- U6461GSnatalier (8/5): A corporate hotel - not really suited to a vacation - The Westin Singapore is a beautiful hotel but is definitely more suited to a corporate traveller, not for a couple of vacation. Our room was on level 36 overlooking the pool. In fairness we were offered the opportunity to pay more and have a room on a higher level. We declined only to discover that everyone on the pool deck could look straight into the room - our curtains stayed closed the entire time! It was a relatively easy walk to Marina Bay and surrounds but arriving on a Saturday and being in a business area, the whole area was like a ghost town. The pool area is lovely but again, not for a couple on vacation, very quiet, limited service options and not great service. We spent our evenings at other hotels that had great options, views and entertainment.

The lobster and the Ocean Jewel funnel were my absolute favourites, however it was all great! Everything felt creative and exciting, not your usual afternoon tea at all. The unlimited tea was a treat, and the cold White Rabbit milk tea… so delicious, really different in the best way. The ambience is beautiful, but what really made it special was the staff. - WadeS2704 (2/5): Nice hotel ruined at arrival - Our stay at The Westin Singapore had some positives, but unfortunately the overall experience was overshadowed by how we were treated by reception staff. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and professionally presented. The pool area is a highlight, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. However, our arrival experience was extremely disappointing. We had just come off an overnight flight with two young children who hadn’t slept, and we were all completely exhausted. We asked if there was any possibility of a temporary room or even guidance on where we could rest. This was declined without any effort to offer an alternative solution, such as suggesting we relax by the pool or another suitable area. Instead, we ended up lying on the lobby daybeds out of sheer exhaustion. During this time, a male receptionist approached my wife and told her to sit up and move to a chair because of “onlookers” in the lobby. The way this was handled was embarrassing and unnecessary, and left us feeling humiliated at a time when we were already struggling. Unfortunately, the tone of the service didn’t improve at checkout. We were made to feel unwelcome and, frankly, like low-class guests rather than paying customers. It’s disappointing because the physical aspects of the hotel are strong, but service defines the experience—and in this case, it fell well short. Based on this experience, we would not return to this hotel, or choose the brand again.

- Trail35444022689 (10/5): Seasonal Tastes Seafood Buffet - Went to Seasonal Tastes on 19 April with family to celebrate our wedding anniversary as well as 3 April birthdays. We were given a table next to the window with a scenic view as requested. Seafood buffet is fresh and good, comprehensive in selection from starters all the way to desserts. Each of us found our favourites in these selections, such as snow crabs, grill oysters, sashimi, cheese board/salad/bread, roast beef, chocolates and ice cream of different flavours, just to name a few. Service by the team who included Zyaira & Joyce and 2 others was impeccable. They were attentive and quick to our requests as well as clearing the table. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary cakes for our celebration. Will definitely be back again in the future.

- Keziah (7/5): - Location, next to a train station, food hubs and close to lau pa sat.. kids loved the pool and we were given room in the high floor with an excellent view of the marina. Staffs were amazing and helpful I find the room and the bed small. The beds were quite small for 2 people to share, even my 16yo daughter can't get over the size of the bed because most of the time she and her sibling share a bed if we cant get 2 single beds for them. For a couple we can squeeze in but for two teens, its a reason for complaint and possible argument in the morning 😊. There was not enough chairs to lounge in the room, so you cant fully enjoy looking outside unless you love standing, one of my kids have to sit on the floor coz she does not want to sit or lay on the bed with her day clothes when we just get back from exploring the city. We have to ask for extra towels because there were literally just 4 towels, 1 floor rug, only 2 bedroom slippers despite 4 people booked. For 5 star hotel the breakfast is okay but did not wow!. We travel a lot and most of the time stay in 4 to 5 star hotels, and I can say I have better experience with a 4 star. And one more thing maybe for some this is not bothering but even my 13 year old son find it annoying, its hard to open the shower mixer tap handle with a soapy hand,i have to step from the shower grab something dry so i can use to turn on the shower 😆, not the most convenient! Another thing, the welcome note or card in the room has a different name, dunno if it was for the previous guest or was a simple mixed up with us.

- Sophie (7/5): Bon séjour - tout d’abord, je vous remercie pour le gâteau pour mon anniversaire la chambre de l’hôtel était très confortable, très propre avec une douche et une baignoire. Malheureusement la vue n’était pas au rendez-vous. L’hôtel en lui-même est très bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner à l’étage du lobby. Aussi la proximité d’un métro est très intéressante pour pouvoir se rendre aux différentes attractions Touristiques. Le staff du restaurant , car nous avons testé le buffet de fruits de mer et très agréable. Néanmoins, un accueil un peu plus chaleureux à la réception serait un Must. le Club n’est pas très intéressant la qualité de l’ apéritif et du petit déjeuner est à revoir. Le lounge n’est pas digne d’un Hotel de ce standing, mais le staff est très agréable et très serviable.

