Nice full glass two person shower with excellent water pressure. Loly’s breakfast was next level!! There was normal stuff but she went extra with tortillas, beans, sausage/eggs and chorizo/eggs. Told her we were leaving back to Florida the next day and she made me a nice togo plate for the next morning. Loly was very friendly and helpful. Would suggest this hotel everyday for someone staying in Floresville.

- Travel55718455864 (4/5): Bad Experience - Stayed in a room on second floor, which the room as okay when we arrived but left for a while. When we came back and room had a nasty smell that never went away, didn't ask for another room since it was around midnight and on the beds, you could feel the springs which made them uncomfortable. Staff was nice but not again will we stay at this location.

I booked a king but ended up bringing my niece and he switched my room out for a double on the first floor. The elevator was out so I really appreciated that gesture! The next morning I met Lolly!!! Lolly greeted me in the breakfast area. I initially was going to grab an apple and leave but she insisted I try the breakfast and I am so glad I did!!!! The food was delicious and Lolly’s kind and helpful demeanor made the experience better!

- Clayton (4/5): - Room needed repairs and walls are very thin! You could hear everything outside the room waking us up in the middle of the night. Bathroom fixtures need to be replace as toilet seat was broke and corrosion on a lot of things in the room. We were out in the 3rd floor and the elevation didn’t work and we were not offered any kind of discount considering we paid double the normal rate due to holiday weekend! We will never be back or stay at Holiday Inn again as this seems to be norm with our Holiday Inn stays in the past too.

We were told that confirmation we had does not mean anything as the hotel deleted our reservations and gave them to someone else. This is the first time with confirmation in hand, we were denied our reserved rooms. This is the first time we booked at this location and obviously the last time.

Staff are polite and friendly and room is clean well maintained. The complementary breakfast was delicious. Laly the cook was amazing preparing the breakfast for us. She was even friendly to greet and thank each guests.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good but poor security response - Friendly and welcoming. I reported to front office that three men were trying to open our room door, front office response was poor. Front office said that probably they were looking for someone and just got into the wrong room, but those gentlemen still sat for about ten minutes in the hall speaking a foreign language. The following day we notice that our room door did not close at all. I became very concerned after that.

Also we were notified at the time of check in that the pool was closed which was the primary reason for booking as we were traveling from out of town and didn’t have plans other than to swim. When we complained they said the we’re trying to get it working and would let us know, it was repaired the following day but we already booked another location by then.

She is a healthy ray of sunshine in the breakfast area and the food she makes is so delicious. It goes above and beyond your standard menu of food offered in the mornings. You got to love it when you can get a decent breakfast at a motel in the morning. They also start a bit earlier than most hotels so us working guys don't miss out
- Chelsey (4/5): Hotel needs work. - This hotel looks nice on the outside but lacks on the inside. I don't like writing bad reviews but the owner needs to know the issues at hand. Being as I work in the hospitality industry I do have some knowledge of how a hotel, vacation rentals should run. Also I do believe these issues with the hotel have nothing to do with your staff. They were excellent. Top notch. First off, your hotel halls smell like a nursing home. All carpets including the rooms were sticky, wet and smelly like mildew. Second, what is going on with your showers? No water pressure? You can't even bathe unless it's ice cold. I couldn't wash my hair the whole time I was at your hotel. Please change out your shower heads! They don't work and are dirty. Third, I checked in my room and everything felt humid and wet? Why? Fourth, I had no hand soap in my room when checking in. Fifth, our room keys worked when they wanted too. Including your outside doors. Sixth, fix the pancake machine, or up grade to the Texas waffles machine, just a suggestion. On a good note the coffee bar you provide is great!! We enjoyed it. Hopefully you can work on getting these corrected. Best of luck, The Brown's
- Jessica (8/5): Wonderful stay - I really liked the hotel itself, i had spacious area even with the king ssize bed. The only thing i was worried about was the restroom door kept opening if it was not closed properly and hitting the shower door, which is glass. It was startling when it hit, that's for sure.
- Edward (10/5): No germs please! - Room was immaculate and comfortable. Faith at the front desk was very sweet. Only ding I have to give and easily correctable is that there was no disinfectant spray or paper towels in the fitness room to wipe down the machines before or after use. There was a paper towel dispense but it was empty. Managment if you're listening you know what to do. BTW you're missing a 20# Barbell. No I didn't take it.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean your showers better! - We went to Floresville for a funeral. We needed a clean room with a decent bed. The room and bed were fine, the shower had pubic hair in it which is so gross. Breakfast the next morning was really good.

- nicolashE1053VQ (10/5): So far, pretty good. - Holiday Inn in Floresville Texas was a wonderful experience. Great hospitality and generous in many ways. They gave me my space when I requested it and respected my wishes. They were kind enough to let me know when I was able to come in and get my room.

- 262keithd (8/5): Solid Holiday Inn Location - This is a solid Holiday Inn location in a small town. The drive entrance is a little hard to get into the first time you arrive as it is next to a large HEB but there is not a shared entrance. However it is easy to walk to the grocery chain. Hotel was clean, breakfast was solid. Only issue was that the microwave in the room was very difficult to operate.

Had a good time however the only washing machine available for the whole building was out of service which was quite inconvenient. The staff were courteous and apologetic which i did appreciate. But whoever is in charge should seriously look to sort this issue out!

- Takisha (2/5): - The front desk announced my floor loudly with a lobby full of people. Also ro was dirty so my room was changed and that room was also dirty. The shower head was filthy of calcium deposit and mold. Towels were also stained.

- carla (10/5): Very nice! - Great location, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Carpet was a bit sticky when walking on it, and sink plug was stuck but i pried it open with a fork.
