• Alexandra Burud (1/5): Et perfekt lokalisert hotell hvis du liker mugg. - Kun beliggenheten Flere ganger sa vi i fra om at det ikke var rent, hver gang vi sa det tok personalet det lett, som om dette er noe dem hører hver dag. De vasket rommet 3 ganger, og det var fortsatt ikke rent. Etter litt diskusjon med personalet på hotellet, og kontakt med booking, fikk vi ett nytt rom siste natt. Det var heller ikke rent. Støv og mugg flere steder på begge rommene.
• Vitaly (8/5): A typical average 3 star hotel with a great location. - Excellent location, very convenient for getting to all the city's attractions. A fair rating would be a 7, but since I think the Booking.com rating is a bit low, I'll give it an 8. 😅. At the time I booked it, it was the most affordable hotel in the city center. The room doesn't have a refrigerator, kettle, or coffee maker. Although there is a window, it faces the wall of a nearby building.

• Cindy (8/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est très bien situé et proche de tout (transport, shopping et restaurants), la gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel et le fait qu'on ait pu laisser notre valise à l'hôtel le temps de faire un petit tour avant de prendre notre train le dernier jour. La taille de la salle de bain qui est assez petite, je me suis cogné quelques fois.

• Adèle (1/5): Avoid this place at all costs. - Avoid this place at all costs. The accommodation looked absolutely nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. The room was dirty, covered in stains, with visible mould, and an overwhelming smell of humidity and cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in. We immediately reported the issue with photo evidence, yet neither the property nor Booking.com took proper responsibility. The only “solution” offered was a ridiculous 10€ compensation, which honestly feels insulting considering the actual condition of the room. Extremely disappointing experience and a clear case of misleading advertising. I strongly do not recommend this property to anyone expecting a clean, safe, and properly maintained accommodation.

Hotel, vieux, pas propre, matelas sales, pas de tv (cassée et pendait au mur), pas de petit déjeuner et machine proposée ne fonctionnait pas non plus! (Personnel sans solution!) Poussiere +++, tout est jauni et sale. Serviettes de toilettes entreposées à même le sol pendant 48h....

• Ayman (8/5): Great location in the city centre, close to all the shops/transport/resturants and attractions. - The location of the hotel is right in the city center, a little over 15 minutes walk from the central station. I liked how the shower doors opened, room was clean and was thoroughly cleaned daily. Small onsite vending machine for small snacks in the lounge area of the hotel lobby. This is no fault on the hotel as I'm starting to realize the rooms in the city of Amsterdam are not very big. This is more of a limitation of architecture. Finally the price was a little high for what it was worth.
• Christopher (8/5): Excellent value for the money in a safe & wonderful location. - On arrival, a lamp in my room was broken and hanging off of the wall. I notified the front desk, who said they knew about the lamp, but that it could not be fixed immediately. I left the hotel to eat & the was repaired to new in my absence. It was really nice to know how quickly things can be fixed for guest rooms! Wear & tear in rooms is obvious. A little paint & scratch removal would help.

• Finbarr (9/5): Overnight in Amsterdam - Clean, functional small, medium hotel in a very central location. 250 mto Dam Square and 800 m to main station. Reception was very friendly.and efficient. It is a good clean basic hotel. Small basic hang out area at entrance / reception area. Small issue overall.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr veraltet, und das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Obwohl das Rauchen im Zimmer nicht erlaubt ist, war das Fenster undicht, sodass kalte Luft hereinkam und ich nachts gefroren habe. Das Bett und das Bad waren sauber, aber die Flure und Teppiche wirkten ungepflegt und schmutzig

My room 100 was just awful, stairs up to the room and as a solo single traveler didnt think it appropriate i was on the ground floor. The hotel was so noisy. Has to request further towels and housekeeping didnt change my bedding on the 2nd day.

De kamer is zodanig klein dat wanneer je een douche neemt alle ramen dan ook bedampen

I also liked that they brought me clean towels, but the person who brought them was so fast that I didn’t have time to pick them up several times. It was sad that the hotel doesn't have breakfast or complimentary water in the room; we had to buy it from the nearby convenience store (the vending machine on the ground floor only had sweet soft drinks and snacks). I didn't really like that they cleaned my room without my knowledge, I left the room around 11 a.m., and when I came back late in the evening, the room was magically cleaned. And the strangest thing is that in 4 nights my room was cleaned 2 times, but my friend's room was not cleaned at all 😅.
• Shoaib (1/5): Terribly run down hotel, mattress is terrible, too expensive - Location was good Completely run down, mattress in the bed was misaligned. There were two thin mattress kept one on top of another, each being a different size. The misalignment was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in, as a result we couldn’t sleep. The hotel is dirty, bathroom is very very badly designed, no place to keep toiletries, toothbrushes.
