• Simon (8/5): A clean modern and safe hotel. Quite convenient for the bus station. - This is a very clean modern hotel with excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, adjacent to a big shopping mall. Great if you need to buy stuff or get food supplies. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a 15 minute walk to the bus station so quite well located in that sense. I had a bus in the morning and it was a comfortable walk. The problem is the hotel doesn't have a restaurant - although there is a basic buffet breakfast provided. But unless you want shopping mall fast food - which I certainly didn't - it's a taxi ride to any interesting restaurants. I asked the taxi to take me to a nice place to eat. He took me to the Foras Eros Restaurant, which suited fine, but it would have been nice to wander around a pick somewhere that looked particularly appealing.

Tem um shopping ao lado e alguns restaurantes de rede A rede desse hotel tem um problema de barulho absurdo no tèrreo e um cheiro de gordura por conta do restaurante que também fica no terreo ao lado da recepção. O barulho é de uma maquina daquelas que você seleciona o produto e ele cai. Em todos que estive tem isso. Parece até que faz parte do sistema deles para ser um hotel de passagem mesmo

• Adrian (9/5): A comfortable place for an overnight, but it's not an ideal location even for travel transit. - Comfortable and clean combined with a pool which we really enjoyed - we were the only ones using it that afternoon. The ready availability of coffee and clean water, plus an ice machine was welcome. We chose this as a compromise as a transit location arriving one day from Belize and heading to the airport the next. But the location was actually pretty bad: the only easily accessible restaurants within walking distance were fast food places - might suit some but it wasn't ideal. We had run out of Pesos and had an early start so didn't want to get taxis into the city centre. And we ended up getting taxis from the bus station in the city centre and to the ADO coach station anyway.
• Laurie (8/5): Solid option, would book again for the right price - Location near large shopping centre with plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean room. I booked this hotel to write an online examination and the wifi was perfect, ethernet was also available. AC worked well. Check out was 2pm. Overall a great choice for a great price, would book again Bed did not seem large enough to be a Queen. Breakfast should not be described as American as the main options included refried beans and salsa verde with totopos (chilaquiles).

El desayuno es mas limitado que el marriot de Campeche, no tenía ninguna opción dulce como bollos o pancakes. La zona de desayuno es pequeña.

Take a pen with - The property is located right across a mall with a grocery store in side. Perfect location. The staff were helpful and their taxi service was very cheap. About $5 USA. Which we noticed taxi service is cheap here. The breakfast the hotel offers is a plus. They don’t offer shuttle to the airport. They don’t have washer/dryers on site.

• Gloria (10/5): ¡Muy padre! - La habitación me pareció amplia, me gustó el tamaño del escritorio. Que tienen los suministros para higiene personal en la misma vitrina que los alimentos (el equipo que mediente monedas se pueden comprar botanas), ya que representa un riesgo de contaminación química, le comenté a la chica de recepción que por lo menos pongan los suministros de higiene personal en la parte inferior del equipo.

• Theodora (9/5): Other than the toilet issue the overall stay was ok - Quiet and easily accessible The toilet did not have water after the first flush and I had to fill the garbage bins at the shower to flush the toilet. And the should have been a wider variety for breakfast. Only bread was available in starch and only papaya in fruit.
