Zoe (8/5): Lovely apartment for what you pay for. - Family with 2 children stay for 2 nights. Owners are not on site so ring you the day of checking in to find out roughly what time you will be there to meet you. Car park is extremely small so get everything out before parking up. You have to leave your room number and phone number so people can ring you if they need to get there car out. Code is given to enter the apartment building. Key for your room door. CCTV seemed to be everywhere in all hall ways so that’s good. Lovely little place with plenty of room for all of us. Bed was clean and fresh. Cleanliness wasn’t perfect, especially the shower. But a quick clean ourself was ok. We stopped in flat 10. Double bed was in main room with settee, chest of draws, chair and dining table with 4 chairs. Shower room with toilet and sink in. Another bedroom with 2 single beds and chest of draws. Had a little space in hall to hang your clothes up in. Had fridge, microwave, toaster, sink with all bowls and cutlery etc that you’d need. You need to take your own towels, toilet paper, washing up stuff etc. Outside the room you had ironing board, mop and bucket and a small hoover to clean your apartment. Tv didn’t work but had one. Didn’t see owner since arrival so couldn’t report. Has its own electricity part to put your money in. We had just under £4.00 from sun afternoon until tues morning and had £2.?? Left. There’s a little shop across the road to get anything you need. Just off of seafront. Would recommend.

Gaurav (2/5): Bad experience - Staff of this apartment is unreachable most of the times. I have tried calling so many times before checking in and they were never reachable. Owner deliberately parked his car in parking in such a way so that i could not park it there and having spoken to him, he said he is not willing to park his car properly. ( there was lot of space on the rear side though) I therefore had width where i could only park half of my car. There are lot of other apartments in that area where the staff is always accessible and reachable on phone. I did not expect staff to be physically present in the apartment but i do expect staff to pick up phone and i struggled to get them on phone
Verified traveler (10/5): - Stayed for one night with my grandchildren, good for them to have twin bedroom so they get off to bed. Great location with carparking. We were there in November and the apartment was lovely and warm when we got in the evening and lots of hot water. Everything we need for our stay.
Verified traveler (4/5): - Wasn’t very clean, room had patch on ceiling where they had obviously had a leak. Door had wood on it where glass had been broken. Door to flat didn’t lock from the inside - another resident just walked in.
Verified traveler (4/5): Not what was expected - Dirty skirting boards no light in the kids room no heating no WiFi no one present on the property carpets really dirty kitchen area was clean and the bedding was clean there was no bedding for the sofa bed only a throw the location was great but the premises needed a really good clean this was a great price and I now understand why
Debbie (4/5): Never again. - Hate giving bad reviews but this time I have to. The best thing about the place is it’s lication perfect for South shore attractions. The room was big and comfortable and first glance seemed clean. BUT I will leave you to make your own minds up after looking at my photos.

Verified traveler (8/5): Nice flat close to sea front. - I took 3 grandsons to Blackpool to see "the lights" among other things, two of them had not been before so they really were excited, and, I might add not disappointed. I told their mums to pack very warm clothing, but on our first day we didn't need it, but oh my, day two was exactly what I thought it would be, Wet n windy, but hey we were prepared for it, and with the streets so busy everything going on we "hardly" noticed the weather. All in all we had a great weekend in Blackpool.
anthony (8/5): Great little find. - enjoyed out stay here. It suited my needs. travelling with 2 teenage girls who no longer want to share a family room. this was great as they could have the own bedroom but not be to far away. it was clean, beds were comfortable, great location. We all loved it.
Tracy (8/5): Illuminations one night stay. - We stayed in Studio Flat 9 for one night and it was excellent for that night. The only downside was the noise of the fridge at night but apart from that it was very comfortable. Not sure I would want to spend a week there but for one night it was perfect. It says there is free wifi but we found we could not get onto it. Free parking too which is a bonus in Blackpool. Very clean and tidy and in a great position so close to the promenade. Definitely worth a visit!
Daniel (6/5): Not great - I know this was a cheap weekend away but this place was a bit disappointing. The place itself is in desperate need of updating and a few additions making I.e. towels, I’ve never stayed anywhere before where there are no towels for you to use. No miniature toiletries. The advert/ confirmation states there was a hairdryer...... there wasn’t! It also stated for late check in (if you were arriving after 17:30) to contact them on the number provided. I started trying at about 10 am up until maybe 14:30 and every single time it was engaged!? Eventually I found an email address and after a couple failed attempts at calling me, they emailed basically saying we couldn’t check in after 17:30 so we had to cut out day short. I also wanted to know if we could leave the car there early but with not being able to get hold of them ended up paying for 24 hours parking around the corner!
John (6/5): - Apt only 50yards from prom and close to water park and pleasure beach, free parking at rear but you had to leave your mobile in car as others needed letting out. ( nightmate if you had gone for a walk)

simone (8/5): Family friendly area as quiet - The hotel desired was damaged by weather so moved to another location which was fine other than the family room was three floors up with no lift so had to carry pram up and down stairs, nobody showed us to our room at first visit and WiFi was not working so unable to plan activities in advance also nowhere to hold luggage so a later check in than other accommodations offer and had to carry suitcases around until 3pm
Sara (4/5): - There were no towels and tea and coffee making facilities meant a kettle! The hearing did not work and it took until nearly 9pm to get it working.