The buffet spot- Seasonal Tastes - was a massive disappointment. We went with high hopes, but were utterly let down by finding a mouldy raspberry and hair inside the Yuzu Sorbet. The manager and chef came to assure us afterwards, but it felt like these should be checked beforehand or not when a paying customer has already sat down for a meal.

Nach dem Trubel der Stadt ist dieses Hotel ein hervorragender Rückzugsort. Der Pool ist sehr schön, es gibt genügend Liegen und auch eine Bar gibt es dort. Das Gym ist auch sehr gut eingerichtet und 24h geöffnet. Alles in allem echt sehr empfehlenswert.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and very kind to share information about the area while we spent three days here pre-cruise. The restaurant where we had breakfast was plentiful with choices from different cultural options. Again the staff was very welcoming and made us feel special as Bonvoy gold members. We love the Westin hotel because of the incredible heavenly bedding, pillows, and included amenities, and Westin is our first choice when traveling. The Singapore Westin did not disappoint. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff members who took such good care of us during our three day stay. We hope to see you again soon.

One member of our travelling party had significant mobility problems and the team at the Westin were so helpful, caring and kind in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel organised a mobility scooter for us, delivered it directly to the hotel, and it was waiting for us when we arrived. The accessible room was fantastic, and all the facilities, such as the awesome pool, were easy to access. All the hotel staff were tremendous - particular thanks to the Concierge team, including Mohammed and Zentary, for assisting us with transport and ensuring the drivers took good care of us. And, gratitude also to the compassionate executive lounge team, including Chef Ng, Cora, Sherrain, Saige, Wynne, Lina, Gwynneth and Ben. (I am sure I have forgotten some staff - sorry!) The hotel is very well located, near shops, food courts, and outdoor markets. For those with mobility challenges, all footpaths near the hotel are flat, well-maintained, and have easy-to-use ramps. Of course, the beds are always amazing at every Westin, but everything else is top notch at a reasonable price. The lounge is great with amazing service from all the staff. The pool is very insta worthy with plenty of loungers. The location is in the financial district but only a 10 minute walk from Marina Bay. We like to walk so we never took transit but transit is very easy to access in 3-5 minutes and of course you can always get a Grab ride. Would definitely stay again!

Check-in was overall excellent thanks to Hyriz Rizal and Gayatri warm welcome and great service throughout the process. I would also like to thank Kejentheran Murugesan for taking note and taking care of the stay needs as per our staycation intention. Thanks to them, the stay went off with a great start. The club lounge staff:Sherrain, Vicky, and Lina were consistently attentive and friendly, creating a relaxing space throughout my stay. The happy hours selection was decent with a live station Roasted Duck on the eve of Lunar New Year! Offerings of Sparkling, Red and White Wine from 5-8pm was really something I enjoyed. Breakfast was another highlight, with Darren delivering warm, thoughtful service each morning. Great selection including local favorites like Nasi Lemak and Laksa! It’s also one of the few hotels that offer ice creams and waffles during breakfast! Surprised to see the General Manager James Walkden also working serving on the first day of Lunar New Year Breakfast. Upgraded to a corner room, comfy bed. Hotel wise: great pool, jacuzzi and gym facilities and accessible via the TEL MRT Shenton Way Station. Truly a memorable experience. Appreciate it if Hyriz Rizal, Gayatri, Kejentheran Murugesan, Sherrain, Vicky, Lina and Darren could be recognized for their service excellence.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning panoramic views of Marina Bay, which made both working and unwinding equally enjoyable. I also made good use of the gym facilities, which are modern, well-maintained, and ideal for staying on routine while traveling. A special mention to James Walkden and Miguel Gamboa for their leadership and attention to detail. My friend ordered the fish and chips, which were perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside and tender inside. What really made our visit special was the outstanding service. Jihan Febrero took care of us and gave us great recommendations on what to order. She was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our time there, making sure we were comfortable and well looked after. The view from the lounge was also fantastic and added so much to the overall atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to relax, enjoy good food, and take in the scenery. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

From Day 1, our coordinator Alvin patiently answered all our questions and queries and guided us through an almost 1 year journey. The food was simply amazing and all our guests loved it while the banquet service team was on the ball and quick to adapt to changes. Their service was also impeccable. The bridal suite was huge with special arrangements like early check ins and late checkouts were entertained and had all the amenities that we required. The cut fruit, especially the watermelon, provided a welcome respite from the Singapore heat! Special mention to Cary Hazel Marlou and Mark The food was the highlight. Each dish was well presented and full of flavor, with thoughtful combinations that felt creative but still comforting. I especially enjoyed the mains and the sharing plates, which paired really well with their drinks selection. Prices are reasonable for the quality and location, and the overall vibe strikes a good balance between casual and refined. I’d definitely return, whether for a laid-back dinner, drinks, or a small celebration. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good food with great ambience.

