Guest Reviews
- jmesc2026 (6/5): The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain - Unfortunately it was the worst weather ever we have seen in Tenerife when we went. we finished up in the Dungeons 2nd floor Although the room was OK the outlook at the back was like a prison yard. With all the rain that we had it did expose the bad design of the Hotel, It was so open that the floor was like a swimming pool. We had to put a towel at the door to stop the rainwater coming in. The area below the 4th Floor was like an empty high story car park .The entertainment area was in 2 parts we managed to get inside seats at night. The acts were Ok apart from the parrots and the Spanish clog dancers. The meals were what you expect from a 3 star hotel adequate .The staff on the whole were quite good. If you stayed in the 4th Floor or above you will write a completely different review especially if it did not rain.
- 688colinc (10/5): Great holiday - Where do you start. Let's have a cheeky week away turned into a great experience.
Only 3 stars but lives up to that and then some.
Great location, rooms immaculate, staff brilliant 👏 and the reception staff were absolutely on the ball.
Good food and Dino was a star.
Thank you for our cheeky week. Will definitely be back
- J6838YBdebrah (4/5): You get less than what you paid for. - Brilliant location. Clean hotel but really needs a lick of paint. Shelves very dusty in wardrobes so I had to wipe them down before use. Plug hole in shower blocked so I fixed myself. We always go 3 star and pay the same amount of money, but there was lots of extras to pay for (Wi-Fi €15. Kettle, remote, aircon), get some money back when you return them) these all usually are included at other hotels.
Entertainment was minimal.
Funny set up in bar area so everyone scattered about and not all together.
Drinks were fine, we had beer and Bailey’s.
Food: it was like they just served anything to just get you fed and done. Didnt look one bit appetising. Ended up spending a fortune eating out. Not much for kids (didnt have one with us).
Im sorry but that’s my honest opinion whether you like it or not.
Each to their own. I won’t be back.
Please don’t reply to my review and try to justify yourself as I’ve seen in other reviews.
Thank you
- lindasR3336ZN (4/5): dungeon - stayed in an apartment underground , can only describe it as a dungeon ,no natural light , walking to it felt like walking through a multi storey car park , dark and dinghy didn't feel safe, never return
- kevin21mil (10/5): it's a yes from me - Had a brilliant holiday, hotel in perfect location for all local amenities, all staff polite and friendly, good food and drink choices, would recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back when holidaying in tenerife
- snoddy45 (10/5): Great holiday - Loved our time here staff are 1st class hotel was great. Location brilliant.
- gunit1984 (6/5): Family trip - April 2026 - There are many positives about this budget all inclusive hotel.
We came for 10 nights as a family with children in April 2026. The price we paid for the package holiday was really cheap, which in honesty was the main factor in booking the hotel.
Firstly, I personally felt the food and drinks options were brilliant. The food especially was of a really good quantity for the money paid. There were plenty options during breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. No complaints .
We dined for breakfast every morning, although only stayed for lunch twice. On both occasions though it was a really nice lunch.
We had dinner on 7 nights, eating out on the other occasions.Overall, really impressed with the food.
The location was also perfect in my view. Right in the resort centre and only a short walk to most things you would need
Staff were also friendly.
There was nighttime entertainment at the hotel for a couple of hours from around 9pm. Again pretty good. Nothing for kids, however I was aware of this before booking, so no complaints.
There were advertised daytime activities, but during our whole trip I didn't actually witness this taking place. With that said, we didn't spend too much time at the hotel during the day, so may have missed it.
There are some areas which does let the hotel down unfortunately.
It really is a very dated and in many places a well worn hotel, probably 10 years overdue a refit. Our room was not in the best state. There were damaged fixtures and fittings, marks and stains on the wall and the sofa bed could be doing with the bin, as it was well past it's best.
The pool area had some positives in that it had nice views, had two clean looking pools and a pool bar.
On the other hand, I didn't like the astroturf grass.
It was also well worn, looked dirty was only cleaned once in the 10 days I was there. It was just generally tired looking in my option.
The pools probably were slightly heated, but having stayed at numerous hotels in the area over the years, they were to cold for comfort. We opted to visit a local beach club several times, which had heated pools that were more comfortable for swimming.
A couple of tips for anyone attending -
1 - Bring a plastic reusable cup for your daytime drinks. Saves drinking out of the small paper cups.
2 - If you want a room with a view, ask for floor 4 and above.
Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and were pleased with the food in the all inclusive. Gave it 3 star with an average rating.
- Raquel (8/5): En familia - Las instalaciones y la comida muy bien Un poco más de limpieza en las habitaciones
- Tina (6/5): -
- F7767MQbrianc (10/5): 5 STAR STAFF - Great time at this hotel .The staff can not do enough for you . This is a 3 star Hotel so bear this in mind when you book its a good location for kids as there is a free bus to the water park and the beach is not far away. The pools are clean. The rooms are a bit dated but you get what you pay for. I have paid more for much worse. There are some mixed revews . Al i can say is my 7 days was great . If you are out eaely on a trip and you are missing out on a meal ask at rhe main desk for a picnic for yourselfs the night before and it will be there in the morning this is free . Rhe only down side is that you have to pay for the tv remotes and Aircom which i did not need .Not seeing the news for a week did my health the world of good.
- 712damonl (8/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ Brilliant Stay at Hotel Villa de Adeje Beach – With One Small Downside - We recently stayed at Hotel Villa de Adeje Beach and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel was spotless from the moment we arrived — communal areas, facilities, and dining spaces were all kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. Check‑in and check‑out were swift, smooth, and completely hassle‑free, which set the tone for a relaxing holiday.
Our room was immaculate, well‑maintained, and offered a brilliant view of the beach — waking up to that scenery each morning was a real highlight. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and incredibly welcoming, especially towards our 11‑month‑old daughter. It made a huge difference to feel so supported as a family travelling with a little one.
The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and again the dining areas were kept very clean. The hotel’s facilities were also well looked after, making it easy to enjoy the pool, bar areas, and general surroundings without any concerns.
The only downside for us was the children’s entertainment. Both the daytime and evening activities felt limited, and our 8‑year‑old son found himself bored when we stayed around the pool or watched the evening shows. A bit more variety or energy in the kids’ programme would have made the stay perfect.
Overall, though, Hotel Villa de Adeje Beach delivered a clean, friendly, and enjoyable family holiday — with just a little room for improvement on the entertainment front.
- Mrshonest67 (6/5): Average - Nice enough hotel, kept clean and staff very nice. Apartments spacious with decent balconies with sea or pool view. Great location, bars & restaurants near and beach just a 10 minute walk.
- richardwD4302CP (10/5): Great Hotel ! - Upon arrival we were impressed by the ease of check in.
The hotel layout was a bit daunting but after a day you soon find your way around.
Initially we were located on floor 3 but on day 2 our new neighbours arrived who didn't seem to want to sleep. They were up all night drinking and banging around. Gave them benefit of doubt and thought they will be better behaved on night 2.
No such luck so a quick call to security and they arrived within minutes to deal with them.
Next morning I explained to Bradley on reception I was looking to leave.
He immediately put our ongoing concerns to rest and said he would speak to his manager at 10am.
He moved us up to floor 5 which was so much better. A complimentary bottle of prosecco was also delivered to our room. Thank you for promptly dealing with the issue Bradley, much appreciated.🙏.
Across the road there's an abundance of shops / small restaurants which are ideal if arriving late.
Onto the hotel now.
Its perfectly located, my wife's an amputee so we were concerned about the distance to the beach. In reception you will find Mischa with Vantastic Tours.
Let him sort you out a single or double scooter. I returned ours every couple of nights to the hire shop to recharge which is 4 minutes walk away.
Mischa is a minefield of information and help with some amazing tour packages on offer. So no need to risk booking with the street sellers with false promises.
The restaurant has a variety of food daily where you will find something for every family member. All cooked and presented well.
The pool bar is open daily for all drinks and snacks also.
Outdoor pools are great, well kept.
House cleaning do an amazing job, the hotel floors gleam and our room was also cleaned daily.
We booked the jacuzzi and the sauna on a couple of occasions. ( free ).
Theres also an indoor squash court.
In our opinion this hotel delivered everything we expected.
Very rarely do we return to many hotels but this one is definitely on our return list.
Next time we will encourage family members to join us too.
Thank you to all staff at front of house and also everyone working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure holiday makers enjoy their stay. 🍻 👏.
- JulieM918 (8/5): Was ok - Nice clean hotel which was well situated for bars/restraints and the beach.
Food was ok but all inclusive cocktails were awful
- michaeleQ4552EA (10/5): Lovely holiday in Tenerife - I'm always so excited and happy to return to Villa Adeje Beach. It's a fantastic hotel for relaxing when you're looking for the sun. One thing I really appreciate is the location; it's so easy to get anywhere, including the beach (a 5-minute walk). The staff is super friendly and fun, from the waiters and reception staff to the cleaning and maintenance staff. It's always a super comfortable holiday since it's all-inclusive and has everything I need. And how could I forget the evening shows? Simply wonderful! I'm very grateful and eagerly looking forward to returning to enjoy my holidays again.
- Curlyfoster (10/5): Great hotel - Great location, right our side hotel are shops and bus stop, short down hill walk to the beach n town, great hotel friendly, rooms clean higher rooms are better, good all inclusive, pools lovely n no trouble with getting sun beds
- pez63 (10/5): Nice stay very enjoyable. - Great 10 days this time round.
Had a nice room on floor 6.
Sunbed situation was a lot better.
Food ok, cleaning good, staff great, reception staff very helpful and polite.
