The will go out of their way to help you. as it was extremely cold in Kyiv although they heating was working in the hotel, the staff offered extra heater... just amazing service there is nothing not to like there

Після комендантської була ідеальна тиша. 3. Персонал привітний, сусідів не чули. 1. Не розібралась з кондиціонером - я його увімкнула, сподіваючись, що він працюватиме поки я його не вимкну, але ні. Він вимикався якось сам, тож було жарко - але ок, я сама прийняла рішення не просити допомоги в цьому. Змирилась. 2. Відкрила вікна, на них не було сіток, тож півночі мене бісили комарі. 3. За таку ціну номеру я не очікувала побачити 2 стіки кави Carte Noir. Стіки. Ще б маккофе 3в1 поклали. 4. Вода в пляшці була наче з під крану. Для чайника? А так пити що? 5. В ванній засоби гігієни дуже розчарували. Я давно не мила голову шампунем-бальзамом з однієї банки. 6. Думаю, що не я мала б питати про укриття, а при заселенні одразу б мали казати де воно, на випадок тривоги. Нам пощастило, було тихо. Але якби вночі почало щось літати, я б не знала, куди швидко йти з 5 поверху.

They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants.

Located in the city center, we walked a lot and explored the famous landmarks of Kyiv. Thanks to the reception administrators for their attentiveness and advice on the best places to visit.

It was everything I needed: great location, rooms, cleanliness, service, etc. Everything you would want/expect for a business trip, either alone or with family as there is plenty space. Nothing has changed – still exactly as before. If anything, the staff are even more attentive to one’s needs/expectations. On arrival we were shown a shelter if needed but during my stay it was the last thing we needed.

• Alex_k (8/5): Cool option to stay moments away from Maidan - Excellent location, very close to Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Everything you could need, like metro station, public transport, shopping mall, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel room is quite large, the bed is comfortable, and it's very clean on all premises: inside the room, shared space, reception, etc. There is a large table in the room which is a good thing if you need to work remotely. The hotel has its own shelter, which you can always use in case of air raid alert. In case of a blackout, you will still have electricity because the hotel has a generator on the premises. A couple of points to consider if you choose to stay at this hotel: — Wi-Fi may be unstable depending on the floor you are staying at. This time, I stayed in the room on the second floor, and I experienced regular internet connection glitches. However, there is a backup option of a wired gigabit internet connection in the room (Ethernet cable included), which works much better compared to Wi-Fi. Just don't forget to grab a USB dongle with an Ethernet connection if your laptop does not have an Ethernet port. — The environment around the hotel can be noisy at times. Part of the rooms in the hotel are facing the street with bars below. The other part of the rooms are facing inner courtyard. But that does not help because this is in fact a kind of "relaxation zone" for hotel staff and visitors. People socializing and talking over the phone loudly is typical many times a day. Also note that the electricity generator is also here. So if the hotel goes off grid, it will become very noisy outside.

The king size bed is built of 2 single beds so it makes you feel uncomfortable when you happen to lay in the center of this double mattress.

We chose the hotel because of its high ratings and good reviews and were not mistaken! The location is excellent - the very center of Kyiv, where everything is close by. The apartment is very cozy, there is a kitchen where you can cook yourself because there is everything you need, and a washing machine. Special thanks to the friendly staff - the reception staff took care of us and were very nice to my daughter. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the maids are always smiling. I will definitely come back here.

Good rooms with all necessary facilities. .One can order the breakfast to the room, free of charge. Unfortunately, the premises for breakfast are very small, so there's no place to sit if you come during the breakfast-rush-hour. However, you can order the breakfast to the room, what is free of charge, hoping that the personnel won't mix up the time (and the menu), waking you up a hour earlier as you planned... (what happened recently to my colleague).

And next to the home of Taras Shevchenko, the famous Ukrainian poet of liberty and independence. (That was a bonus!) The check-in and check-out were fast, efficient, and friendly. I've never seen a staff being so dedicated to the work they do, even regarding small details like providing you special facilities and instrument depending on your travelling purpose. I've used their business center ona reception multiple times and I can strobgly recomment visiting Senator Maidan if you're on your business trip. I can't also leave a great location without a mention, it's literally in a very center of Kyiv! One minute walk to the main square of Ukraine is really worth staying in Senator Maidan. A nice neibghourhood close to shops and restaurants and steps away from Maidan Square. There is no bar or restaurant but they do serve breakfast.
