• Robert (1/5): If the Bates motel and Motel 6 had a baby… - The breakfast croissants were warm. The bed was very poor quality and hard. The single pillow per person was about 3-1/2” thick - before you laid your head down and compacted it. The room had zero toilet paper and we asked the sullen front desk clerk for some but he forgot so we had to ask him a second time. Then we discovered the room did not have running water…a mere dribble would come out. We had to go back down and notify him of that. A half hour later the water worked. In the morning the heavy handle of the tiny shower stall fell off and landed on my toe. The hallways smelled of barn yard (straw,urine and animal manure) The deferred maintenance is significant.
• Paolo (1/5): da dimenticare - la colazione era buona, il personale di sala molto cortese nonostante il notevole prezzo pagato (superiore alla media richiesta dalla struttura normalmente) abbiamo trovato lo scarico del bidet staccato dall'impianto quindi fuoriusciva acqua, la ventola del bagno non funzionava e non c'era finestra, nella doccia c'era la saponetta usata da precedenti ospiti e anche nella tazza c'era l'acqua sporca. la notte siamo stati divorati dalle zanzare e la mattina ci siamo resi conto che la piscina in realtà ha acqua stagnante da molto molto tempo (è verde e piena di insetti).
• Agnieszka (6/5): Für kurze Aufenthalt ok - Hotel von außen, nicht soweit von Autobahn, freundlichen Personal Also in Zimmer Klimaanlage war da aber kaum funktioniert hat , in Badezimmer Duschkabine nicht richtig sauber war und Toilette WC Sitz war kaputt . WiFi auch nicht richtig funktioniert .Zum Frühstück kaum Auswahl nicht wie auf Bildern vorhanden

Cleanliness below expectations. Breakfast far below 4-star standard and price level (~€100 per night): – no healthy options, – by 8 a.m. most food was already gone, – what was left looked like random supermarket items.

• Albanesi (3/5): - Il parcheggio in loco Vergognosa la colazione, presenti solo fette biscottate e muffin incartati! arriviamo ed i cornetti erano finiti attendiamo 20 minuti in cui molta gente si lamenta ma poi ne escono meno di 10 e finiti subito...morale della favola...abbiamo fatto la colazione a un bar vicino!stanze non silenziose, mi sono affacciata e la piscina era verde nonostante un week end molto caldo ed il prezzo per la qualità offerta è eccessivo.

Che dire tutto molto pulito e sistemato al dettaglio. Lo consiglio vivamente da rivisitare. Siamo stati molto bene con il mio compagno. Sicuramente la piscina ne vale la pena molto grande..

• Fran (5/5): Passable - The location for us was good. The pool was brill. Some very nice staff No restaurant, poor breakfast selection, our suite was nothing special with no furniture to really relax on. The suite really needed a second t.v. The bathrooms main light bulb needed replacing when we arrived, as did 1 of the other 2 rooms within our group. The toilet holider was about to fall off, the bath rail did fall downl!! Because maintenance had not been carried out, the fridge never worked throughout our entire stay, nor did the other room we'd booked . So no cold drinks all round!! In fact, with the air con, it was far cooler in the room than the fridge.I was told the electrian was on vacation! Bedroom T.v. could have done with being bigger.

Felt a bit abandoned (in December, nobody there to meet us for a while), bed not very comfortable, some challenges eg no hot water, leaking bidet

• Stuart (9/5): A great little stop over. - This hotel was perfect for a stop over on our way to Sorrento from Rome. It was close to my grandparents village where we were visiting family. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms were a good size for a standard room. The breakfast was typical Italian of pastries and fruit and cereal. The hotel has a lovely pool and free on site parking. The prices at the bar were really cheap. There were lots of Italians staying at the hotel and that always reassures me that the hotel must be doing something right. Staff were very good and welcoming and offered advice on where to eat locally. They didn’t have an ironing or ironing board.

• Giuseppe (2/5): After a 7 hour drive all I wanted was a good nights sleep - Nota lot Room was not clean I could not sleep all night I had to kill about 20 mosquitoes and in the end I gave up on their st. I went down to the reception and because it was past 12 they could not do anything
• Jesse (1/5): Looks good but fails miserably. - The building is beautiful and the gardens are lovely. The hotel was very clean It was the worst night’s sleep I have ever had in a hotel. A dog was barking all night. I went down to the desk to complain but he said he had no control over the dog. He did not offer to move us to another room on the other side of the building away from the noise of the barking. The management needs to speak to the next door owner and ask them to keep the dog in or quiet. There are laws in Italy about nuisance noise at night. We paid extra for a suite and you would expect everything to be good. There was mould on the wall by the door to the room. The toilet seat wasn’t fitted properly and was loose. Breakfast was very poor just some awful cereal and lots of cakes and croissants - not very healthy. However when my wife asked for some cheese and ham they did produce some - continental breakfast should have included that kind of food without having to ask for it. I complained about the noise again when we were checking out - they were not overly sympathetic at all and did not offer any money off the cost - let’s face it if you can’t get a decent night’s sleep at a hotel what is the point of booking it. I chose this hotel based on it’s looks and we were looking forward to our stay there - just goes to prove that looks can be deceptive.