Hotel in all areas ferry clean.
Will be booking earlie for next march.
Nice position to venture out
Nice bars down in the harbour at colon.
Galway girl great for entertainment and food especially sun dinner.
- D7378NXjulier (2/5): Poor hotel - You get what you pay for!! Budget hotel, clean but very, very dated. Food adequate but luke warm, microwaves in restaurant to heat.
Comfy chairs grubby and no webbing so you fall through!!
Gym needs condemning. It shouldn't be rated 3 star, I give it 2. Poor reflection on jet 2 holidays to be honest. The area surrounding seems very poor also.
- Y2721MNchrisr (2/5): Never again - Its a while since ive been to Teneriffe, about 20 years in fact.
Here is the truth .
Back then it was obviously not as busy and if you stayed in a 2 star hotel you would equate it to a 3 in Greece lets say.
Well unfortunately thats no longer the case.
This is supposed to be 3 star but i would struggle to give it 2
All inclusive is a stretch
Meals are served but the selection is very limited very basic the apart from on the grill . Where its pork fish or chicken .
Not much of a selection really .
Drinks are served at the pool bar 10-18:00 and also snacks
Then the main bar is open 18:-23;00 after that you pay till midnight .
You can only get coffee from a vending machine unless you pay for one made from behind the bar
The chairs and seating in the main bar are disgustingly dirty and need burning , i will add photos .
You can hire an kettle which will cost you 1euro per day plus a deposit
Safety boxes are 1euro per day plus a deposit
Same goes for tv remotes .
The sun loungers are virtually all worn out apart from a dozen new ones.
You need a cushion mattress fir the sun beds which ate 2euro per day and a parasol is 2euro also .
The staff are superb, really friendly and smiling .
The reception staff on the other hand are quite rude .
We had shocking weather whilst here and the hotel is not designed for this so not really their fault it is freezing and like a wind tunnel.
Needless to say i wont be back , for the cost there are nicer places to stay in my opinion.
I have been honest and there is no ulterior motive to any of my comments at all.
- stephenw956 (10/5): 3 star hotel with 5 star staff - We have recently returned from a month long stay at the Adeje Beach Hotel, and we had a fantastic time. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, with bars and restaurants in close proximity and lots more bars only a short walking distance away.
The hotel itself in general is very clean and tidy, but perhaps could do with a lick of paint here and there.
We had an apartment which was very nice and spacious, the maid came in six times a week (apart from Sunday, as everybody deserves a day off) towels were changed daily, with the sheets from memory, once or twice a week.
The restaurant has benefited from a new head chef, who is quite innovative with his menu, making meal times more interesting. There is plenty of meat and fish to take your fancy along with vegetarian options.
The pool and pool area again are very clean and tidy with plenty of sun-beds.
There is a seating area located close to the bar area with covered areas if you need a bit of shade.
The pool bar opens at 10 am serving drinks, snacks and ice cream.
Activities are run in the mornings by Dino and his crew which include ;- table tennis, darts, archery, mini golf etc
The hotel bar has artists on a nightly basis with all inclusive drinks until 11pm.
Finally,
A very big thank you to Bradley on reception who went the extra mile to help with my wife’s mobility issue, and also Victoria with the biggest smile, not forgetting the rest of the staff at the hotel work tirelessly to make your stay perfect
- sunshinesurf (8/5): Friendly budget hotel, not great food sadly. - A friendly budget hotel. Staff nice and helpful, everyone from reception to bar staff and kitchen staff were really kind. Hotel facilitated our request of a quiet room so thank you! ( 5th floor) Spacious room with lots of storage for clothes and a little kitchen. Tip- take a travel kettle! Room cleaned thoroughly, towels changed. Don't forget to pack your towels for sunbeds or beach as these are not provided.
Pool area really clean and well kept. I wasn't sure about the AstroTurf until I got there. It's non- slip, not too hot to walk on, not an issue. Pools very cold, one is slightly heated but not many takers. I went in twice all week and that was enough. Easy listening music played round pool - nice vibes.
A few games are organised near the pool area with the animation guy - killer darts, mini golf, archery etc. I won a cocktail 🍸playing golf! Great fun!!
There's a jacuzzi, saunas and squash you can book. There's a gym but some of equipment is faulty. Also you can't play pool as half of balls are missing unfortunately.
There is always somewhere you can get a drink throughout the day. As one bar shuts, another opens. You can get small bottles of water from the bars for your room.
Singers on at 9pm most nights. Bar area a little drafty so take a cardi.
Hotel well- placed with easy walk down to shops/ beach/ promenade etc.
The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food. At start of holiday it wasn't too bad but then don't know if they changed chefs but it got more and more salty and unpleasant. There's salt on the table so no need to over- salt the food.
- karenpM683UB (10/5): Lovely place to stay - This wasn’t our first visit and we had another great week. Food was really good with lots of variety. Pool is clean, if a little cold, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are mostly lovely with the exception of the grumpy male reception staff (the female reception staff are amazing, especially Eleanor, so we saved any questions for when one of them was working) The bar and restaurant staff are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. All in all great value for money and we will be back again
- 593Susan (10/5): The most friendliest hotel in Tenerife - Excellent friendly hotel.
They must employ the most friendliest staff in Tenerife.
The food was fresh and tasty. A wide selection of snacks and fresh fruit.
The pool area and rooms are fabulous for a relaxing holiday.
We had a cleaner most days and the room was immaculate on arrival.
Our first time at the hotel and it won’t be our last.
There were a lot of returning guests. This says it all.
- Clanmccann1964 (10/5): 1st timer here who anticipates many many more visits. - I am really hesitant to write this review. For selfish reasons I want to mark everything down so as when I book again (tomorrow) this hotel will be all mine.
Yes it's dated. Yes it doesn't have the huge choice of food other hotels have. Yes it's compact around the pool. However 3* hotel/apartments with 5* service, quality and ambience.
People. Every single staff member we met radiated warmth, helpfulness and exemplar customer service. Including the man sitting at a desk selling tours. Not one single (even minor) reason to say they could have done better.
Food. Yip, not a huge choice but enough variation each meal time to have enough on your plate (and then some). The wee head chef is from another time. He put out a whole leg of pork with incredible cracking that must have come from a dinosaur. He was so proud of it. I think he hunted and slaughtered it also. The pride and control he had of his kitchen and staff was a joy to witness.
Rooms. I bedroom apartment 3 floors down. Yip, 3 floors below the entrance on the 4th floor. You knew you were underground going to it as it always felt like night time. But we had a garden outside our front door. Underground? However looking directly up you saw the most wonderful sky both day and night. You walk into the apartment and it's glorious daylight as the other side is open to the world. Weird but beautiful.
Yes furniture and decor is dated. However spotless, comfortable and huge rooms.
Location. You can see the beach. You can smell the ocean. 10 minutes to one beach 15 to another at a slow meandering pace. That does nicely.
Always said I would never go to Tenerife. Managed to avoid it for decades. Real holiday snob. Only 5* and in exotic places was my choice for nearly 40 years. Went in October, February and now May. 3 holidays for the price of one in working days. I will have a bit more if that with Tenerife and this hotel my go to.
However please don't go to I. Spend twice as much elsewhere. Have less of an experience and let me enjoy the delights of here. Thank you.
- tomjU9733BF (10/5): Great Hotel and Value for Money - On arrival we were greeted by Alma and Joseph who were very friendly and helpful. We requested a change of room, on the first floor, which they were able to do without any fuss.
Two nice pools and pool area, with a bar and snacks available. Bit of a scramble for sun beds but we were always able to get one. Great views from the pool area. We found all staff working in the hotel, in the bars, reception, restaurant and cleaners to be very friendly and helpful.
The buffet in the restaurant had a good variation of food and we always found something that we liked.
The hotel is situated very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Adeje town centre is about a 10 to 15 minute walk as is the beach. There is a bit of a hill to climb to get back to the hotel but we are in our 70s and didn’t have any issues. There are some nice beach walks too.
Couldn’t fault the hotel - great value!
- paulinea598 (10/5): Excellent location. - Staff friendly & helpful. Any ussues werd dealt eith wuickly , efficiently. Comfortable twin bed apartment overlooking the pool so sun all day on the balcony.
The only small problems were that the food was often only lukewarm but there are 2 microwaves to heat up your meal, & the WiFi was a bit expensive & was often intermittent in the apartment.
- M6207YFgailw (8/5): Great for a 3 star - Nice friendly hotel apart from the lifeguard lady who was extremely rude and abrupt to many guests we spoke to, she spent most of the time at the pool side bar or sat chatting on her phone, ignoring the empty crisp packets and cups floating about in the small pool. The location is great, near all the shops and bars and a small stroll down to the beach. Rooms were kept nice and clean and there was always something nice to eat. People should be made aware that there is a charge for the sun parasol's around the pool. Also request a room on level 4 or above or you will be underneath the pools that can be very noisy when the kids are running around the pool area
- petersP7125BC (10/5): Chill out time at the Hotel Villa de Adeje Beach ! - My wife and I came to stay at the Hotel Villa de Adeje Beach for 9 nights . We had such a fabulous time we didn’t want to come home and wished we could have stayed longer ! We stayed in a lovely 1 bedroom apartment which was spotlessly clean with a separate bedroom , kitchenette and sofa . When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so we left our suitcases in the luggage room and just chilled out by the chairs next to the pool bar which was very relaxing after an early flight . We hired the Air con and Tv remote ( fully refundable deposit at checkout ) and a safe . The drinks and entertainment were superb in our opinion. The location of the hotel was spot on for us and is ideally situated for all the bars and restaurants if you so desire . The nearest beach was only a 10 - 15 minute easy walk away . All the staff work so hard from the bars , restaurant , hotel cleaners , bedroom cleaners and the reception staff with a friendly greeting everyone one of them deserves much praise. Tips were most appreciated by the staff . We have to give a special mention to “Mr Motivator” Bradley on reception . He always made time to chat ! Thanks Bradley for your kind words to us . We have stayed in many hotels in Tenerife over the years but the Hotel Villa de Adeje Beach is up there with some the best the hotels we have stayed in . It’s a little gem of a hotel and offers such good value for money . We can’t wait to come back and stay again hopefully in April or when my hip replacement allows it . Thank you for a fantastic relaxing stay !
