Ramadan Abdul Aziz, Danish, Ibrahim and Nico were extremely caring, hospitable and a pleasure to meet every single suhoor morning. The food was fab. Rooms were more spacious than their competitors where we have stayed before. Overall an incredible experience. Can’t wait to come back next Ramadan.

- Getaway22460446701 (8/5): Unbeatable Location with a Few Rough Edges - The Highlights: Location & Convenience If you are performing Umrah with family, the Hilton Suites Makkah is hard to beat for convenience. It is literally a 2-minute walk to the Haram, which allowed us to go back and forth for every prayer without feeling exhausted. The hotel is perfectly situated above a shopping mall and food court, making it incredibly easy to grab a quick meal or do some shopping between prayers. For a family stay, this "all-in-one" setup is a lifesaver. The Service: Housekeeping Excellence While we had an initial issue with an uncomfortable bed, the housekeeping team was fantastic. They rectified the issue immediately after my complaint. Our floor housekeeper was exceptionally punctual, ensuring our room was clean and fresh every single day. Areas for Improvement: Room Decor & Safety Despite the praise, there are two areas where the hotel falls short: • Dated Rooms: While the lobby is bright, modern, and airy, the rooms feel stuck in the past. The decor is quite dated and doesn't quite match the premium feel of the entrance. • Elevator Safety (Major Concern): The most disappointing part of our stay was the elevator operation. The doors close very aggressively. My mother was actually bruised on her arm and shoulder when the doors closed on her while entering. It was quite a frightening experience and, unfortunately, went unacknowledged during our stay. Final Verdict I have nothing but praise for the location and the staff's responsiveness, but the hotel management really needs to look into the elevator sensors for guest safety and consider a room refresh to bring the decor into the modern era.

We opted for a room with a panoramic view of the Haram, and it was breathtaking—truly a spiritual highlight of our trip. The daily breakfast at Qandel Restaurant was excellent, offering a great variety and high-quality service to start our mornings. We were also very impressed with the housekeeping team; our room was cleaned perfectly every single day. Comparing this to the busy Clock Tower area, I am so glad we chose this location. It felt much more accessible and less congested while still being just steps away from the Haram. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and a great view in Makkah!

- 1kashifr (10/5): Exceptional Stay with Stunning Haram Views - We had a wonderful stay in the double suite at Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Makkah, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Umrah gate, making access to the Haram incredibly easy and convenient. The suite itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. It included two large bedrooms, three toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay extremely practical, especially for a family. The bedrooms and beds were very spacious and comfortable, perfect for resting after long hours of worship. The Haram view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during prayer times, it truly added a special spiritual touch to our stay. Breakfast was another highlight: excellent quality with a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Overall, this was a luxurious, peaceful, and memorable experience. We felt comfortable, well taken care of, and thoroughly satisfied. We would definitely come back.
- 570guss (10/5): The best hotel in the Kaaba Complex - Amazing experience in this hotel. The staff is super helpful and kind. The location is the best next to the Holly Kaaba. I truly believe it is the BEST hotel. I would not bother with the Clock Tower. Believe me. We have been around this area and inspected many venues. The Qandeel restaurant breakfast is plentiful. Special thanks to our waiter Salah and Chef Al-Jaheth.