Needless to say, she is extremely skillful. The atmosphere is amazing, from start till end I was constantly in a state of comfort :-)

My room was presented, maintained and very comfortable throughout my stay. Excellent value for money. The staff at the hotel were exemplary, at all times ready to assist, special mention to Cova, Sherrain, Gabriel, Chef ng, but mostly Lina for constantly keeping me topped up with drinks and never once failing to offer a smile and a polite acknowledgment. Well done to the whole team, I will certainly return if possible.
- 462davin (10/5): Exceptional service, beautiful and welcoming hotel - What a treat to be greeted each day by the friendly and gracious team at the Club Lounge on level 35! They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and valued, and they meticulously maintain a comfortable indoor and outdoor lounge with gorgeous views. The abundant selection of food was delicious and beautifully displayed; and the chef even paid us a special visit to introduce a few extra, locally-grown specialties. And Mr. Ben provided exceptional, personalized service, with an attention to detail typically experienced in high end restaurants. This lounge is one of the best in the Marriott Bonvoy collection. The staff take pride in their work and a genuine interest in their guests. While we interacted most often with the lounge staff, we’d be remiss to not also mention the wonderful attentiveness and friendliness of the rest of the staff and the beauty of the hotel. As the front desk worked diligently to fulfill our special request for early check in, we toured the hotel and were graciously invited to explore the beautiful bar and restaurant above it, the well equipped fitness center, and the gorgeous pool and deck, where we grabbed a lounge chair and relaxed in the peaceful breeze on soft lounge chairs. When we arrived to our room, our bags were waiting for us, provided for by the super efficient and friendly bell hops. Our room was meticulously clean with incredible views and the hotel housekeeping did an exception job in keeping it tidy and inviting both in the morning and during turn down service. Exceptional service! We look forward to our next visit!

The location is absolutely perfect, with an overlooking view of the harbor that is both stunning and incredibly relaxing. The ambiance alone makes it a memorable place to unwind. The food was excellent—everything was well-prepared and delicious—and the service was equally impressive, attentive, and professional. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience, and I will definitely come back again on my next visit to Singapore.

She went the extra mile by thoughtfully recommending the most suitable oil for my needs, expertly working on pressure points around my neck, and sharing helpful, professional advice throughout the session. Her technique was confident and knowledgeable, making the experience both relaxing and therapeutic. On top of that, her positive attitude and constant warm smile made the entire visit even more pleasant. The spa itself was very clean, and the treatment room felt luxurious and well maintained, yet the overall experience was still great value for money. Truly a wonderful therapist and a spa I would highly recommend.

- Gurusangappa (10/5): Luxurious comfy stay at The Westin! - Located in the heart of Singapore CBD closure to all the attractions. This hotel provides everything for a family - hygiene, peace, multiple options for complementary breakfast. My family loved staying at this hotel. Would visit this hotel again. Laundry services is a bit expensive due to which I didnt give any clothes for washing. Something to improve in this area for ppl staying more then 2 nights with family.

- Helen (7/5): Other then that it was good, but if we have to consider for a special event i might have to reconsid - Location was near hawker centre walking distance so it was good with kids walking in the heat. I said we were there to celebrate my husband’s 50th the email i received was you can arrange something but nothing happened so was quite disappointed in this regards.
- Steven (10/5): Excellent location and superb service - The location near Chinatown and near the cruise terminal was ideal. Everything we wanted to visit was nearby. The room was large and had great views, and the bathroom facilities were clean and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and firm the way I like. The included breakfast was phenomenal. We would definitely stay again. Nothing I can think of.
- Ján (10/5): Vynikajúci hotel v singapurskom downtowne. - Hotel má výbornú polohu v singapurskom downtowne. Hneď za roh je hawker centrum La Pau Sat s vynikajúcou atmosférou a obrovským výberom jedál ázijskej kuchyne. Oblasť Marina Bay s množstvom barov a reštaurácií, ako aj komplex Marina Bay Sands, sú asi 10 minút pešo. Hotel má skvelý lobby bar a výbornú reštauráciu, kde ponúkajú úžasný raňajkový, obedový aj večerný výber jedál ázijskej a svetovej kuchyne. V hoteli je aj minipivovar, ktorý sme však nestihli navštíviť. Izba bola veľmi priestranná a pohodlná, s voľne stojacou vaňou s výhľadom na mesto a priestrannou sprchou. Celkový dojem z ubytovania bol naozaj vynikajúci. Absolútne žiadne výhrady.