- V3093DDdianeh (8/5): Recent stay! - Just returned from a few days stay at this hotel. Before we went I’d read some poor reviews but I’m happy to say I shouldn’t have worried! It’s not a five star hotel if that’s what you are expecting but it’s a very good three star. The rooms were large and very clean, the maid came in every day, the shower was great and there was a very good hairdryer!
The food was better than I’ve had at some of the more expensive hotels we’ve stayed at though maybe not as much choice and the snacks around the pool were fine, the drinks were good and they did a good g and t!
The pools and outside areas were good and you could always get a sunbed!
The hotel is well situated, it was an easy walk to the front and a nice walk along to the other resorts, we used the hotel as a base and found food and drinks outside were very reasonable!
The staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful, all in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
- 563paulinem (10/5): Great holiday - Visited this hotel for 7 nights brilliant hotel don’t listen to the negative reviews.
The hotel was clean the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in , food good a bit repetitive but always something to eat. You have to get your sunbeds as there were eight of us,clean towels every day bedding changed once a week we only had the safe didn’t have kettle or remote, entertainment ok but we went out some days, we will be booking again for next year
- michaeld390 (10/5): Great stay - It was our first stay so embedded were a little apprehensive but we needn't have worried, we had a fantastic time, it may be a little dated but it's super clean and our cleaner did a fantastic job. If your expecting a la carte food, I'm sorry your in the wrong hotel but if you want a 3 star all inclusive this is the hotel for you. A massive thank you to all the staff throughout the hotel because they all had a smile and were very helpful if we had any questions, we were on the 7th floor and had a studio with a fantastic mountain view, can't wait till next January we've already booked for next year, keep up the brilliant work.
- S6343VCchristiner (10/5): Highly recommend a stay - 4th time in this All Inclusive hotel and again a brilliant time for a 3* hotel it's got so much going for it apartments are spacious with a kitchenette a separate bedroom with comfortable beds and excellent sea views from the 4th floor (8 floors in all) studios have mountain views and still a good size bedroom and kitchenette are in one. entertainment every night and a games program most days 3 pools one child and one is heated and plenty of sunbeds. And a snack bar there's a gym sauna and jacuzzi pool and table tennis. There's a great selection in the restaurant with a chef cooking meats and fish. Everyone who works in this hotel are happy chatty and helpful they strive daily to make your stay memorable. The location is really good with bars and restaurants close by and on a bus route it's around a 10 minute walk to the beach. This hotel is definitely worth a visit and we will definitely be back
- Trek01230635048 (10/5): Great Friendly Hotel - We have been visiting this hotel now Twice a Year for about 4 Years and got to say as a Couple we love it . It's a 3 Star ⭐⭐⭐ hotel and you get what you pay for ... Rooms are kept clean 6 days a week with Fresh Towels .. Spacious lovely Rooms . We have been in One Bedroom Room with View over the Sea and Hotel Pool Area and also the Studio Room with Mountain View . Both are Lovely . Breakfast is full English / Toast / Coffee Machines ect / Fresh juices / Cereals / Fresh Omelettes/ Dinner & Tea Good . This year our Son & Partner and his Partners Daughter and Nephew and they are fussy eaters and they absolutely loved the food 😊.. They loved it that much they want us all to book up again for December. Staff work hard and managers and are All Such lovely people .. The bar at night entertainment is good but if not to your taste you can pop just outside and everything is on your Doorstep.. Everyone has there own Opinions on this hotel but in all honesty we Love it and carnt wait to Return in March 🌞
- P4934GRhelenm (10/5): SISTERS ON TOUR - Had a lovely holiday at the hotel staff excellent especially Bradley at reception went out of his way to help .Food lovely couldn't fault it met a lot of lovely people location great will definitely be back .
- Navigate09980062468 (10/5): Would definitely come back - Lovely friendly hotel, especially Bradley at reception, always helpful, great entertainment, singers every night and parrot show, food was plentiful, hotel located in great area, hopefully coming back in November
- jennykirby (2/5): prisoner cell block h - this is second worst hotel ive stayed in apoarently according to reception,we got best room🤣said it was on 4th floor ,even tho we went down 10 steps so that made it 3rd,basement had to keep lights on ,couldnt open bedroom curtains,as people was looking in, didnt eat or drink for 2 days until we paid to move, had to pay for kettle, air con, remote for tv, beds rock hard, all drinks rank,we tried baileys off white colour ,pina colarda looked like sperm, flat coke, larger, gin all vile, never been to allinclusive that keft us hungary, and we didnt drink drinks ,we moved to aquamar apartments half board felt as if we won lottery, we paid 240 more but well worth the money
- julierX9739ZU (6/5): Never been to an all inclusive & had to pay extra for everything, also the food was ok but never hot enough - The hotel was lovely & clean, but was supposed to be All inclusive, but had to pay for everything even a kettle
- Olha (8/5): -
- 78juliew (10/5): Brilliant Holiday - Just arrived home from a 10 night stay at this hotel. We had a fantastic time. Do not listen to the negative reviews, I am a fussy eater and I found something to eat every single meal time. The staff are so lovely they can’t do enough for you. The entertainment was not always to our tastes but you can’t please everyone. Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. I’ve stayed in 4*. That couldn’t hold a candle to this hotel. We have booked to come back February 2027, and we can’t wait. Thankyou so much to every single member of staff who made our holiday so special. Also it was my birthday whilst I was there and they delivered champagne and a card to my room. Once again a massive thanks for a wonderful holiday. See you next year.
- 227059Terry_f_11 (8/5): Recent holl in this hotel - Second time visiting this hotel.. The food good staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of sunbeds. 2 good swimming pools. Rooms a little bit dated but spacious.. Don't believe one or 2 bad reviews. The hotel is situated near 2 nice little bars next door bus stop outside the hotel to most of the island. Free bus to siam water park and shopping centre. The taxis, are really cheap. So I'd give this hotel 8 out of ten
- rabclements80 (8/5): Great 3 star hotel - So me and my missus were here at the hotel for a 5th year in a row over xmas&new year had another good holiday and we have booked for next xmas again. We only had 1 major problem when our room ceiling started leaking as you had sever bad weather. The hotel moved us and gives us a lovely fruit basket and 2 bottles of cava and free wifi which was a lovely gesture. The guest that come every year over xmas period really make it great. We all get along and have plenty of fun around the pool and a few drinks at night we really have met some lovely people. The staff of the hotel are excellent big shout out to all the crew that makes the hotel a success. For a 3 star hotel i find it spot on no complaints from me and see you all again at xmas 26 x
- K3613JSjulieo (2/5): Never again - The hotel is quite nice, stayed at far better.
The male reception staff are very abrupt and rude.
My friend suffered bites at night time whilst in bed.
There was cockroaches in pool area, and in various other places.
The food was mundane.
The maids were very rude, entering our room on checkout day,2 hours before checkout time, and made their presence known, outside our room waiting for us to leave, very rude indeed
- L1441THannl (10/5): Ann & Margie Liverpool - The location is brilliant all bars shops right near Mercadna shopping centre Staff are so helpful and nothing was an issue for them
Especially ALBA and SARAH helped us out
VERY HELPFUL
Busses right outside
Been going to Tenerife for years and we stayed here years ago when it was called
OCEAN BEACH
Food is Lovely
We called in here last year to see what it was like as the location is what we liked and we asked people who were staying here what they thought of it and they were really happy with there stay most had stayed for 3 weeks and one lady was here this week again for 31 days so it must be good
- Carrie693 (8/5): Good value 3* hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms - Good value hotel. Great location with large spacious clean rooms. We are in room 519 which is directly above the entertainment. (Can hear music but not too late). Before arrival we requested a room on level 4 or above. Hotel on hill so other rooms on lower levels.
The food is standard AI - always something to eat. On our 1st night there were yummy macaroons.
Staff are all friendly and accommodating. We requested mattress toppers as beds are firm.
Good selection of English tv channels. Deposit for remote control which is fully refundable.
Entertainment has been singers which have been good (some better than others but better than most hotel entertainment options for adults). Only negative for us is lack of kids entertainment. Not many kids around at night time.
You do need to to pay for Wi-Fi €3 for 1 day, €7 for 3 etc.
Rooms are standard decor/facilities for 3* in my opinion.
- Carolmorrow64 (10/5): Excellent stay once again - We have just returned on the 16th December from another fabulous 9 nights stay at the Villa Adeje Beach, we stay at this hotel twice a year usually April and every December for my birthday, this visit was our 14th visit and we love the location of this hotel, the food is ok always find something to eat, breakfast is the best, the lovely sunset from the rooms and the lovely staff, I would like to mention Daniel, Bradley and Eleonora who always remember us when we check in but all the staff are friendly and helpful.
They also left me a lovely bottle of bubbly in the room on the day of my birthday which was very much appreciated thank you.
Looking forward to our stay again April/May 2026.
Thank you again see you soon.
