- Laura (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Good breakfast, comfy bed and nice hot shower. A little far out from downtown if you don’t have a car, but taxis were inexpensive and easy to get.
- Catherine (10/5): - Gentillesse du propriétaire. Nous a accomodé pour notre arrivée avant l'heure prévue ainsi que garder nos bagages pour notre depart en soirée après l'heure de sortie. Propriétaire a même ete nous porter à notre excursion en ville. Rien de negatif sur cet emplacement. Déjeuner adéquat et chambre propre.

- Thomas (6/5): Städtereise - -weit weg vom Zentrum. In der Nähe keine Restaurants. Duschbrause mangelhaft. Reception nach 24:00 Uhr geschlossen, nur 1 Schlüssel für die Haupttüre vorhanden. WLAN funktioniert nur Teilweise und ist langsam. -Ausflüge können im Hotel gebucht werden. Zimmer sauber.
- Verified traveler (4/5): シャワーの排水不良などあり覚悟のいるホテル - 当ホテルから徒歩でカルフールまで２５分、地元スーパー（ダウンタウン西端）へは３０分（タクシーは62.5ペソ）、桟橋（インフォメーション）は45分かかった。いずれも下りなので、帰りは上るので1，2割は時間がかかるか。ホテル前にバス停（B路線）があるが、SUBUカードを予め購入が必要。当地のキオスクでは購入できず、現金支払い不可なので結局ただ乗りになった。ホテルの外壁は紫色に変更。海側の部屋は3室ある。泊まった部屋は山側だが、増築中の建物が見えるだけで眺望は不可。部屋は小さい。ドアーはべニア板で塗装なく、椅子や物入れもすべて手作り製の感じ。窓の鍵は掛からず、半閉鎖状態。ドアーの鍵がおもちゃみたいな超簡単な物。冷蔵庫なし。シャワー室は小さくて、ビニールカーテンが体にひっつく。排水は極めて不良。WiFiは繋がり難く、スピードが遅いので使えず。朝食はアメリカンだが、ハムやチーズはない。リンゴなどの果物はある。カフェテリアに電子レンジがあるので、コップで水を温めてインスタントコーヒーなど飲める。

- Dominique (10/5): Accueil chaleureux à ecommander - Accueil très sympathique, mais il faudrait que quelqu'un parle l'anglais, car la communication est un peu compliquée.Confort très correct, chambre spacieuse mais il faudrait prévoir une armoire pour ranger les vêtements.Propreté impeccable.Quartier éloigné du centre, ce qui implique de prendre régulièrement le taxi. Séjour très agréable et confortable, avec une belle vue sur le canal.
- Verified traveler (6/5): A long way out of town - A nice enough place but it is so far out of town that it's not easy to get food etc. It is run very much like an army camp 'hostal' - super clean with lots of rules. You are not allowed to eat in your room but there is nowhere welcoming and comfortable to cook or eat. No way to make a cup of coffee etc.
- Verified traveler (6/5): As fotos não condizem com a realidade atual. - Não foi exatamente o que eu esperava, as fotos não condizem com a situação do hotel atualmente, o quarto é bastante simples, ficamos em um quarto que não tinha cortina na parte de cima da janela e o banheiro tinha cortina no chuveiro e não tinha trinco na porta, além disso é bem distante do centro, umas 30 quadras, o hotel fica na periferia da cidade. o Café da manhã é simples mas é bom e o dono é atencioso. Valeu apenas pelo preço pago.
- Naoki (6/5): 値段なりだが街へのアクセスは良くないので注意 - 二階の部屋に宿泊しましたが、バスルームの扉がしっかり閉まらなかったり床の一部が軋んだりといった建物の古さが気になりました。 一方で、快適なWiFiアクセス環境と、町並みと山を一望できる部屋からの風景はとても良かったです。 ホストはとてもフレンドリーで、翻訳アプリ片手のスペイン語でもにこやかに対応してくれました。 ただし、スペイン語以外は全く通じないので注意です。 街からは徒歩50分程度とかなり遠いので、買い物にも食事にもタクシーでの移動が基本になると思います。 道路はあまり混みませんが、港集合のツアーに参加する場合は余裕を持ってタクシーを呼んでおいた方が良いでしょう。 周辺に多少の地元民向けらしいレストランやスーパーもありますので、いざとなれば街中まで出ずにそちらを利用することも可能かと思います。

They said it was a 30 minute walk but took well over an hour along the road. Room was average at best, considering the price and options closer to town.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Recomendo - O quarto é simples, mas é limpo, espaçoso e confortável. Tem banheiro privativo. O Sr. Antonio é muito simpático e prestativo. A hostería fica um pouco longe do centro, mas tem um ônibus que passa na porta. O táxi custa em torno de 80 pesos.

- Omar Adolfo (2/5): Malo - Muy lejos de todo, construccion descuidada, el dueño habla muy fuerte, y todos aquellos que ingresan hacen mucho ruido, las patedes son de carton y se escucha TODO.
- MYLENE M FERNANDES (6/5): ótimo - Ficamos hospedados 15 dias. A pousada é simples, com decoração simples.Porem muito limpa e a hospitalidade excelente. Sr Antônio é muito gentil, fez tudo para nos ajudar. Todas suas indicações de serviços como restaurantes e vans para o cerro, passes de ônibus, foram perfeitas. Ele é muito bem relacionado na cidade. Apesar da distancia do centro, Sr. Antonio nos orientou sobre o cartão dos passes de ônibus e íamos ao centro por $6,80 pesos por pessoa, na volta, à noite voltávamos de táxi que custou $57 pesos. Ao cerro Castor ele nos indicou uma grande empresas com muitos veículos que nos buscavam a qualquer horário. Na pousada lençóis e toalhas trocados sempre, e muito limpo, banheiro confortável, com água quentíssima, TV com vários canais e água para beber à vontade. Estamos muito agradecidos. Não foi satisfatório o colchão e a variedade do café da manhã.
- francisco josé (6/5): Hostería sencilla - A hostería fica distante do centro e pode ser acessado por coletivo ou taxi. A Hostería carece de uma reforma para melhorar a acomodação de cama e banheiro. Bom atendimento por parte dos hospedeiros.

- mario (8/5): Una alternativa a evaluar - Es un buen lugar, pero alejado del centro. Circula cada media hora un colectivo (Bus), el cual te deja en el centro a una cuadra de la calle principal de la ciudad, debes comprar una tarjeta que cuesta 15 pesos y cada viaje cuesta casi 8 pesos argentinos por persona, el conductor no recibe dinero. No cuenta con caja de seguridad la habitación. Los dueños son muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarte.

- CARMEN LUCIA (8/5): Local simples e aconchegante - Foi muito bom ficar nesta histeria. É como uma pousada no Brasil. Tem banheiro privativo e calefação. Os proprietário são simpáticos. Os cômodos são simples e aconchegantes. Fica longe do centro, mas só pedir um táxi que os proprietários chamam. Tem ponto/parada de ônbus coletivo bem em frente. É bem silenciosos para dormir. O café da manhã é bem simples mas é suficiente.

Sr Antonio e D Josefina sao muito atenciosos e prestativos. A pousada e simples mas é confortavel e tem um otimo custo beneficio. O café da manha é tipico, oferece o mesmo que os hoteis do mesmo padrao na Patagonia. Nao tenho nada a reclamar, ficaria la outra vez e recomendo.
