- Jacques (8/5): A Business Hotel which fulfils expectations. - In the past we stayed several times at this hotel and were very satisfied. The Hotel is located near shops and several facilities. We are aware that the situation of tourism in Israel is very difficult and the hotel has to cope with a low occupancy resulting in decreasing its staff. Notwithstanding the above, the bed sheets were stained and unfortunately, we saw it when we opened the cover and we were too tired to complain. The shower cell door did not prevent the wetting of the bathroom floor and the douche head was partially plugged, resulting in a strong punctions water stream. We sincerely hope that the hotel management will take care of these deficiencies.

From the warmth of the Rotem Ronen staff—Issac Illia, Ligal, Lisa, Max, and Georgina—to the comfort of the rooms, the cleanliness, the free parking, and the beautiful atmosphere—everything contributed to an extremely pleasant experience. We definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return.
- גילי (7/5): טעון שיפור - המיקום היה נהדר, 2 חדרים עם דלת מקשרת. המיטות היו מאוד נוחות ונעימות הדלת לשירותים לא נסגרה בכלל, כשניסיתי בכוח לטרוק אותה (כדי שתהיה לי פרטיות) נפתח בתקרה הריבוע לפתח המיזוג. פיספס לי את הראש בסנטימטרים. ריבוע כבד עם ברזל שממש נתלש מהתקרה כשטרקתי את הדלת. הבחור בקבלה לא נראה מוטרד כשאמרתי לו את זה... אמר שימלא דוח. לא היה קפה או תה, רק קומקום. 2 בקבוקי מיים קטנים ל 5 נפשות. הפאנל ברצפה בחדר נפוח מרטיבות. לא נראה שמשקיעים בחדר... והמחיר היה יקר יחסית לכלום שקיבלנו.

- Avi-Chai (10/5): - קליטה ושחרור מהירים. צוות קשוב ונכון לסייע בכל בקשה. *מר רונן* מהקבלה ליווה באופן אישי והנעים מאד את השהייה. חדרים נקיים, חניית הרכב (המקורה) בצורה מסודרת עם שמירה מאובטחת ואפשרות יציאה וחזרה בכל שעות היום. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת לבחירה במסעדה איטלקית "קאזא טואה" הסמוכה (בערך של 140 ש"ח). בוודאי שנשוב להתארח במלון זה.
