Kurt (7/5): Wonderful Staff, Plain Brick Accommodations - The person working the check-in (Owner?) was cheery and volunteered areas to visit nearby. The room amenities were largely what you would expect at this price point. We were able to walk to our restaurant of choice, 99 on Park, though there were no sidewalks most of the way. The mahi mahi in a lobster bisque was incredible. You park in the parking lot behind the building and then walk in front of the other units to get to yours. Other rooms had windows both on the front and back of the unit, ours only had a front window. The screen door had a large hole in the screen, so we couldn't leave the door open with just the screen door.

The pool photos online seem to have been staged, showing plants and palms making it look very inviting. The pool was located around the back in the car park. Lee (8/5): A big hand for Bosuns! - Bosuns was just what we needed as a base to explore Coffs Harbour. It was comfortable if basic, and the kitchen well-equipped and clean. The bathroom was more than adequate with a good shower. Wi-Fi worked well and we booked a room with secure on-site parking. The pool is small, but the beach is very close by, just a minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check in was easy. There is a bus to the centre of town close by, and a daily ticket cost 5 Aus dollars. The accommodation is straightforward and no frills as befits a motel. Check out time of 10am may be on the early side for some!

Neil (10/5): Great motel in a great location. - Great location near Park Beach. Close to Bowling Club and Pub. Nothing, it's a basic 1970's motel. However it's clean, the bed is very comfortable, as is the lounge. Nice selection of kitchen items. Nice biscuits and it's quiet.
Karen (8/5): - I stayed in the 1 bed apartment, which had a separate bedroom, which made it quiet and private. The staff were lovely and the accommodation was very clean. It had a decent sized TV in the living area, and a small 2 door fridge (proper freezer section), microwave, crockery, and kitchen sink, which would be very handy for a longer stay. Price was great for what it was. Beach access is just over the road Can't complain at all!

Close to beach , cafes club and pub , convenience store . Sitting room area seperate from the bedroom was comfortable and made for a relaxing time.

Pat (7/5): - The room was clean. The staff were helpful when they were there. The rooms were cramped. A one-bedroomed apartment is not a good description as the bedroom is really a brick box with no space. The living area is also small. $170 a night is too expensive for a very basic stay.
