Essendo un albergo a 4 stelle come minimo dovrebbero sapere più lingue, in reception parlavano solo il Catalano e inglese...nemmeno lo spagnolo o l'italiano Agiscono con il traduttore 🫣

El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro. Para ir al centro de Barcelona hay varias líneas de autobuses que se cogen cerca del hotel Nada

- Melaine (5/5): Décevant, entre le manque d’accueil, les informations trompeuses et l’état de la chambre. - L’emplacement Le personnel n’a pas été agréable du tout à notre arrivée. Nous avons à peine reçu toutes les informations nécessaires. Et surtout, j’avais lu dans les commentaires qu’il y avait un parking, ce qui est totalement faux. Nous sommes arrivés à 19h, nous avons pris notre douche, et l’évacuation était bouchée. Aucun changement de chambre ne nous a été proposé. De plus, il y avait plein de traces sur les murs. Dommage.

- yolanda (7/5): Cumple para un 4* pero no fueron muy amables. - Cerca del Palau Sant Jordi y del centro comercial Gran Vía 2 Les escribí antes de llegar para avisar que tengo problemas de movilidad y que necesitaba una habitación accesible, me la dieron con bañera en vez de plato de ducha. Después preguntamos si podían llamar a un taxi y nos querían cobrar 28 €, una tarifa fija según ellos. Cogimos uno de la puerta del hotel y nos llevó por 7,85 € a las estación de tren Sants

- Mouna (3/5): Average, Avoid if visiting Barcelona for the first time - The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping maintained the room daily to a high standard. Despite informing the hotel in advance about our late arrival, we had to wait around 20 minutes at reception due to a system update. The location is quite far from major attractions, requiring taxis to get around. The room layout was not very comfortable and not ideal for families. The view was poor, facing other buildings. There were also frequent queues for the lift, and the hotel could be quite noisy at times due to many teenagers staying there.