Carol and Mike Morrow.
- frankhF3687ZE (10/5): Excellent stay - Return visit after last year. Not disappointed again. One bad point that's changed is a charge for WiFi. I don't think anywhere should be charging for WiFi, it wasn't the best last year, a bit on and off. We were quickly checked in and went to our room,609. I had requested a higher room so was pleased with that. A 1 bed apartment at the front, we were at the back last year. Nice big room, although looking tired and in need of painting and tidying up. However, it was clean and tidy. Cleaners do a great job, bedding/ towels etc. All staff are fab, good amenities in the hotel, gym, sauna, jacuzzi etc. A good bar/ function room with entertainment every night. A very nice pool area, 2 pools and a kids pool. A sign says no reserving sunbeds but people were out at 7.00am or before putting towels down. We always found room if we were there later. Take a plastic cup for the pool bar as they only have paper cups which don't last long! A big restaurant area. Breakfast was decent, lunch had good choices and dinner was fine for us. Always found something we liked, fish, chicken, veal and various dishes. A perfect location for nearby shops, bars, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Also, I had my birthday while there and came in to find a bottle of fizz and 2 glasses waiting. A lovely holiday, hopefully we'll be back next year.
- 494carmelor (6/5): Great hotel. - We have just had a lovely holiday at this hotel. We are returning guests. But that is for a very good reason. Great location. Spacious apartments. And great staff. From reception to housekeeping restaurant they are all friendly. So if you read bad reviews. Just remember it is three star. So don't expect champagne on a lemonade budget. We can't wait to go back.
- Jodie0114 (10/5): Great hotel - Great hotel for a three star.
All staff friendly helpful and polite.
The hotel is super clean, with staff working hard daily to upkeep this.
Food was limited but very tasty and cooked well in a way it was nicer to not be overwhelmed with choice.
Drinks are all good quality and tasty.
Amazing walks nearby and close to the sea front.
- NorthStar26040092390 (10/5): Don't listen to the negatives - Here at present.
I can't fault the hotel what so ever.
If you want cheap and cheerful then this place is a must.
Rooms are massive.
The food is fine, it's not 5 star but what do you expect from a 3 star hotel.
For what I paid I think I had a right bargain.
My only advice is before you go, email the hotel and ask for a room on level 4 or above otherwise you'll be in the dungeons.
The pool area is really nice with plenty of sunbeds on offer. Never once did I struggle to get a sunbed even on the days I got up a bit later.
Plenty to do in the surrounding area, local shops, pubs, restaurants etc
This hotel is located just down the hill from aqualand.
There is a free siam bus right outside the hotel, Google for times.
Staff are lovely and always greet you with a hello.
All in all I would defo stay again.
- wendyq601 (8/5): Great budget hotel - This hotel was a great budget place to stay good location stayed here with family
It is hilly but slow stoll up the hill is fine
Be prepared for extra costs on arrival
Wi-fi remote controls for tv & air con !!
The staff are very friendly and helpful
The rooms are dated but clean
The food on A/I was ok always something to eat
Entertainment was quite good
The rooms are dated was cleaned sort of beds made & clean towels but the floor didn’t get mopped at all & we had a 3 year old so I did need it !!
One tip don’t order a taxi from hotel reception there seemed to be extra charge go outside to taxi rank much cheaper
Overall this hotel is great value for money we had a fabulous time
- O1504AZdeniseh (10/5): Perfect location - Just back from a last minute 4 night stay and cannot fault this hotel for what we paid, We have stayed here previously many years ago and always stay in this area as the location is the best on the island (in my opinion) Close to lots of shops, nice bars & restaurants and a short walk to the beach, The reception staff are lovely, Our room was large with a lounge, kitchenette, bedroom & bathroom, We were on the 6th floor with a lovey pool and sea view and the room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel, There is a small Gym, A private Jacuzzi & Sauna (You need to book with reception) The restaurant food was ok typical of a 3* all inc and the drinks are fine, Entertainment every night usually a singer some good some not so good but better than some 4* hotels entertainment to be fair, Never had trouble getting a sunbed around the pool which was nice, We will definitely return again on the future, Thanks for a lovely stay
- 1964Doc (10/5): Another fantastic holiday in a great hotel - Just returned from our 8th stay at this hotel and had a fantastic time, no complaints whatsoever.
There were six of us stayed here for 2 weeks from 12th to 26th November.
On arrival check in was quick, the reception staff were very pleasant and professional.
We had been here in January this year and on leaving had asked if a note could be put on this latest booking to be given a higher room, this was accommodated and we were given room 702 which had a stunning view. It was also the first time that we had booked a studio room, all previous bookings had been one bedroom apartments. I had concerns that with suitcases and bags lying about that the room could feel cramped. I was totally wrong, room was huge, loads of space with no issues regarding it at all.
We all found the food to be excellent, loads of choice even for the fussier eaters in the company. Soups were lovely and a selection of meats, pasta and rice dishes at lunch and dinner. On the odd occasion that we were later in to eat, if the food needed some extra heat there were two microwaves available to deal with this.
We did speak to a few people who complained about the food but we have been in loads of 4 and 5 star hotels where the standard of food has not been as high. I am not sure what they expected.
Pool area was busy but we were able to get 6 sunbeds together every day and we also had some great afternoons at the pool bar which has a fantastic view out over the sea. Having been here before we knew that the pool bar serves drinks in paper cups, can't think of many hotels that allow glass containers around a pool, so we had brought plastic glasses with us, including plastic pint tankards. The bar staff were happy to fill these for us.
Other thing that we really enjoyed was that there was music playing around the pool, we hate a quiet pool.
Other issue generally mentioned on here is the payment for remote control for TV and air conditioning. There is no charge for the use of these, simply a deposit for the remote control for both and this is fully refundable upon return. I would not like to guess how many remote controls must be broken, misplaced or accidentally finds its way into a homeward bound suitcase. The deposit will no doubt reduce the chance of this happening.
Entertainment this holiday was the best we have experienced in all of our stays.
Several good singers on between 9/9:30 to 11:00 p.m. and then background music till midnight.
On previous stays we went out every night, this time we were happy to stay in most nights.
What really stands out in this hotel is the friendliness of all of the staff. Reception and housekeeping were excellent. The bar guys and ladies especially were extremely polite and friendly, nothing too much trouble and always smiling. A pleasure to deal with and a real asset to the hotel.
We have already booked to go back in just over 2 weeks time on 12th December for a week.
Go ahead and book it.
- suzanneg766 (8/5): An exceptionally clean and perfectly placed 3-star hotel. - Just back from a 4-night stay with a friend at Villa Adeje and we had a fantastic time!
Room: Our one-bedroom apartment looked just like the photos. It’s a little “tired,” but spot-on for the price and cleaned daily. We asked for a couple of extras on arrival (pillows, etc.) and they were delivered within minutes.
Staff: Absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Restaurant/Bars: Plenty of fresh food and variety including l grilled fish and meat at lunch and dinner, all dishes constantly topped up. If you wanted anything, you just had to ask.
Location: Good location with restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, and only a short walk (0.3 km) to the beach - though this is down a fairly steep hill.
Entertainment: Something every night, good fun if you wanted to stay in the hotel.
We had a brilliant time. Lots of guests were returning, and we might be next year!
An exceptionally clean and perfectly placed 3-star hotel.
- 926Sandra (8/5): Great hotel for a 3* - Visited 3-12 November. Second visit this year to Adeje Beach. Location is brilliant for beach, bars, shops etc. Staff are so friendly especially Alba at reception. Such a nice girl and remembered us from May. Room was cleaned every day except Sunday and new towels left. Did have to get up very early to get one of the newer sunbeds but plenty of the older not so comfortable ones available most of the day. Entertainment was ok. Lilla was excellent. Great voice. Plenty of food choice available for each meal. Something for everyone, even the fussiest of people. If it's not hot enough for you, stick it in the microwave. All food was labelled. Special mention to the chefs, kitchen staff and waiters/waitresses as they were all brilliant and very friendly. Will be back next year
- Colin5468 (10/5): Another fantastic stay. - Our forth stay here and it was another fantastic time, from arrival to when we left another brilliant holiday, already booking for next year. The room was clean and the beds made everyday, towels also changed when we needed them, staff were always smiling and were always approachable. See you all next year
- 9668 (6/5): Personally give wide birth/ tired and dodgy cooking - Arrived 8th Nov
First impression
Room in Lower basement. Very tired.
Needs updating.
Large balcony- brick wall for a view !
These rooms shouldn't cost same as those with pool views as they are in dungeons as many say dark dull and no Outlook
No kettle in room .
Plug sockets very loose
Kitchen area only cups and small range of cutlery.
Beds extremely hard and pillow extremely soft and useless
Have to pay deposit for tv and air con remote.
Pool area - have to hire parasol and soft mattress for sun beds which are extremely hard €2 each per day !
Drinks tiny paper cups- bring ur own plastic cups as these tiny.
Food - beware chicken and red meat never cooked thro
Chicken skewers i had were pink and steaks also undercooked.
I reported to reception but not interested chicken will give people food poisoning !
Pool area ok plenty or beds but fill up by 7am even tho it states no reservation of beds b4 .
10am
Location was ok for what we wanted. But this is a 3 star .personally wouldn't visit again after food issues and they not interested even when I asked speak to a manager told email in ! So they can blag u off.
- MaxineFrancis (6/5): Average 3 Star Hotel - This is our 2nd time at Hotel Villa De Adeje Beach and was a little disappointed this time round, it seemed a little run down.
