Free parking is available on the property. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. The bed was wide and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. There were really no downsides to our stay. Everything was as expected and we had no complaints.

• Daniel (7/5): - Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Frühstück wurde immer frisch zubereitet, es wurden alle Ei Varianten zubereitet. Die Lage direkt an den Fällen ist unschlagbar und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles war sehr sauber. Immer frische Handtücher. Das Gebäude und die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Far enough away from the zoo of people in the city, but a perfectly reasonable 5 minute or so drive to the falls and the main strip in Niagara. Literally about 2 minutes from the border into Canada. Hosts were friendly and attentive, and cooked up a nice breakfast (sausage, eggs, toast, coffee, juice) in the morning for us! Balcony on the front of the house was great for a little bit of quiet reading at night. Clean bathroom, comfy bed. House is a little bit old and creaky (so i was a little worried I'd wake people up when i walked around late at night) but if you like character in the place you will likely be spending a small amount of your time in when not around the falls, its a perfect place to stay.

They were really friendly and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We let them know that we are vegetarians and they were happy to accommodate us. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the Falls and to the restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes. The weather was very hot, but the rooms were kept refreshingly cool! The family offers a real breakfast, not a muffin and coffee like most BB's, but we had a long drive ahead and were not able to take advantage, unfortunately. Also, there is a communal kitchen, dining room and outdoor patio available. We had a wonderful stay and would return! Nothing. We had a perfect stay!
• Leo (9/5): Highly recommended! - We had such a wonderful stay here! The room was spotless and extremely well kept, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. While the property has central A/C, meaning guests can’t adjust the temperature individually, we found the climate to be perfect throughout our stay — cool, fresh, and comfortable at all times. One of the true highlights was breakfast. Each morning the host prepared a made-to-order meal that was not only delicious but also felt personalized with care and attention to detail. It was such a treat to start our days this way. The host herself is simply amazing — warm, kind, and incredibly dedicated. She was always ready to help with anything we needed, offering tips and advice while making us feel truly welcome. Her hospitality really elevated our experience. The location is another big plus. We could easily walk to the Falls and the main tourist area, yet the property itself remained peaceful and quiet. It felt like the best of both worlds — close to the action but still a relaxing retreat. On top of that, it was only a short drive to other beautiful spots in the area, which gave us plenty to explore. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed. We left with wonderful memories and would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

She even carried both of our wheeley bags up the stairs. A "topper" on the beds would make them softer. But we slept well both nights so it's not necessary.
