As its located along the many dining, shopping belt, a little noise can be expected during thos peak hours (this make it such a good location). From counter staff, housekeeping to the 'bell-boy', they were all polite and friendly. I enjoyed my stayed here and definitely would.choose this property again for future visit (room rate is reasonable compared to some 5stars on the same stretch of the street).

• Jon (6/5): - The hotel appears to be worn and needs an upgrade. Staff was kind and service minded. It's has a nice location and has everything within walking distance. One side of the hotel was bothered by airtraffic departing CNX Elevator starts at 2nd floor(!) Not coming back.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - We could not understand why guests have to lug their luggage to the 2nd floor to take the elevator. Just after the stairs, there is a slight hump that is not visible. This can easily cause guests to stumble. Hope something can be done.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location, clean rooms - Location is good, just a little away from the center but with plenty of restaurants and bars around. This is also a downside as there will be loud music every day till midnight and you can hear it through the walls. Also you always have to slam the doors close (due to the type of lock) which makes it noisy. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet is sufficient. One other thing that should be noted is that to reach the elevator you have to climb a flight of stairs first. So if you have troubles with walking or a lot of heavy luggage, think again.

• Jon (6/5): Less Fancy Than I Expected, Still Good - From the pictures on the booking I was expecting something far newer, more comfortable, and cleaner. Upon entering, the room smelled musty like humid air had sat in there for a while. The staff did a nice job cleaning it each day and all of the lights and facilities were in working order. The saving grace of this stay, for me, was the complimentary breakfast buffet. It was large, delicious, and a perfect way to start each day.

A solid buffet breakfast, wonderful airy lobby, and friendly service. Rooms were large and clean with good wifi. What else could anyone ask for. And yes, the price was right.

The lady helped me order it online and paid it at 7-eleven. The only thing bothers me in this hotel is the WiFi, difficult to get connected. I think they need to improved their WiFi server software.

• John (8/5): Pleasant Stay- Great Area - Well kept Hotel- room was spotless. Rooms a bit stark- could use a few pictures or decoration to spice it up a bit. However, it is a budget hotel and for price better than what I expected. Breakfast was average, staff was friendly albeit struggling with English- but I dont judge because Im in Thailand and my Thai is horrendous. Overall a good stay, great views from 9th floor- worth a few extra bucks for bakcony room. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms near the end of corridor gets no wifi reception at all, overall bad and slow connection. 3 star but no kettle, no amenities, no safety boxes in the rooms. Anyone can get in and out to the hotel without reception noticing. Very highly priced compared to competition.

• Kien Nguan (2/5): Stolen Mobile Phone - Given the rates, I'm not expecting much from the hotel given that it is in a good location. However, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BELONGINGS AROUND ON THE TABLE IN THE ROOM! I lost my mobile phone and when I ask the reception to assist which he kindly did, he managed to call my 'lost mobile number' and speak to the thief but he don't seem to be demanding the guy to return my phone. I read another review on this site and seems that someone else also lost something in the hotel not too long ago. So I suspect it is the hotel staffs that goes to the room to steal the tourists belonging. So yes, this may be cheap but in the end you might end up paying more.
• Richard (6/5): Good for the price. - I have stayed at this hotel many times. it is not my first choice but it is a fallback when others I like are not available. It is an old hotel that was somewhat refurbished a few years ago but the rooms are still dates with older furniture. They are however large (at least the exec suite is) and cheap. Mostly Thai guests and the breakfast buffet is ok but has not changed in years and is about the same daily with only minor food choice changes. But for the money and location it works. there is a nightclub that can get loud behind it but that is going to close in the next couple weeks.

• Alex (8/5): Very intersting location - Room is clean and huge. The front desk staff are friendly, when speaking to them, use simple english and get it straight to the point. Not much english channels, mostly translate to Thai. The view from the hotel room is nice, we can enjoy sunset view from the room. We need to go to the corridor to see the sunrise. (our room at level 9) Walking distance to a Cafes, bar and local food restaurant and it is near to the airport (around 10-15 minutes ride).

I stayed for 3 nights, and the staff did everything possible to assist me during my stay. The hotel was perfectly situated for access to Nimmanhaimin. The room was nice and quiet despite the noise of that general area.My only reservation was that the wifi situation was a little strange. Sometimes it would drop unexpectedly, but not too often.

The room is clean, nothing wrong with the service, only the noise and the night crowd. If you're looking for a peaceful resting place, look somewhere else.

• D (8/5): good hotel great area - I was very pleased. Hotel was peaceful, room large, AC was powerful. Area is lively and safe, and very trendy.
• Brad (10/5): Awesome place to stay for the $. - 150baht tuk tuk to old city. Fun night life all around hotel. We were next to the Monkey bar witch is wild spot and we could hear it in are room. The people here are awesome wish we could stay longer.
• Mike (8/5): Great Neighbourhood - Really enjoyed staying here as a young male. Area was amazing. Tons of good food and Thai university style night life. Staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel was clean and I think represented very good value.
• Pen (8/5): Nice places but walking to hotel around 5 minute - rather good boutique hotel in this soi.
• Yumi (8/5): Nice budget hotel in town - A good hotel in the center of Nimman road. You can find nice pub right next to the hotel and many great restaurant around.
