• Verified traveler (8/5): 建物は古いが、安心して過ごせるホテル - 建物や設備は古いですが、部屋は毎日きれいに清掃されていました。部屋も広く、エアコンもついており快適でした。ただ、窓がなかったので少し閉塞感がありました。WiFiも問題なくつながり、ボトルの水のサービスもありました。夕方にお香が焚かれて最初は匂いが気になりましたが、慣れれば問題なかったです。週末にはイベントがあるようで、音楽などがうるさく感じられるかもしれません。
• Ashish (8/5): DECENT HOTEL with GREAT FOOD - Perfect for HITECH! - Hotel is decent but service is slow and incomplete and the reception does not reconfirm if the same is done. Imagine this being a business hotel and not a single News and Sports channel. What to do with all movies in local language ? This is a business hotel and channel should be there accordingly. Room is decent and perfect for the price. One reason to choose this hotel was the earlier reviews. The best plus I found is that the FOOD is very GOOD and the Service was Excellent. Based on y request they made lot of Jain FOOD - which was tasty also. Actually the Restaurant is very Famous based on the no of People visiting there. Overall a GOOD Hotel to go, with some Improvement is Service Levels. FOUR STARS.....

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not a good experience - I booked a room for a guest. When guest arrived at hotel, he was informed that no booking was done. Then after showing booking details he waited for ~30mins, as it was informed that confirmation from Expedia has not come yet. The room which was allotted after long wait was in very bad condition, smelling and untidy. Again after complaint room was changed. At the time of check out, guest was asked to pay the money though payment was already done to Expedia. He paid the money and left. I went back to hotel to collect the money. Though money was returned, it was abad experience.
