- A traveller (4/5): Not worth the price tag and no views :( - Good location. Overall comfortable room For a 4 star hotel it is really basic. Room is quite dated and small. Basic toiletries. Little shop for breakfast. I saw good reviews for nice view but reception said there is no such thing. Overall for the price I stayed in much better hotels in that area

Price was reasonable for NY standards, close to subway, Penn Station, Starbucks and great restaurants. In room fridge, microwave would be nice. The best part of the service. We had an early flight in so got to the hotel at 11 am. Adrianna was so kind to have an early check in option for one of our rooms. We were able to drop our luggage, freshen up and head out for the day. Thanks Adrianna, appreciate you caring for weary travelers. Kind service and positive attitudes is what makes travel special.

- Ilike2travelallover (8/5): So So with some room issues - Location is good and staff was very friendly. The only issue was the HVAC in our room was not working well. We had to have the maintenance guys come in twice and it never really fixed the issue, so we were a little hot. There was also a wet spot on the floor near one of the beds that is next to the bathroom that didn't go away. It didn't seem like a water leak, but not sure exactly what it was. We came back to our room one day and it smelled a little like a sewer. We did not try the breakfast. Would stay somewhere else next time.

- N927GPmichaelb (2/5): DON'T STAY HERE FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL! - I was to stay at this hotel tonight and tomorrow night, but my flight was cancelled due to a mechanical issue and then the pilots timed out. Another pilot could not be found due to weather the previous evening, and more pilots timing out. I am a Marriott Lifetime Gold with 521 nights at Marriott properties. We are required to (like most business travelers) to make reservations through our travel agency. This particular property refused to cancel my stay and charged me a penalty for $480 (which they say is equivalent to a one-night stay). I was told that I should have booked directly on the Marriott site and bought insurance that would have covered the hotel penalty if I had to cancel. First, I have to use a travel agency and second, in 30 years of traveling I have never had a hotel refuse to cancel my room without a fee due to a flight cancellation. This is business travel, not a vacation excursion. Also, I called Marriott Bonvoy and they were not able to do anything. They did say never to call the hotel and cancel, but call them first and they can cancel a stay without a fee. I feel like this particular property just stole from me, has no respect for customer loyalty and does not understand business travel.

- Mirjam (9/5): The hotel was perfect for our stay and we would recommend it anytime. - The hotel is located perfectly breakfast places as well as nice restaurants of all sorts are within walking distance. The room was rather small for a family of 4 but served the purpose. We had breakfast once and didn't want to repeat it, was okay though. The rooms should have queens size beds

They are such energetic, warm and welcoming people! A pleasure to start the day with them. Appreciated also the chambermaid Workensh, who provided amazing service to us. From check-in to departure, a lovely experience.
- Vlk (5/5): Extremely rude front desk staff. Would only recommend for it’s location - Location is great and room was clean It was advertised that there is garage parking on the property. There is none. But we were told they validate parking at the garage and gave us the run around when we kept inquiring the process. Staff at the front desk were rude. Also, the smoke detector in the room lights up every 5 seconds and is annoying in the middle of the night.

- Lyudmyla (5/5): Das Hotel eignet sich für 1-2 Nächte für Geschäftsleute und Durchreise, aber nicht für längere Zeit. - Lage super Das Frühstück( extra zu bezahlen) war schlecht und teuer( in der Nähe gab es etliche Möglichkeiten besser und günstiger zu frühstücken). Das Zimmer kleiner als von booking angegeben, schlecht möbliert( qualitativ auch): der Schrank sehr klein, unpraktisch und versperrt die einzige Birne auf der Decke. Das Badezimmer war ok von der Planung, aber es gab Haare auf dem Boden beim Einchecken. Mit der Sauberkeit meinen sie dort nicht richtig ernst( unter dem Bett lag es monatelange Staubschicht, die schmutzigen Handtücher, die von uns extra auf dem Boden im Bad gelassen wurden, um sie zu auszuwechseln , wurden schön wiederaufgehängt. Nur wenn wir gebeten haben, hat man nach 6 Tage die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt).

- GaryL855 (8/5): No Frills but good Hotel in Great Location - As most hotels I found near Time Square they are pricey & small but I found this Courtyard by Marriott property in a great location near Madison Squate Garden, Broadway & Subway stations they had a bar downstairs & a Starbucks which was handy also a washer/Dryer that you can pay to use which was great for us.

- spK4112CO (8/5): Great staff - dated facilities - The facilities and water pressure in the bathroom left much to be desired but the staff were so kind and nice, especially during a busy holiday weekend. Carlos and Tenzin at Table 135 were exceptionally kind and accommodating. They kept an oatmeal aside for me two mornings in a row after they sold out the first morning. They were cheerful and could not do enough to make us smile, amid a very busy time with guests. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were also so helpful and kind. The hotel had delicious hot chocolate and marshmallows in the lobby when we came back from a freezing cold day and my kids were thrilled. Wonderful staff - the place just needs a facelift.

- Imer Bawdej (9/5): Great location 5 mins walking from Penn Station while still being quiet enough - Very good location just a few blocks from Penn Station but still quiet, as the area around Penn Station can be loud. The street was surprisingly quiet, despite the fact that there is a police station just across from the building. We paid for a normal room but had a big room with plenty of space for our toddler's bed. I don't have much to complain much. It was nice overall. The one very minor thing is that only coffee was available in the room, no tea. But frankly, I shouldn't complain. These things don't matter. You can hear the neighbors a bit, but really, it was quiet enough.

A klíma extra hangos a szobában. Először nem is működött jól és nagyon hideg volt. Mivel a tűzoltóság mellett van a hotel, eléggé zajos.

- Fabiola (9/5): - Die Lage ist super! Sehr zentral. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Strasse befindet sich eine Polizeistation, weshalb es in der Nacht manchmal Sirenen zu hören gab. Sonst war das Hotel perfekt.

- Elisa (8/5): The property was good, clean, staff was great. Room was weird. - Staff was great. Coffee shop downstairs was super convenient, good coffee, with a very friendly staff. My upgraded suite was awkward. The bathroom had two sinks, but one was almost unusable due to very narrow space behind being taken up by closet. The suite had two doubles in one room, with no sleeping space in the adjacent space for my son.
- B4308DEdiegop (4/5): Disappointing - Not a good experience. Room on the 19th floor was extremely noisy (street noise plus elevators) .. never managed to sleep more than a couple of straight hours. Check in was not cordial, doesn't even follow Marriot's protocol. I complained with her, as well as through the Bonvoy app messages options. They said they would get back to me, and never did. Overall this place seems disorganized. Only positives I are the very good service at the cafeteria (everyone was smart and attentive), plus the renovated bathrooms was good. Marriott has several other better options in the area.

- Charles (1/5): I wouldn’t stay there even if it was at half price - At $430 a night for a 3 star, certainly from an Asian standard this is the bottom of the value pile. Towels are old probably used more than 10 years. No vanity pack or even toothbrush. There is no drinking water provided and the toilet paper feels like sandpaper. The toilet bowl is badly designed as it is so near the wall plus your leg is knocking against the toilet paper holder - almost had to cross leg to take a dump. The wash basin is very small for a 290 sq ft room. Very disappointed as it was under a Marriot name See above
