Alem disso o apto por ser no terreo é muito barulhento, da pra ouvir todos q passam do lado de fora, conversas, passos etc.

Wir wurden mit lauter Fotos einer herrlichen Terrasse auf die Wohnung aufmerksam gemacht. Nach unserer Buchung bekamen wir umgehend die Info, dass unsere Wohnung keine Terrasse hat, obwohl wir gar nicht nachgefragt hatten. Als wir stornieren wollten, war das natürlich nicht mehr möglich. Unsere Wohnung hatte Fenster in einen tristen Innenhof.

Kitchen , large fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer microwave full oven. Decent wifi and that room had a lovely terrace. Slight noise from the air units next to the terrace.

Tiszta, rendes. Már harmadszor szálltunk itt meg, és most egy rossz helyen levő szobát fogtunk ki, a földszinti étterem fölött. Nagyon hangos az éttermi szagelszívó, az ablak alatt dohányoznak a pincérek, nem lehet ablakot nyitni. Reggel korán az étteremben megkezdődik az élet, így nem lehet nyugodtan pihenni. 5 éjszakát voltunk 4 kávékapszulát adtak, kérésre sem kaptunk többet.

We were able to check in early and they were helpful the entire time. The location is really ideal for seeing all of Rome. You can walk everywhere. It is nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer. The sofabed is ok, but not the best for comfort. We liked everything else!

There was a little terrace in front of the room and a loft area with a pull out couch. Two bathrooms - both decently sized! Pablo/Paulo (Sorry we didn't get the spelling) was wonderful - he was always ready to help, with the sweetest smile. We were so sad that we ran out of cash and couldn't leave him a tip - hope he reads this message and knows how much he was appreciated. The apartment is close to the Spanish steps and is in a lively but not-so-touristy trap area. It's a great location! The bed creaked :-( If someone is a light sleeper, this could be a nighmare. They need to change the bed springs.

Měli jsme vše co jsme potřebovali Podlaha nebyla úplně čistá, jsme zvyklí chodit v ubytování bez bot, což tady úplně nešlo, měli jsme úplně špinavé ponožky.

- kathleen (9/5): - Loved the location--within walking distance to many lovely piazzas and sights, pedestrian streets with many lovely stores and restaurants, and subway. Felt very safe in the apartment. Liked the snacks, coffee, tea and water provided in the apartment on first day of our arrival. Should provide a tea towel, drying rack and paper towels in kitchen.

- Federico (10/5): Un super appartamento in una via magica - Appartamento centralissimo in una via dal fascino unico. Spazi ampi, arredamento top, pulizia impeccabile. Forse la zona migliore per il centro. Sotto casa autobus per piazza Venezia da dove per esempio prendi il tram per trastevere. Orari flessibili, ci hanno detto per esempio di prenderci il tempo che serviva per il check out. Una reception fisica oramai rarità. Prezzo qualità eccellente. In un appartamento di questo livello bisognerebbe proprio integrare il set cucina con due tovagliette, le presine per le pentole e uno strofinaccio da cucina. Il 10 avrebbe la lode!

- geraldine (9/5): Fabulous spacious and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. - The accommodation was very well presented, extremely spacious and very clean with little luxury finishes. Additional towels were provided which is always an added bonus. The location of the apartment is excellent in very close proximity to the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso and Piazza del Popolo. Cleaning products were very limited which could prove challenging if you were to cook in the apartment. There was also a smell in the upstairs bathroom which although not terrible was a little off putting
