- christophe (2/5): client très très déçu - Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous étions les seul sur l’étage, nous avions eu la chambre la plus vêtus. Je m’explique : Fenêtre de la chambre qui ne ferme pas. La climatisation n’avait pas de télécommande il fallait la demander à l’accueil (on l’attend toujours) Les pilles de la télécommande de la télévision on a demandé à les changer car rien ne fonctionner la encore et la télé était très haute on ne voyait rien, sauf si on restait debout. Le frigo était moisi. La douche fuyait et la fenêtre ne fermait pas Le déjeuner est à la hauteur de la chambre acheter dans un café . La propreté c’est pire encore, les photos ont été prise à notre arrivé. Le premier jour lorsque nous sommes rentre le nettoyage n’avait pas été fait, on nous a expliqué qu’il ne rentrait pas dans les chambres pour des raisons des sécurité. Les serviettes que nous avions mis parterre n’ont pas été changés, il a fallu batailler plus de 30 mn pour enfin avoir 1 petite et 1grande propre pour 2 adultes (changés tous les 3 jours) or sur votre site il y avait marque ménage quotidien. Je ne demandais pas beaucoup de critère mais là pour le prix 382 euros cela a fait beaucoup, Un client, très déçu juste une chose à dire ny venait pas
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hôtel très bas de gamme. Couchage peu confortable, isolation minime. Mais pour le prix, nous nous doutions. En revanche le personnel était sympa et arrangeant.
- Corinna (6/5): Zweckmäßig und hinreichend sauber - Wer nicht viel Geld ausgeben will und nicht viel Wert auf besonderen Komfort und gutes Frühstück legt, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Für ein paar Tage Romerkundung reicht es allemal! Allerdings war das "interkontinentale Frühstück" mit Abstand das schlechteste Frühstück, das wir jemals serviert bekommen haben: Nichts Frisches, nur abgepackter Zwieback und ekliges Zuckerwasser, das als Saft deklariert wird. Nichtsdestotrotz war das Zimmer hinreichend sauber und zudem recht groß (leider aber nicht sonderlich stil- oder liebevoll eingerichtet). Der Leiter und wohl auch einzige Mitarbeiter des Gästehauses war ein wenig schroff, aber stets auskunftsbereit. Negativ überrascht waren wir, als wir für einen Check-In außerhalb der angegebenen Zeiten noch 20 € drauf zahlen mussten.

- Sophie (6/5): Super für kurzen Stadttrip - Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man kommt außer zum Vatikan wirklich überall zu Fuß hin. Die Gastgeber sind sehr lieb und haben uns freundlich empfangen und viele Tipps gegeben. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, nur bei anderen gesehen, ist nicht zu empfehlen. Außer ein wenig Schimmel an der Dusche, der aber nicht an wichtigen Stellen ist, und ein paar Schmutzflecken an der Wand ist alles sehr sauber gewesen. Der Ausblich ist ein Traum, auf einen kleinen Park. Alles in allem für Personen, die den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind und nur etwas zum Schlafen brauchen perfekt!

- Darin (8/5): Rome stay. - The mosquitoes at the end of October got me over thirty times. Not a super neighbourhood but we were safe enough. Luigi was very helpful. It was a decent room and stay for our budget. Close to restaurants and attractions.
- Ylva (6/5): - Simple hotell in short distance from the train station. The hotel is located in a big building on second floor. Big room for four persons with bathroom, ac and fridge. Not a place for doing anything else than sleeping but for that it is good. The neighbourhood is quite rough at night.
- WAFAE (6/5): Proche des centres touristiques - Hôtel très bien situé. Il faisait un peu froid mais une couette été disponible dans l'armoire. On est à proximité des principaux cites touristiques. Pour y dormir c'est bien.
- Verified traveler (6/5): L'accueil a été très bon - Le réceptionniste nous a bien reçu et il parle français. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par la qualité de la literie (sommier à lattes en mauvais état)
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not sure! - The place is located at the area in Rome that is not so pretty! It’s very dirt around the building, very loud from all the traffic and metro is just under hotel. I guess this is just ok if you need place to sleep for one night and that is it. If you have car use the parking that is just block or two behind the building so you don’t have to worry about parking or I guess that is the only option for this place. If you take metro below the building it can take you to Colosseum and other places to see but other than that just ok place.

- Samantha (6/5): Not bad, but expensive - Not to bad, but we heard everything in the hotel. The breakfast is not bad. The bathroom was old. Only for sleeping.
- Gent (2/5): Evan? More like Hell - Set in a very seedy part of town. The free breakfast was a sugar bun with a cup of machine coffee. The breakfast room?? was 6 wooden chairs set around the coffee machine by the reception desk - no tables. The air-con was there but was unable to use it because the controller was missing (sounds deliberate to me). Would expect better in a Back-packers.

- Ron (4/5): Evan's Guest House - It was difficult to find, in an obscure location, and when we arrived, we were informed that there was a problem with the rooms at Evan's guest House, and were given a room in an adjoining hotel called the Inn Central. This room was very clean, but spartan. The above rating applies to Inn central.
- Miranda (6/5): It's alright - It was an alright stay. We had a room with two single beds and one double. The wifi in the room was really poor and only one device could be connected at a time. The check in guy was only there for a few hours and he wasn't friendly. He wasn't that bad, just a little impolite. Our room was cleaned, but the "air conditioning" was pretty much non-existent. Only one key for both of us couples, which was bad on our last day at rome because one person got sick and the others were locked out for a while because no one is at the desk to get ahold of. Overall, decent location. Right by the metro. Easy to find. Oh, and the shower worked great.
