Délicieux petit déjeuner préparé par Kathleen et de très bon conseil pour les visites du lendemain. Séjour trop court !

• Beth (10/5): Beautiful house with a very friend hostess! - A great location to get to Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. I wish we had more time to explore the Skibeerean area. The property has a decent size room with a large wardrobe for clothes. Very clean and a nice variety of breakfast choices. Kathleen was a lot of fun to talk with and we enjoyed her knowledge of the area.

It’s not a didn’t like, but it is tricky to get to in the car, if you have a large car, there are some tight turns, certainly the way we went was.

• LIDIA (9/5): Perfecto! - La anfitriona muy amable y atenta. El desayuno, un lujo. Todo producto de calidad y recién cocinado. La casa y la habitación preciosa y de espacio adecuada. El único "defecto" es que no es un sitio céntrico, y para llegar la carretera es un poco complicada.

They helped us with a puncture to the hired car and gave great tips for the area. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. Highly recommend. Nothing - everything was exceptional.

We missed having our own kettle in our room (there was one downstairs which everyone could use) as we like to have a hot drink in bed first thing! Don’t go to 3 in 1 takeaways for fish and chips. To be fair, Kathleen recommended somewhere else which we didn’t find!

• Grant (10/5): When in Skibereen, I will never stay anywhere else. PKlodge was a part of my Celtic adventure - Staying at the PKlodge was something right out of an Irish fairy tale. Exterior and interior were warm and inviting. Pat and Kate consistently went above and beyond. My room was so comfortable and overlooked the Irish hills. Everything was perfect! Including having a lovely dog for snuggles

It was a little pricey but I think that's because the area is now popular. The double bed felt a bit small as these days you get used to a king or queen sized. But these are small things.
