The location is unbeatable – just a stone’s throw from the sea and the beautiful Sillon beach, and only a short walk to the walled city (Intra-Muros). It’s the perfect base for exploring Saint-Malo on foot. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and even had a small kitchenette – a great bonus for longer stays. The staff were warm, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed, from local tips to restaurant bookings. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with fresh pastries, fruit, and good coffee. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional – ideal whether you’re here for a romantic weekend or a few quiet days by the sea. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in Saint-Malo. We’ll definitely be back!

The only thing that let it down was the wi-fi and an obviously well-rehearsed story about the lack of wi-fi: "Some other guest must have downloaded 5 films" - how would this stop me even accessing the wi-fi?

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice little hotel but disappointed with breakfast - Everything was great. Only down side was we paid 18€ each for breakfast buffet (breakfast until 10 am) and they explained that the patries were ordered based on how many people pay. When we showed up for breakfast at 9am, there was not enough pastries for us because the people before us took too many (according to what the receptionist said) and nothing was done to compensate. So anyone can come first and eat all of the pastries at once and if nothing is left for the other guests who also paid it is not controlled. This was very disappointing. Other than that the hotel is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Two of the employees there were very very nice, the other two we saw did not smile once.

Very close to Old Town (walking distance) and just beautiful and romantic. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat and parking is available. Full kitchenette in the room as well!

- Debra (10/5): Great location and quiet! - 2-3 minute walk from the walled city, even less to the beach! Very welcoming and it was great to find they had a secure room in their underground car park where we could leave our bicycles locked up. Our room on the first floor had a courtyard view and was lovely and quiet with excellent air conditioning. The bonus of a full sized fridge with freezer compartment was welcome and had we wished to there were two hobs; a microwave/combi/grill, sink and a range of cooking utensils, crockery, glasses, cutlery for simple self catering
- BEATA (10/5): - Wonderful large room with a kitchen and a fridge , even microwave . We also had a patio that had furniture . The staff was very accommodating- calling for a taxi etc . Lastly , I’d like to thank them for returning my wallet that apparently slipped out of my bag as I was leaving the lobby . Thank you again for an amazing stay and your courtesy !

- Lucia (8/5): a nice place to stay in St Malo - We just stayed for one night after visiting Mont St Michel. It's a nice modern room with a couch and a small yet well-equipped kitchenette. The room opens to a good-size balcony which will be neat in the summer. The hotel itself has a kitchen that offers breakfast in the morning and room services (prices for latter look very reasonable). Indoor parking, at 20 euros a night, is not exactly cheap when it seems to cost <10 for 24 hours at the parking lot just outside the old city. But the staff is nice, letting us to leave the car at the garage until 2 pm after we checked out at 11 am. By the way, the hotel is conveniently located. It opens to the beach, and is just 5 minutes' walk to the old city and the rampart.

- stewart (10/5): very nice hotel in St Malo - this is a newer boutique hotel. the decor is modern and pleasant. the room is good size with a round table and a sofa. there is even a kitchenette that is very well stocked with utensils and the essentials. totally unexpected. the buffet breakfast is very nice and they offer good, branded items. fried eggs made to order.

- Sandy (10/5): The perfect address to stay in St. Malo - We decide to stay in St. Malo and make it our base to drive to Mont St.Michel. This turned out to be an excellent decision - not only is St. Malo and easy commute to/from Mont St. Michel, it also has plenty of its own charms without the stress of dealing with busy tourist crowds. L'Adresse was the perfect spot to rest overnight with Great amenities, very friendly and welcoming staff. We were able to safely and securing park our car with an easy walk to St. Malo's beach , fortified old town. I would definitely stay here again on my return visit to St. Malo

We were only there one night and did not use the kitchenette facilities, which were very compact and hidden behind a door. The room was a little small and dark but clean with comfy bed. Good variety of breakfast things.

- Neil (8/5): Nice modern hotel, no problems - Booked this on the fly as ferry cancellations required we stay a night in St. Malo. Couldn't arrive until very late, upon arrival the very nice man at the front desk helm went outside with me to show me exactly where the parking garage was and where to park. Clean, modern hotel, nicely appointed. Breakfast was likewise very nice. Honestly, I was just looking for a reasonably priced hotel for a single night not far from the ferry dock so I wouldn't have to drive around much late at night looking for a hotel. So this hotel fit the bill nicely. Make sure to get the code to open the garage door when you are at the front desk, otherwise you won't be able to get out.
