• Roman (3/5): Never again - das ist unterster Standard. - Das Hotel ist unterer Standard und erinnert an ein Landschulheim aus den 60gern. Die Zimmer sind winzig. Das Bett ist eine Zumutung - Einfachste Matratze… das Waschbecken ist winzig, der Duschvorhang… Wie gesagt: siehe oben - und das für umgerechnet €150. Für 1 Woche wäre der Preis akzeptabel. Angefangen von der Bewertung auf booking, die ist ein Witz. Dann das Zimmer…. war auchbein Witz für diesen Preis….

• Laurence (4/5): Décevant - Calme Taille de la télévision Parking Chambre de très petite taille on peut à peine circuler le long du lit, pas de place pour une table de nuit, à part le lit le décor est vieillot et insipide. La salle de bain est minuscule et la douche toute petite avec un rideau, serviettes également de petite taille. Petit déjeuner moyen, on se croirait dans une cantine, repas du soir bruyant pour cause de dîner de groupe. Hôtel pour séminaire et non pour des voyageurs. Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité, le rapport qualité prix est décevant je ne comprends pas les bons commentaires sur cet hôtel….

• Karin (8/5): Dejligt sted med meget venligt personale - Gode faciliteter. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Kunne måske ønske at der var lidt større udvalg i menuen, hvis man skal spise samme tid flere aftener som jeg gjorde.

• travel4love (8/5): Lovely but a bit far from town and not suitable for those requiring easy commute - Room is small and sadly got ground floor room which meant cars coming in and out of the car park and delivery vans would make the room noisy. Staff are very helpful and Hotel is slight off the beaten track but a tram stop is just a 12 min walk but walk can be isolating as through the green/marsh. Room had a single bed which could be adjusted in terms of raising lowering. Pillow provided was awful and very uncomfortable. Window could not be opened wide so room would get hot and hotel does not provide fans. I was given one used by the manager but it stopped after an hour and they had no other fans. Breakfast is mainly for non veg and eggs and bacon were bundled. Drinks machine had good options but somehow drinks were not coming out hot enough and barely one staff was around as conference facilities meant hotel was busy getting rooms ready. Other breakfast options were cereals, pastries which were lovely, bread rolls (no options to toast), cheese, jam, honey, juices and soft boiled eggs.

• Torben (8/5): Perfect for our stay in this case - a little outside center of Aarhus / Nice place - Value for the money - very good restaurant/breakfast - good location for the purpose of this visit. Nice and quierte bed was maybe too soft
• Rachel (6/5): Great sleep, good food when it arrives - Lovely calm location with beautiful sunsets. Comfy beds and good nights sleep. Rooms are generally singles, the doubles are very cramped. Staff were overstretched and service very slow. Waiter gave us free drinks and then free main course for the long delay. We experienced the same long wait for drinks.

• Hkerssies (7/5): Relaxed stay with beautiful surrounding and ideal for transit travellers - The location of Horisont Hotel & Konference was magnificent: the view over the valley and area is beautiful. The hotel is located very close at some agricultural businesses like Arla. We think - haven't seen it - that this area is crowded during the day, but in the evening, after working hours, there is nobody. This resulted us in seeing deers, rabbits, praying birds! And the sunset was incredible to watch. That was awesome. The room was nice and clean with a beautiful, modern, bathroom. Breakfast was good, there was something for everybody. We think this hotel is primarily a business hotel (which we prefer), so there is not much info regarding touristic things. During breakfast it was crowded with various groups of people, and at exactly 9 o'clock, everybody left for probably a conference. So we and one other couple had the whole breakfast room for ourselves. That was quite nice. And still, there were enough things to choose from and enjoy our breakfast at our own peace. We were with our own electric car. We could charge the car at the parking lot of the hotel. The hotel is also located close to the city center of Aarhus, which is a 10 - 15 minute drive. We parked our car there at Dokk1, which is an adventure on itself as it is a car lift. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. For us, this hotel was just for staying overnight as we wanted to catch the boat at Hirtshals to Stavanger the next day. It's located close to the highway, so that was perfect. The rooms were a bit noisy, so we could hear the neighbours talk (sometimes even overheard them exactly what they were saying). The elevator was also a bit adventurous because of the noises it made, but it had it's charm.

After all, this hotel has enough conference halls f - The hotel is located in a quiet place with a beautiful view. There is enough space for parking a car. The staff is very friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was enough to satisfy those who like to eat in the morning. I did not like that the room was small enough to be able to put beds separately. When you separate the beds, the shelves on the wall at the head get in the way. I believe that such a number cannot be rented for two friends. It is suitable for couples only.

• Manuel (10/5): Ruhige Unterkunft nicht weit von der Stadt - Etwas abseits der Stadt Aarhus liegt dieses ruhige Hotel. Ich fand es super angenehm. Kleine, aber gute Zimmer mit bequemen Bett und modernem Duschbad, Wasserkocher für Tee oder Kaffee. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend und gut. Das Personal freundlich. Parken ist kostenfrei. Im sonst teuren Dänemark ist auch der Übernachtungspreis echt ok.