Location - Great location to get to the beach, lots of lovely restaurants in Costa Adeje and you can walk to Americas along the beach front (30-45mins)
Room - We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, top floor over looking the pool.
Rooms are very basic - but it is a 3 star!
One of the plug sockets was hanging out the wall so we had to let them know about this - luckily we didn’t have any children with us.
The patio door in the bedroom didn’t close properly and so the noise outside could be quite loud as we were closer to the road and above the entertainment bar.
The pool area was ok, no entertainment as there had been the previous year.
They did play the same playlist of music every day, sometimes in a couple of loops which became tedious!
Food - again it’s a 3 star hotel so the food is basic, buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
They have snacks at the pool bar between certain times - hot dogs, burgers, ice cream.
Overall I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars, it’s an average hotel, you get what you pay for and if you’re after somewhere all inclusive but not too expensive then I’d recommend it.
- TrudieE8 (4/5): Never again - Great location, close to a lot of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
Value for money, not the cheapest we looked at, but not worth what they charge and I’m sure we could have stayed somewhere a lot better for the same price.
The studio room was a great size and reasonable clean. However, it desperately needs updating and decorating. Some of the walls and fixtures were dirty, some floor tiles cracked, and kitchen appliances were dirty and rusty. There were 4 plates, 2 glasses, 2 cups and cutlery for 2. Despite having a hob, there wasn’t anything to cook with, and with no plug for the sink or washing up bowl, you couldn’t wash up and housekeeping didn’t clean or replace anything that had been used.
The pool area is nice, although not big enough for the amount of guests. Sun loungersare comfortable but you have to pay for a parasol. The bins are left overflowing all day which attracts a LOT of pigeons.
Restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. Salads and the continental breakfasts are lovely but the ‘hot’ food is lukewarm at best. Despite being all inclusive, we ate out a lot!
The layout of the hotel is definitely different, it certainly takes a while to get used to where you’re going and the stairwells are very poorly lit.
The man on reception when we arrived is hands down the most unhelpful, unwelcoming and unfriendly person working in hospitality I have ever encountered.
Don’t waste your money paying for the internet, it’s absolutely rubbish.
We would definitely return to Costa Adele for a holiday, beautiful place with some great bars, restaurants and attractions. Definitely will not be staying in this hotel though.
- brandonsR6553EJ (10/5): Fab time - Looking at the reviews was a bit worried but asked them for a high floor I got it, from arrival the place looked nice, had an apartment room and I didn’t expect to get what I got given, all the staff and cleaning people we're so helpful and kind even won some cocktails, we will be back and don’t listen to reviews just people opinion yhe food atswel breakfast to dinner everyone had somthing to eat even with a picky eater.
- sarahrP5195TP (10/5): Fab girls holiday! - This is our third time staying here on our annual girls' holiday, we have never had an issue. The location is fantastic, the rooms are clean, and we had no issues with getting sunbeds. Some of the previous reviews are valid, however, just not enough of an issue to complain about. We have just booked to return next year, for what we pay, it's ideal for us. Its also great to see familiar faces that return the same time as us, we have a blast.
- juliajon (4/5): Dont bother if you are vegetarian or gluten free - On day 4 and have been unable to eat properly since Sunday - despite what replies to previous reviews have been there are no vegetarian options apart from chips, salad and vegetables, even potatoes have had bacon in them. No protein offerings at all at lunch and dinner. Yesterday we had to buy chickpeas and gluten free bread just to eat with salad.
Was hopeful at lunchtime today- lentil soup (then noticed it had meat in) potato salad (had chicken in) surely in 2025, one veggie option is not that hard.
From looking at previous reviews I am sure the manager will say all we had to do was make our vegetarian/gluten free status known but why should we? properly labelled food is not difficult even for a 3 star hotel.
On the plus side, staff are nice and beer is ok, no rush for a sun beds in the mornings either.
Will be glad to leave tomorrow though.
- S2161EZjanets (10/5): Great 3* hotel with lovely food - Just got back from our 3rd visit in a year and hopefully will return early next year. The staff are all so brilliant and can't do enough. Having emailed regarding having a specific location of room we were more than happy , it was very clean and spacious. The couple of little problems of the hair and clothes dryer not working properly, we reported straight away and they were dealt within an hour by new ones being fitted . The food was lovely and always plenty of choice, but again we ate far to much! Coffee/Tea machines for Breakfast, lunch and evening is a nice touch. The freshly cooked meats and fish were all lovely, especially as we like and ask for our steaks medium rare, but if you like a steak that's cremated the chef will oblige. All you have to do is ask! The tuna steaks were delicious , I can't comment on the squid, as I don't enjoy it no matter how it's cooked. But unlike a lot of tourists we try anything. What we don't do is fill our plates with food we are not sure about then leave it. Also it's a buffet, so no need to que in a line. But it's fun to watch people standing with a plate to get to the opposite end for just one item . Again it's a buffet!
The one excellent part of this last visit was the removal of towels on sunbeds after a half hour. It annoys the hell out of me that some people put a towel on a bed early morning or worse after midnight then go out for the day, its so very selfish. Anyway it was at last delt with, even with some difficulties from these guests to the staff. But well done to the management for dealing with the offender's. We also found the entertainment good and the new speakers in the bar area were much better for having a chat with other guests without having to lip read. Only down side of this same area is the cushions on the sofas need a refresh. They are a bit hard and uncomfortable for us. But after the singers had finished, we spent most nights on our lovely balcony listening to the sounds of Tenerife . If anyone wants a quiet holiday, I'd say go to a different island. Saying that we found it very quiet day and night, not just in the hotel but around the streets too.
To sum up All in All a fantastic perfectly positioned clean hotel with great staff that listen and try their utmost to sort out anything you need.. Because All you have to do ask.
- SarahR4982 (8/5): Fantastic girls holiday - This is the third time we have stayed here for our annual girls holiday, it’s been fantastic for us and we always have an excellent time. This is a great location and in walking distance to everything you need. Some of the reviews are valid but just not enough to complain about. We have just got home but will be returning next year :)
- U8793WDjacquelinek (10/5): Happy - Had a lovely holiday in this hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Location fantastic. Lovely room clean.food lovely. Entertainment was ok. Only moan is that the air con was useless . And only saw 2 cockroaches bonus. Its to be expected in a country this hot. Over all very satisfied
- Dreamer43682133806 (2/5): Shocking Experience - I rarely write reviews, but my recent [10-day] stay at this establishment was so profoundly negative, uncomfortable, and frankly shocking, that I feel duty-bound to warn potential visitors. This hotel is not simply below average; it is a genuinely distressing experience that should be avoided at all costs.
Deceptive Accessibility and Hostile Staff (A Serious Failure)
The most egregious failure of our stay involved the assurance that the hotel was "wheelchair friendly." This claim is a dangerous deception. What we encountered was a shocking lack of appropriate facilities, creating undue stress and making movement unnecessarily difficult. When we raised these legitimate concerns, the response from the staff was not apologetic or helpful, but characterized by extreme rudeness. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard shown by personnel was truly appalling and made us feel unwelcome and burdensome.
Shocking Lack of Hygiene and Housekeeping
The hygiene standards at this hotel were non-existent. Over the course of our stay, the bedding and fresh towels were replaced only once in ten days. This is simply unacceptable for any hospitality venue. Furthermore, basic cleanliness was ignored; the waste bins in our room were frequently left unemptied, leading to overflowing trash and contributing significantly to the overall feeling of filth and neglect. We felt genuinely uncomfortable using the room.
Unacceptable Safety Concerns and Noise Levels
The noise levels throughout the hotel were beyond disruptive—they were crazy. Loud disturbances were constant, making relaxation or sleep impossible. Most troublingly, the disruption was severe enough that the police were called frequently to the premises during our stay. This indicates a serious failure in security, management, and control, creating an atmosphere that felt chaotic and unsafe.
Cold, Unappetizing Dining
If you rely on the hotel for meals, prepare to be disappointed. The food service offered no choice and was monotonous. Worse, every meal we were served was cold. The quality was extremely poor, making dining one of the most stressful parts of our day.
Conclusion and Final Warning
This experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. Between the highly deceptive accessibility claims, the hostile staff, the shocking lack of hygiene, and the concerning security and noise issues resulting in police intervention, there is nothing positive to report.
Please, for the sake of your comfort, safety, and well-being, avoid this establishment.
- debbie19632014 (2/5): Holiday from Hell - Rude reception staff. Loud drunken feral people staying at hotel. Don't book if you want a good night's sleep. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there!!
People on balconies talking loud till 7 am and around pool area till 4 am.
NEVER going back to this hotel
- paul_leyland2 (10/5): Lovely stay - We stayed here from the 18th September
The reception desk team were all first class very polite the rooms were a good size very clean, beds were comfortable view was good.
The cleaning team were excellent worked tirelessly hard bar staff brilliant sunbeds no issues.
Food was ok edible the only complaint is that it was only just warm don't know why but I'm guessing the food warmers that it sits on needs looking at or its all made too early?
We had a few nights out in the area which were brilliant very reasonable beer cocktails prices out and about great Chinese across the road all in all brilliant we've booked to ho again next year.
