Room was ready however wanted money to get in early to just drop our own bags off. And didn’t check their booking properly wanting extra for roll away even though I’d already paid it.. for info Roll away quality was quite good Little information about the property provided apparantly there was a pool /gym but had no information about that at the property. Could have a deep clean in bathrooms.. clean but the little things like the stand for the wash/shampoo etc was grotty..

An unexpected expensive bond, as well as reception closing at 6pm made for a bit of a nuisance, but almost everything else made up for this. The bed was also very squeaky, but that wasnt the end of the world.

- Kerry (8/5): Fantastic location but apartment needs a makeover - Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was in an excellent location with lovely harbour views. The main bedroom was very spacious with a good sized ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The bed had a very firm mattress which the guests found uncomfortable. 2nd bedroom was very small, the bed took up most of the space but the mattress was comfortable. Unfortunately neither of the bedrooms were air-conditioned. There were 2 portable fans in the cupboards but they were both broken so our first night was not good due to the heat. After lodging a complaint, 2 working fans were provided the next day and they helped somewhat with the air circulation. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a large dining table. The second bathroom was big and had a bathtub, shower and toilet. There was a dated vinyl couch in the living room. Dust & dirt on shelves etc and the carpet had stains. The air con in the living room was very efficient and we could also open the balcony door and enjoy the fresh air. We noted the 2 fire doors located in the corridor closest to our apartment were both locked and our keys did not open them. In my opinion this could potentially be a 5 star apartment if it was given a makeover. The fabulous location could not be faulted

Our apartment had ducted aircon but there were no vents in the bedrooms which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. This was not specified in the details for the apartment and if I had known there was no aircon in the bedrooms I would have booked elsewhere.

- Sharon (2/5): - The advertised accomodation appeared to be much better quality. The place could do with maintenance. The hair dryer has died. The main shower continues to drip through the night. Needs a paint. Window latches are at end of its life and windows don’t seal. Very limited cooking facilities for a serviced apartment. Some of the PowerPoints are cracked. The washing machine was extremely dirty which we had to clean mould from it. It makes a horrible noise like it's about to take off. Not to mention we needed to drag our bags several hundred metres. There was no mention of this. They requested feedback which was provided but no follow up or action. The area around docklands used to be more active and vibrant but now dead with many eateries closed. There was a concert at local stadium with sound coming through and bedroom was right next to lift which you could hear through the night. The best part is the foyer and tram service close by. It's not worth the price and won’t be staying there again.

- Danial (8/5): Loved our stay! - The apartment is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need for cooking. The washing machine and dryer were super helpful while we were away, it meant we had to pack less! The apartment felt clean when we arrived and was mostly in good repair. The checkin process was pretty easy, although the office closes at 6pm not 7pm as stated on the hotels.com website. Over the stay we did not have any house keeping which wasn’t too big of a deal for us but it did mean we had to wash our towels a few times, as we only were given 6 and there were 4 of of us. I definitely recommend packing or purchasing washing machine powder, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and body wash as you only get a small amount when you first arrive and it didn’t last us longer than 3 days. Again not a big deal but something to keep in mind. Overall the apartment was good. The view is amazing and the location is really good and is only a very short walk from everything you could need. If we were to come to Melbourne again, we know where we would be staying!

Old socks under the bed, an unusable shower head (we had to shower in a water dribble), general rubbish hidden in some areas, and dusty. Needs a spruce up!

We had a couple of apartments for the same weekend for a family gathering. One apartment was fine, but the other was a bit average condition. I would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

- Donna (10/5): - We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our 3 young children. It was the perfect location for all our activities. Walking distance to The District Docklands, where there were lots of activities in for the school holidays. The rooms were spacious and clean. A few things could do with an upgrade or fix, but that’s me just being overly picky. It was a great stay and we all felt very comfortable and safe in the apartment. My only suggestion would be to have a better internal door locking system so young children don’t have easy access to the balcony (my almost 3yo was able to unlock the sliding door with ease). But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

- GRAEME (10/5): great stay - We had an absolutely fabulous stay. The room was excellent and the view magnificent. We loved the little art pieces and decoration of the unit. It felt just like home and not just a rental accomodation. The staff were incredibly friendly. The apartment was in a great spot -quiet but very easy to get around the city. It is a new favourite spot to stay!

- Hayden (8/5): Nice spacious apartment - Great location, very accomodating and gave us late check out because we had a baby with us. However, the oven didn’t work properly and there was no plug for the kitchen or bathroom sink which made things a little difficult.

The views are anazing, there is a huge selection of restaurants to cater for all taste's Discount shopping is only a mild walk away definitely will be returning

- Geoff (10/5): - Apartments represent good value for money in a great, central location for those driving or using public transport. Great facilities. Relatively minor issue with the apartment ironed out and resolved as quickly as possible over the weekend. Communication was great. A little disappointed to have been charged for parking when the apartment has its own parking spaces, but otherwise pleased with the stay and would recommend.
- Paul (10/5): - Convenient location, very close to Docklands district shopping centre and only 100m from free city tram stop. Surprisingly quiet area - apartment complex itself is also very quiet. Good amenities. Nice bathrooms. Comfortable beds and pillows.
- Windradi (10/5): Excellent stay - amazing, can't complain. all is good, very comfortable, excellent view, great indoor heated pool, spacious apartment, easy parking, massive wardrobe. The bottom line is they are fantastic, we will come back for sure. Thanks for everything.
