns gerade noch ok, aber zu weit für "nur noch abends was trinken gehen"

• Marili (9/5): Wonderful location and atmosphere - Great location near San Gimingano. Good access by car, could park right in the yard. We stayed in a 2-bedroom ground floor apartment. Very clean and spacious and right outside the door you could enjoy breakfast and wine in the evening. Grocery store very close, we walked there. Also had dinner in San Gimignano. Also the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Pool area clean and nicely set among olive trees. We also enjoyed the wine tasting they offred, which was a short but nice experience. I'm already dreaming of going back there. The bedrooms only had a fan that hummed at night. The living room had air conditioning. We were there during a very hot period, mid-July

• Michelle (8/5): Great location and well tended gardens - Perfect location to walk into San Gimignano along a paved road. The pool was beautiful and we could see the town from the property. The apartment had everything we needed and was really spacious.
• Marc (5/5): beautiful outside but uncomfortable and outdated - The outside areas of the property were amazing, the pool is beautiful and a great escape from the heat and lovely way to end the day of exploring The apartment we stayed in (3 bedroom) was in terrible condition. There is only airconditioner in the lounge area and it did not work well (very old), the bedrooms were really hot. They did offer a temporary portable air o unit but it was very loud and they propped it up on a chair in one bedroom. No solution for the ther bedrooms. There was exposed electricity wires right above the kitchen which is very dangerous, the dishwasher leaked water and the shower in the main bedroom had just a trickle of water. We found the staff very unhelpful and aggressive.
• Aurora (9/5): È stato splendido, se mai deciderò di tornare in zona senz’altro saprò dove soggiornare! - Posto splendido, tutto a dir poco bellissimo. Se proprio devo trovare una sola unica e non rilevante pecca questa è la presenza di piastre elettriche per cucinare piuttosto che del classico fornello. Ciò comporta una cottura moooolto più lenta, ma fondamentalmente è tutta questione di abitudine e capisco che sia senz’altro dovuto a una questione di sicurezza dello stabile.
• Anna Giulia (9/5): Fuga di Ferragosto - La struttura è perfetta per un weekend di relax tra le colline toscane. A 10min a piedi da San Gimignano, con piscina immersa tra gli ulivi, panorami spettacolari e quella tranquillità che fa proprio “dolce vita” italiana. Appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni spartano ma ben tenuto e completo di tutto quello che serviva. Anche lo staff è stato molto gentile e nell’impossibilità di fare una degustazione poiché giorni di festa ci ha tenuto a farci assaggiare lo stesso un vino da loro prodotto. C’è anche la possibilità di acquistare vino ed olio prodotti in loco.

The information prior to booking said it had air conditioning, in fact it only had a/c in the living room, the bedrooms just had fans. This was very disappointing as it was very hot for sleeping.

• Beate (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in der ersten Etage. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, nur leider gab es im Badezimmer kaum Ablageflächen und der einzige Spiegel der Wohnung befand sich über dem Waschbecken.. Es gab einen schönen Pool, der Garten ist groß, die Anlage gepflegt. Die fußläufige Nähe nach San Gimignano ist super Wie schon angemerkt, ein normaler Spiegel wäre doch sehr angebracht und auf jeden Fall fehlen Sonnenschirme an den Außenplätzen. Man braucht schon die Möglichkeit, sich im Schatten aufhalten zu können. Die Straße vor dem Anwesen ist schon ziemlich laut, offenes Fenster in der Nacht ist nicht möglich.

• Cæcilie (8/5): Skøn ferie med plads til ro og privatliv - Vi havde en lejlighed uden altan, men der var en stor have med borde, så man kunne sidde ude om aftenen. Poolen er stor og velholdt. Kæmpe bonus at kunne gå til San Gimignano og indkøb i nærheden. Lejligheden kunne godt trænge til lidt opgradering fx i køkkenet. Og så larmede vores aircondition sindssygt meget, så vi var nødt til at slukke om natten.
• Christian (8/5): - Besonders schön waren der Garten und natürlich der Pool. Sehr schöner Blick auf die Altstadt vom Fenster.. Klimaanlage im Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Einziger Kritik Punkt: Der Kühlschrank hat leider nicht funktioniert, konnte auch trotz Hinweis nicht behoben werden.