- 544shauni (10/5): Absolutely brilliant - Absolutely fantastic the staff have gone above and beyond couldn’t do enough for us. Brilliant service at night, although we were all inclusive. The bar staff are amazing especially LEONARDO even with the awkward request he still did an amazing service
- Camper19801929863 (2/5): Cockroaches - Would be a great hotel if it wasn't for the cockroaches 🤢 we had 3 rooms and all had to be moved to other rooms because of them. My friends actually had to sleep in reception 1st night absolutely shocking. Guy on reception had no empathy sent someone up who stood on them and kicked them out the room. No cleaning up after 🤬 If you have booked this hotel DO NOT GO UNDER 4TH FLOOR !!!! They are worse down there. Would advise to get a different hotel 😡
- J5504XKwillb (4/5): Dirty rooms - I stayed here for 10 nights with my family, and out of those 10 days my bed was only washed once, I reported the flakey bedsheet to the receptionist Daniel and complained about how it hadn’t been washed in for days. The bed was rather just made than washed with clean sheets. After going back to the room after reporting it and giving my room number, the rooms had been cleaned but once again my bedsheet had not. I personally had to go find a cleaner to deal with the situation in which she did and the language barrier confused things however I showed her what had happened and she understood and put fresh sheets on. Apart from that the overall experience was okay with nice waiting staff it’s just that I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of rooms and the lack of respect the receptionist has. Moreover I’ve heard many complaints aswell about the rooms whilst waiting for transfers and many other people are unhappy with the hygiene of rooms. Please resolve this rather than replying. Moreover the deposits on TVs arnt worth it as the tv can be control via the buttons on it so don’t waste money.
- Phil-h-wirral (4/5): Villa de Adeje Beach Hotel - We was sold this holiday as a ALL Inclusive Holiday to Hotel Villa de Adeje Beach, you promote this hotel a 3-star hotel. we arrived at the hotel around 8pm check in was ok nice and easy. next day we went down for breakfast not the best food on offer but there was something that we could eat. we got by for the week, we never had lunch or snacks from this hotel. we had dinner 4 times in the hotel.
reception
most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, i asked for 2 extra pillows and they sorted it. i asked 3 times for the shower gel to be filled up before it was done not very good. we got the key for the safe and the remote for the telly and got our money back on those items, this is where i have to disagree that the hotel charges a 2 Euro fee to have a umbrella by your sunbed so this is 2 Euro per day that you need one, if iam at a all-inclusive hotel i don't expect to pay for a umbrella.
Room
was plenty of room and was kept clean
Bar
never had a problem with any of the bar team pool or main bar
the hotel is not worthy of 3 stars, the area is very good and can-do other things outside of the hotel, i would not go back to this hotel.

- 2011insignia (8/5): Better than expected - Stayed here for 11 nights and after reading some reviews about the hotel is was very dubious about going.
When we arrive the reception staff were pretty friendly and promptly dealt with checking us in and we soon got up to the room which I was more than surprised with the overall cleanliness and size of the room it was spotless with a clean bathroom and a clean shower which had great pressure.
During the day round the pool was good and the bar staff were friendly but there is a sunbed issue and people saying towels get removed from sunbeds definitely doesn't happen.
The food in the restaurant is decent but nothing special and there's always something for everyone to eat.
The bar is ok on a night time however when people say the entertainment is dire that is Fairlie accurate.
All in all apart from the rooms being tired (but clean as I said) and the lifts are pretty poor I would stay again.
- bellyh2025 (2/5): Becarful here! - It is our 2nd time in Tenerife and it is regrettable how this hotel is run, the buffet does not exceed the minimum quality standards, how many rooms are full of cockroaches, not to mention the entertainment, be careful if you go with daughters, the entertainer is an absolute hot dog, it is the first time that we do not feel uncomfortable due to the entertainer, rebellious and rude, if he sees a woman he goes crazy, the location is good, at night it is better Going outside there is better entertainment. Surely the director will say that everything is perfect but it is very far from reality.
- IkeyIkey11 (8/5): Not good - The food is repetitive sirloin steak was pork not steak, the salad had nuts in but was not advertised ingredients,no chips at pool bar had to pay for crisps for kids,no bedding change in the week we was there, staff ok no kids entertainment, went all inclusive but had to pay for extra things like Wi-Fi,tv remotes, kettle etc.tip jars all over the restaurant, reception areas, lifeguard no use at all always on her phone, bar opens at 6pm until 11 pm ,pool bar opens at 10am until 6pm.no areas to sit outside at night.I certainly wouldn’t stay here again 😩😩😩
- amymL3280CP (2/5): Bang average - Well I’ll bet the manager will come back and say my post has some inaccuracies which they are all true but let’s go on anyways….
The room was okay, bed was hard as a rock we did ask for a topper but not much difference really…. Room is very tired is in need for a refurb ASAP…
Entertainment is aimed at adults especially throughout the day, never been to a hotel that doesn’t let kids join in, felt like we had to go out as the kids where bored and felt it wasn’t fair on them anyways… the only decent entertainment was the parrots on a Wednesday night.. we never seen the entertainment staff after 1pm done a few things then disappeared. Maybe employ a few people then everyone else is happy do things for kids.
Main thing was the lifeguard and YES we went and complained to the desk, she loved that whistle constantly telling people off but then letting other people get away with the same stuff, I seen she caused a problem with another holiday maker they then went and complained and next minute she was at the other end of the pool telling other people there that are on holiday what happened which is not professional at all, she was always on her phone. Swimming in the pool messing about with a broken light. She was also popping floats that were left but I don’t get that tbh why not let someone else get some enjoyment out of them.
The cushions on the chairs were not on and just left with the foam. Surely they should be replaced when people walk in there going to be the first impression it’s totally run down.
I’ve seen a comment about staff miserable but I’ve always had pleasant staff when I’ve dealt with them
The hotel is in a fantastic location if you have your holiday here go out and enjoy it, it’s not totally bad but i simply would not return!
- S757Zcas (2/5): Never back to here - Tenerife is a fantastic island, but unfortunately not with this hotel. We arrived and when we saw the rooms they were very old, the buffet was not bad but not very professional, as for the entertainment omg, we didn't know what was going to happen the entertainer is unprofessional and rude, every night was a surprise from worse to worse. It's better to go out, there's better entertainment. We thought it would be an unforgettable holiday!!! and so it turned out, so we won't come back. In short, if you come to Tenerife, don't come here. Summary: Food is good, cleanliness excellent, entertainment is horrible, service is average.
- Emma (4/5): - The property is in a great location, but the hotel is extremely dated. The food is appalling and the facilities are very poor. Staff are pleasant, other holiday makers ie the British are very rude and obnoxious. Stay away, unless you are over 90!
- redhangs (2/5): Top of dawn quality - I stayed at this hotel and my experience was completely negative. There were cockroaches both inside and outside the hotel, and there were barely any umbrellas around the pool area. The entertainment staff doesn't keep up with the activities; it seems he's more interested in other things, and my wife feels uncomfortable with his presence because he keeps staring at her private parts. At night, we decided to go out because a couple of shows were of very low quality. The food wasn't bad at all, but it could have been much better. The cleanliness was good, and the cleaning lady was very friendly and always available. I'm not one to write reviews, but this time I think the hotel doesn't live up to its promise. We don't recommend and will not return to this hotel; it has too many stars.
- Jenson0311 (6/5): Below Average - We have been to Tenerife several time in the past and stayed in different hotels all in Adeje. This hotel is located well and about 10 minutes walk down a path to the beach. The reception staff, especially Shaun are all very helpful. Housekeeping do an amazing job and our rooms were always clean. There are 3 pools, plenty of space for everyone. Please note if you want a sun parasol you have to get a ticket for 2 Euros per day, which I thought was not acceptable and should be free, especially as there are no shaded areas.
Unfortunately the food was the same everyday and it got a bit boring after the first couple of days, quality was very poor.
Air-con is available, you can get the remote control from reception for a 20 Euro refundable deposit.
WiFi is not available unless you pay. It's 2025, WiFi should be free throughout.
Would I come back or recommend this hotel, probably not, a few things need to be improved.
- Q9215PChelenm (8/5): Basic but good value for money - The studio rooms were really spacious and clean on arrival. The rooms are cleaned 6 days a week and the staff do a good job of keeping them clean. The note said 2 towel changes but I think we got 4 in a week!
They had a good size kitchen, lounge area with tv and sofa bed. The balcony was really spacious. The hairdryer in the bathroom was quite powerful. Sockets are sideways so my plug in mosquito room protector was a bit hit and miss! You have to pay a deposit for air-conditioning remote, safe key and tv remote, our friends were annoyed at this but I can understand why and it did not bother me. Do keep your receipts though. At check our one of our group lost the safe key receipt and although he returned the key he had to kind of argue with the reception chap to get his deposit back.
Also there is no free wifi at the hotel. You can pay a small fee for up to 4 devices so bare this cost in mind if you have children with tablets etc.
The pools were clean. There was a lifeguard on duty, although on lifeguard side of things, I am dubious. The kids pool is attached to the 1.6m deepest pool and our friends child slipped into the pool. I jumped in fully clothed to retrieve her and am not sure the lifeguard was aware that any of that happened so be responsible for your children when round the pool.
They do allow kids to take inflatables into the shallow kids pool and 1.45m pool and have some you can borrow which is a plus, as my kid loves an inflatable ring even though she swims.
The only downside is if you want sunbeds from morning time during busy seasons you have to be up before 6.30am! I am afraid to say I had to join the sunbed dash and we only reserved for the adults s the kids spent most time in the pool. To be honest there is not enough beds for guests when busy. However if beds were empty when the lifeguard came on duty at 10am those towels were cleared and taken to reception. So if you are unlucky before breakfast you may get lucky between 10am and 10.30am! Not joking one family put their sunbed towels down before 3am!
Food is typical buffet all inclusive. Plenty of choice for the average eater. I only eat fish and vegetarian and I had no issue with food. It was soup, stews, veg, meat, fish, rice, pasta and salad bar with a few mixed salad options at both lunch and dinner. Full english and continental at breakfast.
