• Leanne (8/5): We enjoyed our stay - good location between the airport and city centre - Cosy house in a good location. Staff friendly n knowledgeable on the area. Great powerful shower and good value. Great location with some lovely restaurants and pubs close by. Other guests were noisy when coming in in the early hours of the morning and the noise travelled through the bedrooms. The front door slams shut and so disturbs sleep. The window in our room was broken and so made the room very draughty. The signal on the tv was very poor and kept dropping out for several minutes at a time.

• Jonas (8/5): Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Annandale House und würden einen Aufenthalt empfehlen. - Das Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich mit komfortablen Betten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfreich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sauber. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtzentrum, man ist also auf den öffentlichen Verkehr angewiesen, der leider nicht sehr gut ist (niedriger Takt, sehr lange Fahrzeiten, veraltete Busse). Oft und vorallem Abends nach dem Ausgang ist es also praktischer, das Taxi zu nehmen, was aber auf Dauer teuer werden kann. Dafür war die Lage aber sehr ruhig und es hat viel Grün in der Nähe.

• Marco Urban (9/5): - Raum ist süß eingerichtet und das Bett ist bequem. Die Dusche ist super. Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet. Sehr nette Betreiber. Wir durften auch länger unser Gepäck verstauen, nochmal danke dafür! Es war ein bisschen hellhörig. Man hört die Ampelschaltung.

• Júlia (8/5): Tranquilidad cerca del centro. - Lo que más nos gustó fue la buena comunicación que tenia con el transporte público todo y estar más apartado del centro. El baño estaba poco actualizado pero muy correcto.
• Hannes (8/5): Nettes B&B mit guter Lage - Ein familiäres B&B mit sehr netten Besitzern. Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und es hat alles gepasst. Zimmer war sauber und die Lage zur Innenstadt Dublin war gut - Bushaltestelle in 3min oder andere in 11min Gehzeit.
• Catarina Marques Loureiro (8/5): - I had a pleasant stay at Annandale Bed and Breakfast. The location is very good, with easy access to the city and public transport, which made getting around Dublin quite convenient. The hospitality was excellent the host was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The room itself was cosy, clean, and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest. However, the room did not have a microwave or any facility to heat food. I understand that it is a bed and breakfast, but I do think having access to a microwave or a small shared space for this purpose would be an important and useful addition for guests. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great hospitality and location, but this small improvement would make the experience even better.

Nice distance out of town to be quieter and a good distance between the airport and town. We had a small leak in the toilet u-bend but the host mentioned it to us on entry and had given a towel to support it so good to know this prior and was no bother in our trip. The TV was not always great signal but we weren't there for that..

• Dagmar (8/5): Keď pôjdeme opäť do Dublinu, vyberieme si toto alebo podobné ubytovanie. - Príjemná majiteľka, výborné raňajky, veľmi pekný interiér aj samotný dom, záhradka a okolie - chceli sme niečo typické pre danú krajinu a bolo to presne to. Trošku bolo počuť susedov a čo sa dialo v dome. Ale bolo to zanedbateľné oproti pozitívam. Oproti ubytovaniu v Edinburgu (aj trošku lacnejšiemu) bola izba aj kúpeľňa menšia, ale nevadilo.

• Marcin (6/5): Welcome to Drumcondra - The location is excellent. Drumcondra is friendly, safe and clean area with really easy access to the city centre while buying the visitor leap card makes it also cheap. Some lovely pubs near. Julie is a great host, really friendly and kind and she makes you feel like at home. Her dogs are lovely! The room was always clean and every two days we were being given fresh towels, biscutis, tea and coffee. So there are four types of rooms: spacious, small for an American-size person, really small and too small. This room is really small. It was enough for us but ask yourself what are you going to do in your room :-) Mastering the bathroom (with the shower switch outside) is a skill I am going to proudly put into my CV! :-) All in all, bit pricey for what it offers.
• Milena (6/5): - Lage des B&Bs sehr gut. Zentrum und Flughafen in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Host ist immer schnell erreichbar und gab gute Tipps im Vorraus. Gutes Restaurant / Pub in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Gutes ÖV in der Nähe. Frühstück im Preis nicht inkludiert. Konnten nicht wie abgemacht immer unser Frühstückswunsch auf einen Zettel schreiben. Check-Out instruktionen waren nicht klar kommuniziert, evtl. in Zukunft auf Booking.com inkludieren. An einem Abend war es sehr laut bis ca. 23/24 Uhr (Musik, Gelächter, etc. durch private Gäste).

We were greeted warmly, by our hostess who clearly explained any thing we needed. We didn't have time for breakfast but the dining table was set looking out onto the garden...so we would have enjoyed the meal in comfortable surroundings. I have nothing to suggest.

Easy to get to main city area by bus after a little walk. Close to local shops Couple of small things like toilet didn’t always flush. Bathroom taps were like in a public toilet had to keep pressing to continue. Some of the drawers needed fixing. But generally no complaints. These are easily fixed. Would love a little fridge to store some supplies but we got by.

• Bryant (9/5): We enjoyed the convenient location in the welcoming, relaxing ambience of this home away from home - An exceptionally excellent breakfast with several options. Our host was friendly and helpful in orienting us to Dublin. She provided offstreet parking. she was clear and gracious about describing house rules, such as locking up protocols and the timing of breakfast. She provided a truly welcoming and relaxed homelike environment. The top floor sloping ceilings and the family room where we were were a bit low so we had to be careful not to keep bumping our heads, but there’s really nothing that could be done about that so it just requires adaptation.

Location is great, quiet and has great public transport connection to the city centre and to the airport. Julie is a lovely host, kind and gives all the info you need. Breakfast is good, homemade. If you're looking for a nice cozy stay with a home-like vibe, I would recommend Annandale House (10/10).

• Taranum (4/5): Disappointing - It was near to work and had a parking . The room was really small , no proper lighting. Also bathroom shower button was in room which was quite unusual. Price were 230 for two nights which is thought was high .