• Aimee (8/5): Clean and convenient for 1 night stay - Hotel was clean and convenient for our road trip headed toward Sorrento. Not a lot of dining options nearby, but we had a car. Beds/pillows weren't real comfortable, but it was fine for a 1 night stay. Overall, nice property

• Joe (3/5): Welcome to ghost town - It looked very nice and pleasant from the outside, reception was very plush. Cleaners seemed very pleasant. When we arrived there was literally one person manning the whole hotel, it didn’t appear as if any other guests were staying there, we were a large party with elderly relatives and young children and were very surprised that there was no food or catering facilities available at this hotel. Furthermore the swimming pool was derelict full of algae and had not been maintained and added to the general Ghost Town perception. We immediately asked for some help getting a taxi so that we could escape to find some food, but there was no support for this other than the receptionist providing a phone number or two, which turned out to be pointless because no taxi was available that day?! We genuinely felt stranded and very disappointed at the hotel we had chosen and the assumption that we’d made that food / catering facilities would be available (I suggested in some of the pictures). The breakfast was simple basic and adequate, and so book this hotel with caution unless you literally want to use it as a stop off and have your own transport (in my opinion). Interestingly on reception there was a piece of paper that talked about the new hotel policy that required you to pay upfront for your stay… It’s pretty obvious why they’ve taken this approach!

• Stefano (6/5): Da rivalutare in un altro periodo - Una bella struttura, periodo di bassa stagione quindi ci sta che la reception sia aperta solo sino alle 19.30. E la colazione dopo le 08.30. anche gentilmente hanno organizzato un piatto freddo di dolci protetti con domopack. Il parcheggio e estrerno quindi in strada. Difficile dare un giudizio obiettivo prezzo un tantino eccessivo

• Kyle (8/5): Comfortable, but better cleaning choices - A cool hotel with fun and funky decor, but I don't think anyone had stayed in my room for quite some time. There were silverfish in the sheets, mayflies on the walls, and mosquitoes buzzing around inside. Whoever had cleaned the room last had used an entire can of Axe body spray as air freshener (and left the can in the trash). I still slept well, though.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Cold shower! - Lovely staff but I didn't realise there was no restaurant in the hotel so arrived at 9pm and no chance of any food. The bar stock was very limited - no white or rose wine! The walls are paper thin - could hear next door's TV loudly. In the morning, the water was stone cold so could not have a shower. I informed reception of this but there was no adjustment in my bill. The breakfast was fine and wifi good.
• Pellegrino (8/5): Super Hotel - Fam. Besuch. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen aber in 2min ist man auf der Autobahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel und Zimmer ist sehr sauber.
• lozärner (10/5): - Wir waren in diesen Hotel schon zum vierten mal,alle sind nett und freundlich.Eine sache hat mich enttäuscht dieses mal ,da wir vor der Frühstück abgereist sind wollten noch für die kinder noch 2 gefüllte gipfeli mitnehmen ,da das personal es im frühstück saal gerade brachte und er sagte NEIN .Ich fand es schade weil wir denn frühstück eigentlich bezahlt haten ...Das ist die einzige negative Bemerkung wo wir haben sonst alles ok und wir buchen dort wieder für das nächste jahr.

• Ursula (2/5): unbesuchbar - Unakzeptales Hotel - Durchgehend schlechte Erfahrung. keine Restaurantbedienung- sei nur offenm für Event Bar ohne Snacks und Eiscreme im Sommer in Italien?! schlechte Bedienungoder gar keine beim Frühstück ,welches aber genügend ausreichend war. Keine ROLLSTUHL tauglichen Zimmer,obwohl so im ANGEBOT Keine mehrsprachigen Angestellten - nur Italienisch!!steht auch anders im Beschrieb. Keine Hilfbereitscheift bei genügend Personal und ohne viele Gäste in dieses Hotel geht man nur 1 x und nie wieder.

• Ursula (6/5): Modernes Hotel ohne Restaurant - Nicht behindertengerechtes Hotel. Wir hatten sehr Mühe, konnten das Bad nicht benutzen.(Nach der behindertengerechten Zusage per Mail.) Auch kein Restaurant vorhanden,( Goumetrestaurant mit schönsten Bilder steht im Hotelprofil wie auch auf der Homepage) auch keines in nächster Nähe. Grosses Problem und riesen grosser Aufwand um wieder mit dem Rollstuhl in ein Sonderfahrzeug zu steigen um Nachtessen zu gehen. Direkte Reklamation bei der Leitung vor Ort wurde nicht akzeptiert, und wir wurden unfreundlich des Hotel verwiesen wenns uns nicht passt. Das ist absolut Unprofessinelles Verhalten. Wir wollten nur das sie die falschen Angaben von der Homepage nehmen. um zukünftige Kunden korrekt zu orientieren.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Ottimo Hotel e ottima posizione! - hotel pulito, stanze pulite e profumate e check in 24/24 h . Siamo arrivato intorno alle 3 di notte ed il personale è stato disponibile e cortese. Risveglio fuori orario per la colazione ma ci è stata comunque offerta al bar così come l'acqua in stanza. Consigliatissimo!