Not gourmet cuisine but I thought it was fine for a week. My only disappointment was fruit. They offered apples and bananas, as well as dates and raisins at breakfast. Occasionally slices of melon as an extra treat. I wish they offered more sliced and diced fruit, particularly at breakfast for the yogurts and cereal.
Bars and entertainment, pool bar serves in small paper cups. If you bring your own cups they are happy to serve you in your own cups and you can buy yhese in yhe supermarket across the way. The food at the pool is basic. Burger, cheese burger, hotdogs, cheese and/or ham toasties, no chips though, but kids were happy, you can get the pool bar food between 10am and midday, and 4pm to 6pm.
They serve little tubs of ice cream on the all inclusive or you can purchase nicer ice creams like magnums for about 3 euros.
The all inclusive cocktails are shockingly bad. I would advise to stick with the spirits and beer to save yourself the disappointment. The sangria was OK though.
The main bar does some reasonably priced cocktails when it opens in the evening, about €5 for iced daiquiris. When we were there the entertainment was a little lacking. I would prefer karaoke to some of the acts to be honest although the magician was great for the kids. The flamenco dancers looked like they were out of the Anabelle doll horror film. I imagine the budget is a little low and the space is tight. We used to slip out and return when the acts had finished.
One thing you cannot knock here is the location. Bars, restaurants, Supermarkets, pharmacists, beach and harbour are all in walking distance. Just bear in mind the resort is hilly so less able bodies may struggle with the terrain. You can hire scooters and buggies though if you want some help getting around the resort.
Finally the waiting and serving staff really were fantastic. Always polite, either they never had a bad day or they just had great customer service!
I think for the price I would happily return here again! Clean rooms, polite friendly staff and good size pool for the kids is all we need. This hotel ticked those boxes.
- Z9832NUandreag (6/5): Honest review of our experience - Still here just now.. booked 14 nights end of July into August.. hotel is defo getting busier by the day.
Hotel is clean and staff friendly plenty drinks and snacks at pool bar during the day... Victoria.. Daniel and Leonardo very friendly and good to have a laugh with..
As a family we have been to several All Inclusive holidays over the years... for me there could be some improvements here to make the stay more enjoyable.
Food.. I feel there should be a children's section for food. Always having chicken nuggets fish fingers etc.. as sometimes not always options for some fussy kids. Lol..
Food choices varied from day to day.. but lots of pork and fish options..not really to my liking.. but managed to have something and a few nights went out for food.. Chinese buffet across the road was really nice and for 11.50 u could t go wrong!
Lunch I feel could be open longer..with it closed at 2.30 and then snacks not open again to 4pm..there is a massive queue at the pool bar from 4 onwards.
Most places I have been when breakfast closes snacks open.. when lunch close snacks open and same again for dinner... snacks available right up til 10pm at night.
Entertainment during the day was ok.. but we are more used to a few Animation team members... with more activities during the day and a club dance with mini disco to start the night off.
Entertainment at night was a hit or a miss.. at end of day can't please everyone but at least they were trying.
Pool area yes we did get up 6am to get our spot and beds . Defo could do with more beds for the amount of guests staying at the hotel. And yes the lifeguard did take towels off beds if unattended for some time.. my grudge here is that you also had to pay extra for an umbrella and if you wanted a padded mattress for your sunbed.. I'm sorry I am defo of the opinion if you have paid all inclusive you have paid your dues.. people coming here will have a budget and this is defo not mentioned as an extra cost..
Plenty bins around pool area but nobody cleaning them throughout the day and as the day went on they were constantly overflowing.
It is a good location for bars shops and a short walk to the beach..
Bus stops directly outside for siam mall and siam park and local busses.
Room size decent we were on 8th floor with balcony and great views of pool and beach/Adeje
You could see some renovations taking place like painting barriers etc.
My honest review of what we experienced staying here.
- Q6819IYgarys (10/5): Great Family Holiday - We stayed here at the end of July, with our 11 year old son. The hotel is great for families and has activities around the pool to keep people entertained. The animation team didn't push if you didn't want to take part.
We asked for a room number above the 4th floor and when checking in the staff said as requested we have given you a room over the pool and with a sea view.
The food was varied and we always found something we liked for each meal, the bar in the dining room was open for dinner and the evening meal but self service for breakfast.
Like some of the comments on Trip advisor i agree it could do with a bit of maintenance in certain areas, although we did see maintenance staff working at various times of the day.
Rooms cleaned well and cleaning staff worked around the clock.
We booked the hotel because of the location, it's great for bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance some as close as over the road. We still like to have a wonder around bars and eat out even though we was all-inclusive
We loved our stay at Adeje beach and glad we didn't listen to some of the negative reviews we read.
We will return without a shadow of a doubt, and would like to thank all the staff at Adeje beach for a great holiday.
- nicp442 (2/5): ⭐ 1 out of 5 – Heartbreaking Experience & Zero Accountability Date of stay: July 2025 Traveller type: Family - ⸻
We were placed in this hotel for one night due to overbooking at the hotel we had actually booked. Sadly, our short time here led to a devastating experience that completely ruined the start of our holiday.
Because our permanent hotel wasn’t ready, we were told to leave our suitcases in a courtesy room at this temporary accommodation. A few hours later, when we returned to collect them, we discovered one of our bags had been stolen — the lock had been broken off and the contents were gone.
Stolen items included:
• My purse, ID, cards, and money
• Jewellery with huge sentimental value
• A one-of-a-kind memorial ring containing my late mother’s ashes, which is completely irreplaceable
We reported the theft to staff immediately, but were met with cold, dismissive responses. We were told there was no CCTV coverage of the room and that there was nothing they could do. There was no apology, no support, and no effort to help us report it or find out what had happened.
Whether security measures failed or procedures weren’t followed properly, the hotel offered no explanation and took no responsibility for what happened. This wasn’t about the monetary value of the items – it was about the sentimental loss, and the complete lack of care we received afterward.
I understand this wasn’t our chosen hotel, but we were guests all the same. The way we were treated was inexcusable, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
If your main hotel tries to move you here as a “temporary fix,” refuse it – it’s not worth the risk.
- 591clarissan (4/5): Not the best, it’s a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for - It’s a basic cheap package holiday, food isn’t the best and we struggled most days to find anything bar chips. This was the same complaint from any family we chatted to.
Pool area is fine but the kids pool is very small which doesn’t leave them much space to play. Sun beds do go early er went down for 6 each morning to get one however the life guard does remove towels not used after a couple hours.
Cleaning wise we only had our room cleaned 3 times in our week stay and the beds weren’t changed at all which in this heat isn’t great. Air con unit in the room is filthy and possible what made us all poorly towards the end of the break. We also had a room which had cockroaches on a night time 😫
Entertainment was canny, the guy with the snakes on a Saturday evening is worth a watch he was great with people, rest of week was singers and a magician.
It’s not a hotel we would come back to but if you wanted something cheap then you get what you pay for.
- Tia32110 (8/5): Great hotel! - Staff = Amazing - super friendly and really helpful
Room = clean, simple but has everything you need. Yes you need to pay for a kettle, we just took our own. Tv and air-con remote you pay a deposit but got it back when you leave. We have no complaints regarding room!!
Pool = great, clean and tidy! Never had an issue finding a sunbed and we don't reserve them! In July we always found 2 beds free. Pre warning lifeguard does remove towels if you haven't been there for afew hours.
Food = disappointed, food was limited, we found food most nights but we lived off salad, pizza and chips. Desserts were okay but repetitive. As for fruit that was the most disappointing for me, I love my fruit and it was very boring just bananas, pears and apples. With dinner they would put out watermelon or melon but that's it. Breakfast was the best meal for us, can't beat a fry up!! Only thing we would loved some hash browns but we can't expect everything.
Drinks = wasn't impressed, soft drinks were fine. Fanta lemon and sprite were good but cocktails were a shame!! From a machine and awful! So we paid one evening to have mojitos, only 4 euros each so not expensive but not the best either.
Overall a really nice hotel but food and drink let it down! We personally wouldn't return as you can't do bed and breakfast but if that was an option we 100% would as hotel and staff were great.
- sarahhP8643FN (10/5): Great Hotel - I had an excellent stay here this is my second visit when myself and my son arrived there initially was a problem with our room. They explained everything to us and had booked us another room for the night in a hotel just up the road while they sorted our room out they paid for taxi there and back. When we did arrive back at the hotel reception staff was lovely and our room was fantastic had a big balcony with sea and pool view 😀 they gave us wifi, tv, airconditioning and the safe for free as a gesture which was lovely thank you. the rooms have everything you need in them. The food is great nice variety snack bar by the pool is good friendly staff serving you. The location of this hotel is great the beach close by and shops and bars and sea front. Can't fault the hotel it is clean and the cleaners do an amazing job all staff work hard there thank you for a lovely stay. See you in October
- vicandandy2015 (4/5): Shocking will not return - Food very repetitive deserts shocking only fresh fruit bananas green oranges apples pears and melon, have to pay for sun umbrella round the pool in 6 nights cleaner only came 3 times and didn't clean properly on arrival I found part of a cake candle in my bed no pleasantries from staff at all
- eileenmarier (8/5): Summer Break -
Just back from our fourth visit and just as enjoyable as first.
From reception, dining room, pool bar and night bar the staff are amazing. We must also thank the maids and cleaners for keeping everywhere spotlessly clean. We had a small problem with the safe this was dealt with promptly.
We found the food and entertainment a lot better than our previous visits that's just our opinion.
