• Guest (10/5): - It is run by women, pretty safe and friendly stuff. Rooms are clean. Walking distance to changwa center. And the most beautiful baby around. Not bothering at all, just giving such a warming and family vibe to the place. As a solo traveller it is a big plus!

On the end of my holiday, I lost my Mastercard, and I had no cash left 🙄😆 So I kind of got "the whole Samui experience" 😂 Luckily I was saved by a kind woman, and brought to the Queen Boutique Hotel near Chaweng beach ❤️🌴 The wonderful owner (also a woman, the one on the picture) went out and bought dinner and drinks, and she helped me book an extra room as an alternative way to get cash❤️ The service they provided at Queen Boutique Hotel was outstanding! 💖 The talk I had with her on the way to the airport was so wholesome, and I learned that she herself has had a life, that shaped her into a very tough, but kind, lovely woman, with a sharp mind in problematic circumstances. I definitely recommend Queen Boutique Hotel at Koh Samui for the hospitality and service! 🌺❤️🌺 The aircondition was dripping on the floor, and the staff were happy that I mentioned it to them 🙂

• Blair (6/5): Convenient location but poor sound proofing. - The Hotel itself is conveniently located with restaurants, the beach, and markets nearby. The room was very small and basic suitable for a weekend away, not if you’re wanting to unpack and get comfortable. My room had a large internal window looking into the hallway, any time the security light went off, which was often, I woken up by the light shining into my room. There was a curtain but unfortunately it did not stop the light. The sound proofing between the rooms is very poor and this actually caused conflict with a person in a neighbouring room the morning I checked out.

• Melinda (9/5): Superb - Spacious room, comfortable bed, great location in the quieter part of Chewang beach. Lots of nearby restos, spas, and convenience stores. There was a mild odor in the room. I have found the same in other nearby hotels so am unsure if it's a/c, musty, pipes, or what exactly. Maybe I just have a sensitive sense of smell.

The hotel owners felt like family by the time we left, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else if we visit again! The bed wasn't too firm, the room was clean, and there was a little desk to work from. The bathroom could get a bit smelly when it rained, but it's definitely not the hotel's fault! It's just something to be aware of.

We had a long travel day and it was my partners birthday the day we arrived so I emailed them that morning to ask if it was possible for them to do something in the room to mark his birthday. I did not expect the level of effort that they went to as per the photo. There is hot water, free tea/coffee, biscuits & bananas available downstairs by reception which was a nice touch. Nothing! Maybe a little more lighting in the room but that’s very minor :)

• Andrea (10/5): Lovely hotel in a good location - I stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel for 3 nights and as a solo traveller the single windowless room was a perfect option for an affordable, private stay in a very good location. It's a short walking distance from the Chaweng Beach and from various shops/restaurants. My favourite aspect about this accommodation was definitely the hostess!! She is so lovely, friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend Queen Boutique Hotel!

They even changed our shower head to a brand new one when our room was cleaned! Close to eveything and there's a good bike shop 10 minutes away by walking! Having the plug socket where the pillows went was abit annoying but it's fine

• Rory (8/5): Very decent for the price - Air con was great. Staff were really friendly and they provide a really good laundry service. Small building so it felt private. Location was great as not too close to the party but a short walk to everything you want There was no lift so you have to carry your bags up the stairs but the staff helped and it was only one flight. No issue if you’re fit to lift. The drains in the bathroom let off a bad smell when it rained

Owner said “will be fixed in 1 hour”. 10 hours later it wasn’t fixed yet, and even after it was, lights went out at least 6 times. Ants in the bed, hair from other guests… Avoid it.