• Andreas (10/5): Fantastiskt boende i Toscana med fina vyer och avslappning vid pool - Helt enastående fint boende! Ligger på promenadavstånd till San Gimignano och har utsikt både mot staden och mot Toscanas fantastiska kullar. Rummen var väldigt fina och poolområdet och tomten var suveränt. Härifrån kan man lätt ta sig till vingårdar, upptäcka närområdet samt laga middagar i välutrustade kök med diskmaskin.
• Happy H Man (10/5): - We loved this place!! Such a beautiful location. An easy walk into town which was great for food options. We had a 2 bed apartment with a terrace overlooking the countryside. The views were spectacular. Pool was super and the views from the pool were absolutely stunning - great place to spend a few hours after a day of sight seeing. Accommodation was very comfortable with fab air con which we definitely needed. We did the mini tour of the property and wine tasting which was brill. Great location to explore the local area

• Piotr (10/5): Chętnie tu wrócimy - Świetna lokalizacja, piękne widoki, ładny basen, bez tłoku i bez problemu z leżakami, dobre wino. Bardzo wygodne, przestronne pomieszczenia, dobrze wyposażone, sprawna klimatyzacja, do centrum San Gimignano 15 minut spacerem, po drodze sklep spożywczy Coop. Duży parking dla gości hotelowych, brama wjazdowa na pilota. Wodę do picia radzę kupować w sklepie, bo ta z kranu jest marnej jakości. Warto zaopatrzyć się w środki przeciw komarom i jakieś skuteczne medykamenty po ukąszeniach.

Die grosse Wiese vor dem Anwesen und der traumhafte Pool in wunderschöner Lage runden die perfekte Unterkunft für alle die es etwas ruhiger und familiär wollen ab! Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Nichts.

La possibilité de se rafraîchir dans une magnifique piscine, avec un paysage à couper le souffle. L’air conditionné très bruyant qui beug plusieurs fois la nuit. Le personnel un peu détaché, même si nous ne venons pas là pour avoir un contact étroit avec eux, on ne sentait pas la joie de partager leur endroit.

• Andreas (9/5): Gute Unterkunft zur Erkundung von San Gimignano - Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht, um San Gimignano und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft liegt gut 1 Kilometer entfernt vom Stadttor, so dass ein Auto und somit eine Parkplatzsuche nicht erforderlich waren. Wir hatten ein Zwei-Zimmer-Apartment mit Blick auf San Gimignano, allerdings auch direkt an der Straße. Ein offenes Fenster in der Nacht war nicht möglich. In der Unterkunft gab es eine gute Ausstattung und es war alles vorhanden und sauber. Der Garten liegt ruhig hinter dem Haus. Der Pool war leider nicht nutzbar, eigentlich ab Mai angekündigt. Die Betten und Kissen waren ziemlich hart. Die Eigentümer führen ca. 90-minütige Wine Tastings durch (25 € pro Person), welches uns gefallen hat. Die Kosten waren angemessen. Eine besondere Unterkunft bei einem Weingut, uns hat es in der Natur abseits vom Trubel der Stadt gefallen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz hinter einem Rolltor ist sehr gut und großzügig mit kurzen Wegen zu den Unterkünften. Zum Jogging oder Wandern / Walking gibt es gute Strecken direkt ab Unterkunft. Lärm durch die direkt vor dem Apartment verlaufende Straße (teilweise Raser & Lkw). Für uns waren das Bett zu hart und die Kopfkissen zu fest. Kein Balkon oder eine Terrasse. Der Pool war entgegen der Fotos nicht nutzbar, ebenso keine Liegen im Garten.

• Carina Alicia (9/5): Todo ok! - La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de San Gimignano con vistas increíbles. El baño es muy cómodo y la cama también. El parque para relajarse es impagable. Tal vez deberían ofrecer cambio de toallas, ya que estuvimos 5 días y no hubo limpieza en la habitación. Un Tv más moderno también serviría.