We like the position of the hotel being close to shops and bars.
The bus stops outside the hotel for visiting other places also the free Siam Park bus stops outside as well.
We can honestly say this hotel is value for money and would certainly recommend a visit here.
Thank you Villa Adeje for another great holiday.
Eileen and Derek Riley
Hope to see you all again soon.
- rebeccag268 (6/5): Perfect basic family hotel - An ideal basic hotel- cannot criticise as it does what it says on the tin but could be updated.
Stayed 26 June- 1 July, single parent family with 16 year old and 2 x 12 year olds. First family holiday abroad as a four and it suited the kids needs perfectly. Our room was 414 (would definitely recommend!) as it was spacious and had a massive balcony. It was accessed from the pool area so I had no qualms about the boys going down earlier than me/ popping back to the room etc.
Food was basic and limited in comparison to other all inclusives I’ve stayed at, however was always something for the boys- it just wasn’t overly inspiring. Having bottled water included was a huge plus point!
Entertainment- the daytime staff try and do a lot with very little budget. Evening singers fine, songs very much the typical holiday crowd pleasers.
Room was very clean and tidy, albeit it was dated and could benefit from a refurb.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for help ordering a taxi and one was booked & arrived in minutes!
Happy to pay the deposit for air con/ tv remote etc- this is cash only so just something to be aware of. WiFi is an extra charge and was sketchy at best so probably wouldn’t do this again- my connection was quicker on data.
Location is ideal for Siam Park & Mall as there are bus stops directly outside. It’s also a nice little walk down to the front, the boys liked that you can see the hotel from the Marina.
Pool was a great size and the kids loved it- there are three so it meant they could splash about in one whilst not disturbing anyone who wanted a bit more of a chilled dip!
- Cal2907 (8/5): Lovely Holiday - We stayed for 10 nights from 14th - 24th June and loved it. I contacted the hotel before we arrived to ask for a room with a pool view and was told that, as we had booked a studio, it would not overlook the pool or have a sea view but they would try and accommodate us with a room on a higher floor, which they did and it was fine.
The all inclusive was the least intrusive we have ever had. There was no checking room numbers, minimal queues in the restaurant and we never waited more than a couple of minutes to get served at the bar. The entertainment was good - singers on every night after the bingo !!! Special shout out to them all for getting everyone up dancing and singing songs everyone knew.
The pool bar was good although getting a sunbed was a bit hit and miss especially with the “I will get up at 5 o clock in the morning to put my towel on a bed” brigade - I think the hotel should check each hour and remove the towels off the beds where selfish people think it’s ok to leave them all day. I’ve seen this done at another hotel and it works well as everyone has a fair chance of using them.
The beds were comfy, the shower was powerful and the towels were changed daily (apart from Sundays)
The only criticism we have is that we arrived after 10 o clock so there was no food available - a sandwich or a cold salad would have sufficed.
We met some lovely people and, due to the laid back atmosphere of the hotel, we would definitely return.
- stanleyjames29 (6/5): Villa adeje beach apartmenthotel - Went to this hotel for 2 weeks on arrival out side the hotel we found the path to the door a bit difficult wheeling the suitecase over them bit uneven at reception you ask if you won't tv remote and air conditioning remote which you pay a deposit then it returned at the end of your hoilday it's was 30euro for both but we didn't no that u can switch the tv on with a button underneath the tv so could have not needed it but u do need air con remote room was clean but in kitchen as not much in them just 2 plates 2 small cups 2 knifes fork and spoon no other equipment no kettle but we took our own as you have to pay per day to hire one there just be aware there's a few thing which u have to pay for extra like 2 euros a day for umbrella near pool and it does get really hot there and only have 6 or 7 umbrella which i think all theses extras should be in with your hoilday not extras room clean but bed bit hard ask for a mattress topper but never got one both pillows on beds need new ones just lumpy i am dairy intolerance so at breakfast ask a water if they have lactose free milk no of the chefs or waiter can speak not must English so didn't understand you so had to explain to them so Google the word in Spanish I did get it but after a couple of days at breakfast trying to explain i wonted lactose free milk it was easyer to go to supermarket and buy some and keep it in fridge in room them took it down every morning they did have vegan butter in little cartons so ok but I have been to other 3 stars hotel and they did have all kinds of milk for breakfast but this hotel only have full or semi skin milk there was a woman there who was gluten free there wasn't nothing there she could eat as u no there food as to be perpeared separately to stop cross contaminated but she told them before arrival her diet requirements but they didn't care and as there a notice in restaurant on wall telling they cater for your dietary requirements but no they don't as all staff don't speak great English so beware food got a bit difficult as it was the same the 2 week we were there food was only warm even though they have the equipment to keep the food warmer so after a 10mins the food was cold never seen chef come out with a prop to test food temperature there was 2 microwave so a lot of people used it to hot the food up even breakfast bean extra was luke warm only dessert was the same every day lunch and tea time so stop having them they did have 3 flavour of icecream but even that after half hour it started melting as not keep at cold temperature it just turn to slop we did go next door to hotel there's a small cafe and bar run by English people do English food at a reasonable price we had 2 Sunday dinner there was really nice but u do have to book for that as it does get busy plus some people were going for a beer there at lunch as they sell English beers etc and cheaper then hotel bar so in all wouldn't go to this hotel again
- claregriff (4/5): Very disappointed with the hotel and treatment. Management were crap and no apology - Arrived on the Friday at 9pm after a long day of travelling to be told we had to go to another hotel for the night as the room we were allocated there had been flooding on that floor which I don't think was true . The hotel we were sent to was about 10 min taxi drive when the receptionist said it was 2 mins away . We went back on the Saturday morning to get a room which we were pleased with but to top it off on the Tuesday we went to get some lunch and came back to the room to find a man digging up floor tiles in the living area we were not told about this and appartely he would need 6 hours to finish the job . The dust was all over the floor and the cabinet and not even an apology from the hotel management the amount we paid for a week away and to have this treatment is disgusting
- shauntdw (10/5): Absolutely loved it - The location of this hotel is superb for public transport as there are buses both direction directly outside.
The staff at this hotel are fantastic ,always smiling and happy ,and very professional .Our room was cleaned daily but we never saw a cleaner to tip them as they were so discreet.
Pool areas are clean, beds are fine and plentiful, we never put towels down and always found a bed at any time of day. The snack bar at the pool is very good serving freshly cooked to order all inclusive food ,waters were just set out take take whenever you wanted and the bar staff were quick to serve all day.
Restaurant food was in our opinion very good indeed with a great variety and proper sausages in the morning lol. Variety was plentiful and well presented and cooked well (especially the grill section).
Front of house staff on reception were a pleasure to speak to and very very helpful.
There were no negatives here .
We loved it here and would definitely choose to return again, thankyou
- B5906FHcharlesm (10/5): Amazing, Amazing, Amazing, it wasn't too expensive and it was peaceful so I could get a good sleep at night time - It was a really nice family holiday with all-inclusive dining, not too far from the beach, the beds were comfortable and it was not too difficult to get around to different shops, and the staff were lovely and always delivered good customer services
- johnrA7733EM (8/5): Overall very good - Overall very pleased with this hotel.
Down side not enough sunbeds as loads
Have towels on and not used.
Plus side was very pleased with the food as previously all-inclusive in Spanish hotels not the best.😀
- Nicolae (10/5): Exceptional - Nice hotel Nice
- Tourist06638814351 (8/5): We enjoyed our stay - The staff were very welcoming, friendly and couldn't have been any more helpful than they were. The catering staff went above and beyond to help with specialised diets,I would have appreciated a little more enforcement of the restaurant dress code.
The hotel is showing signs of wear and tare and could do with some updating in places but was generally clean and tidy the room was cleaned daily and towels changed once during our stay, the shower was excellent.
Wifi was an extra charge but not reliable and only in parts of the hotel,tv/ air con controllers and kettle were a fully refunded deposit though kettle was uk 3 pin and too high a voltage which melted our plug converter(I wasn't worried enough to inform staff).
The pool area could also do with some tlc,was nice to a lifeguard on duty but not enough sunbeds as they were blocked by the usual sunrise towel hogging sunbathers by 830 am
- gillianhall2017 (6/5): Good and bad - We arrived at this hotel around 10.30pm and the guy on reception was very keen to get us checked in so we could get a drink before the 11pm deadline! Staff were lovely and always helpful. We had a one bed apartment on the 8th floor which was clean, spacious with lovely sea and pool views from the balcony. We were all inclusive but definitely the stingiest all inclusive we’ve ever been to! Having to pay for Wi-Fi was a bit strange and also having to pay deposits for remote controls for the tv and air conditioning! That probably says more about the usual clientele here! The food was plentiful and varied but always always either freezing or at best luke warm! Those heating plates are definitely not working!!! Ate out more than we ate in because I couldn’t stand it. The pool bar was ok but beer is served in kids paper party cups so you need about 15 for a pint!! The hotel is very well located and very close by to shops and restaurants. The beach is a ten minute walk but if you don’t fancy that hire a mobility scooter like the 90% of Brits on holiday here 🙄 Siam Park is close by and we walked it in 20 mins tops but there is a free bus outside the hotel. Not enough sun beds and the towel nazis are always up first thing claiming the beds - again not the hotels fault just the clientele.
- 271charc (2/5): Horrendous!! - Worst ever holiday!!! Staff rude!! Seem to have it in for 3 women!! Food and drink horrendous ended up eating out everyday and never being at hotel home poorly with bed bug bites all 3 of us, will never recommend this hotel! Comes to something when you tell people who run restaurants where your staying and they all tell us we shouldn’t
