Quest38861213037 (8/5): Not a bad spot for a night away - Nice little hotel only 10-15 min from Ottawa. Lots of parking available including spots designated for electric vehicles. The front desk staff was kind and quick but didn't explain what amenities were available, their hours of service, or where anything is located. A room booked for four adults only had two of everything (like robes for the beautiful hot tubs). The shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold with no in between. The room with the murphy bed was very spacious. Unfortunately the window only has a sheer curtain so you could see into the room from the parking lot and the sun was blinding in the morning. The hotel is clean and spacious with free coffee and snacks available to purchase in the lobby. The rooms were very quiet. Overall not a bad spot for a night away.

J’ai bien aimé l’accueil chaleureux du personnel et la propreté des lieux. Le resto était excellent! Une fontaine d’eau dans les aires de spa et sauna aurait été apprécié, comme dans tout endroit avec un spa, nous avons besoin de boire beaucoup d’eau. Je n’ai pas aimé les oreillers et matelas un peu trop mous à notre goût. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur :( monte charge assez rudimentaire et l’absence d’offre de petit déjeuner inclus…

La réception était exceptionnelle. Les oreillers et matelas trop mou. Le fait d’avoir à sortir pour aller déjeuner. Il serait bien d’avoir une fontaine d’eau pour remplir nos bouteilles d’eau au spa.

The only thing that’s lacking is the outdated bath/toilet area and the door to the same area, Kinda puts a damper…. Comfy beds, convenient location. Value is there.

Nous avons pas dormi durant les 2 nuit de notre séjour . Également il faisais 28 degrés dans notre chambre . L’air climatisé allais pas vraiment bien.

Gordon (8/5): . Overall, this is amazing hotel. If you want the hot tub at night, it’s never busy and the restaurant I didn’t eat at t - The room we had booked was a little close to the lobby. I asked for a room further away, and I got an upgraded room at no extra cost. The upgraded room was a lot nicer than the one I had originally booked. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Every time I went to the complementary coffee machine, It was empty. The only other complaint I had was the hot tub had kids that were kind of loud but that’s not the hotels fault.

The on-site restaurant Rumeur was amazing, delicious food and great atmosphere! The sauna and spa are fantastic features that made our stay extra relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and inviting. We would go back in a flash! Highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway or a relaxing staycation.
