• Clifford (5/5): - The room was really clean and comfortable and that the location it was in was great as its near the seafrount and shops you could come and go as you plz Hotel and staff where great but other guests spoilt it as they where banging about above us ,someone tried our door too despite the notices that the staff had put up telling other guests to be quite and respectful at night , but other than that it was a very nice guest house

• gljidb (10/5): Two Night Stay - March 2026 - We stayed at The Eastleigh for two nights at the end of March. The location is excellent and due to it being “out of season” we were able to street park directly outside the hotel, although there is also a car park right next to the hotel if required. The owner was friendly both on arrival and check-out and the room we stayed in on the ground floor was clean and we had a great night's sleep. We’d definitely recommend The Eastleigh and would stay here again.

• Carly (10/5): - Stayed here with my 6 year old daughter last week for 3 days and we were so happy with everything about the hotel. We were kindly checked in earlier than stated time and given the family room, where my daughter had her own bed and TV. The room was impeccably clean, the fridge came in handy for cold drinks and we were grateful for the complimentary bottles of water. The beds were super comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect and central to everything. My daughter absolutely loved the room and it will be part of her holiday memories. We will definitely be back

Plenty of towels and a handwritten thank you from the owner. Location was great, right in the centre of everything. Parking is a bit of a niggle with the car park if you arrive after 18h as you then have to get up before 8h to pay but that's not on them.

• 875michelleo (10/5): Great place - Stayed here for one night. Really can't put a fault on the place. We stayed in room 5, first impressions were great. The room is so well decorated. There were towels provided, tea coffee and hot chocolate as well. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep in a while. Will definitely come back here again. Great location to the shops, beach, arcades and bars.

Location was fab, staff were fab, room was fab, so clean, with everything I needed and it was nice and quiet at night and comfortable. I had room 10 my friend next door in 11. We were both very happy with our rooms. I highly recommend it as a great base for a few days. Even a week and would book again. My only gripe is that on the website, it's advertised as having a lounge, but it didn't seem to have one as there is an office in what I assumed would have been a lounge. I wish they'd kept it as a lounge. Somewhere to sit and relax with friends. That said I without a doubt, I would go back.

• Willowz (1/5): - Not happy. Bed was like sleeping on a prison cell bed, shower was slow and not very clean. No plugs by the side of the bed. The ones at the top of the room that we stayed in didn't work very well. Had no sleep in two nights what so ever as there was door slamming at quarter to two in the morning. Bed was rock hard.
