• Kevin (1/5): Decevant - Une receptionniste aussi froide qu'une porte de prison...une chambre au stricte Minimum avec une literie sans commentaire (matelas à ressort)...une odeur de renfermé...le ménage à stricte Minimum également...un petit déjeuné inexistant... Le monsieur dormais sur le canapé au fond de la salle. Un réceptionniste qui ne parle pas anglais...bref un hôtel trouvé en urgence mais clairement à fuire.

• KISHAN (6/5): Work Stay - The staff was helpful and presentable. Always respond to your inquiry with a smile. The venue was located close to Udayana University, and I was here for work-related reasons. The bathroom has a rather unpleasant smell. Most of the metal items in the bathroom are rusty and emit a metallic odour. The kitchen was closed for the majority of my stay, despite the flyer stating it would be open until 2200 hours. I chose this venue because it was advertised as being near McDonald's; however, upon my arrival, the front desk informed me that it was closed permanently, leaving me reliant on Grab Food for the entire night I stayed.

• Nyah (2/5): Dirty, not comfortable beds, would NOT recommend - Good location and big room. Room: dirty, not clean, towels were not even ready by 5pm (strange?). The card for the light and AC didn’t work so we had to use our own card. Bathroom: very dirty! It wasn’t even cleaned because we saw lots of hair from the person before us. The bathtub is full of stains. The shower curtain is dirty. The shower head is disgusting and you had to stand against the wall if you wanted to get some bit of water. It took 5 min for the water to warm up and you only had warm water for like 3 minutes. The bathroom door was broken so unable to close the door. And the door was full of water lime. Breakfast: we saw a rat running in the breakfast area and there were lots of wasps. The food and fruit isn’t covered, it’s just baking in the hot sun. The rice and eggs were not warm and also not covered from the flies. There were people smoking inside. Pool: the water was not clear blue so my guess is that it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The window next to the pool was one big spot of waterlime so also hasn’t been cleaned in a while, really a lot of calcification. Overall: would never recommend this hotel and would never come again. It is totally not worth the 3-stars. We have had cheaper hostels that were much cleaner!

• Atsuko (4/5): - チェックインした時からコップ類は汚く、バフタブは排水が流れない、バスタオルのみ、 それも時々忘れる。アメニティは2人にも関わらず1人分の事が多く電気ポットは水漏れ、言えば変えてくれるが排水は直したと言いながら最後まで流れませんでした。

• Budi (6/5): Put yourself in your customer’s shoes. Simple as! - Quite hotel in capital city The management didn't really upgrade their facilities. They should spend more money for it to stand out from the crowd. Polite and friendly staff and good location though. The bed and guestroom supplies such as bed linen and towels should be upgraded. I found stains on bed linen, holes on their worn towels and little shower cap, maybe xs size. I also had problems with their shower and missing button on toilet flush button before.

• Budi (7/5): Overall Ok - Clean and friendly staff. Booked on booking.com with a note that I would arrive in the middle of the night on January 4th ‘24 and requested a higher floor. The staff had no idea abt the booking when I arrived. Received the key went up to the third floor to find two single beds with no sheets. Moved to another room on 1st floor but couldn’t take shower because the shower head was broken. This hotel just need more maintenance and better communication with booking.com.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 食事以外のサービスは満足 - スマホの充電機のプラグの形状があわず、フロントに相談したところ、ホテルからの貸し出しはしていないけれど、私物でよかったら、と夜勤明けのスタッフの方が貸してくださいました。助かりました。 有料ですが、空港送迎サービスのドライバーさんも親切で安心して利用できました。 朝食はバイキング形式ですが、あまり種類はなく、またレストランが禁煙でない、夕食時の利用がほとんどなくさびしい、アルコールを置いていない、等食事面では不満もありますが、総合的には合格点だと思います、

Friendly and helpful reception staff with good English; other staff speaks a little English. An older hotel with cleanliness standards not the greatest (compared to many smaller and older North American hotels).
