We encountered a minor issue with our online booking through a third-party app, but the team handled it professionally and resolved our concern efficiently, which we truly appreciated. Also Alfonso, our pool guy was the best, very nice and accommodating to us and our children. eissani (10/5): Late cleaning for a tired fam - cris, leo, joel We were a big family taking our Holy Week break in Clark, and even though we were used to it, the demands of traveling as five remained difficult. There was always someone left in the room, so it was hard to get it cleaned by the time everyone got back. One night we came home quite late (about 9PM) and were eager to settle down, but we realized we hadn't gotten the room cleaned. Cris, Leo, and Joel were kind enough to assist in replacing our towels, taking out the trash, and refreshing other amenities while we were occupying the room. They were attentive and positive. Thank you for your service!

Special shoutout to the front desk staff Jean and Daniella, for their warm hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommended!!

Anna Danica (8/5): It was okay but not great. - I like that they have many life vests available for kids. Their housekeeping staff where accomodating. Rooms were fairly clean and spacious. We keep on tripping on the wooden bed corners. Limited parking slots because the other levels were under construction I believe. Limited food choices in their buffet area. Saw a cockroach in the buffet area that’s why we didn’t use included breakfast on our second day of stay. Our view from the balcony was a parking lot.

The front desk, the bus boy, and everyone was very helpful. The manager Peter, Rico, Angel, and all the staff are very accomodating. Very recommended!

resleyannm (10/5): Widus the Best! - We are long stay here in widus under amentum group room 515. The room is very neat and clean and all the staff are great. Fast service and all concern were adress perfectly. Also special to cute MJ , Caryl and sir Peter the manager as well, kuya jojo and jason of FM were very supportive. Definitely highly recommend. Everything is affordable the room accommodation, food and pastry.

Alice (8/5): Overall brilliant - The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very good and spacious. We found it peaceful too Showers could use some improvement. The fridge also didn’t work so well. While at breakfast we did unfortunately find a cockroach in the food.

ricov444 (8/5): That aged Hotel - Just came from Widus! The hotel that has been there for decades. Was surprised that the place is still very clean and presentable! Just needs some upgrade on the faded carpets and some screws here and there but its really a bargain for its rate! The bed and pillows will still dozed you to dreamland. The water is strong with hot annd cold settings. Most of all it does not smell like sewer unlike the sm developments The amenities are descent and the pool is superb . The breakfast is comparable to Quest with lots of choices. The most fun of it all is that it is interconnected with Hann Casino complex. And you can go and enjoy it's business establishments along with Marriot and Swisshotel . The 8th has Las Flores , Lucky Dumpling Hard rock among others. So if you need a place to stay in Clark for business, dino hopping with kids or stay for golf at mimosa. This is the place!

Ian (7/5): Ok for an overnight stay. - The location was convenient to many different restaurants in the casino complex, connecting Widus, Marriott and Sofitel together. The rooms were spacious and ample parking at the property. The interior is dated, the shower was cold and breakfast service was slow.
