I specifically chose this hotel over others in the area because of the rave reviews about the breakfast, but it completely missed the mark. The selection was minimal, with hardly any variety, and it ended up being the smallest and most underwhelming spread I’ve seen at a hotel. If the breakfast had lived up to expectations, the overall value of the stay would have been much higher.

Came back to stay again after 1st time because we had a pet then but came back even though we did not have a pet because it was so nice and clean. liked the seperated bedroom Only issue is fold out bed not very comfortable as expected.

• McCain (10/5): Amazing Stay! - Our flight arrived early and we were super tired due to time change and staff quickly cleaned our rooms and allowed us to check in super early and get some much needed rest. The location is perfect and all the amenities are very nice. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! Every need we could have was catered to, and we had an amazing stay. Everything was great!

• kirch60 (10/5): Great Hotel - Nice hotel in a great location. We weren't there long enough to partake of the amenities, but the beds were very comfortable, and we got a good night's rest. The staff goes above and beyond. At check-in, while chatting with the GM I mentioned that we were going to leave very early (4am) the next morning for a long drive back to Chicago, well before the breakfast area opened. He offered to have the overnight staff pack a bag for us with breakfast goodies. How awesome! It is that kind of incredible customer service that brings me back to Hilton over and over and will bring me back to this hotel in the future.
• Trail39630966991 (10/5): Wonderful Experience - Stayed at the Home2 by Hilton Denver West - Federal Center, attended a conference, just across the way at the Homewood Suites and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, accommodating and always present and engaging. The rooms are very well kept, clean, and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful property, rooms must be soundproof, no outside noises. This was my first trip to Colorado and will come back for a personal visit and stay with Home2 again. Love this property and the staff, definitely a home away from home experience! Bonnie SD

• Kira (4/5): - I hate leaving bad reviews but this place cost alot. It felt like staying in an RV. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pull out couch was slumped in one side. The rooms are in need of updating. The water in the shower wasnt hot even though it was turned all the way up. Half the tv remote buttons didnt work. The sign parking lot says park at your own risk which doesn't really send you to bed feeling safe. Lets just say we were ready to got out of there, not somewhere you want to hang around and relax. We were there for one night after a concert so it got the job done but I would not recommend it for long stays. I would say its priced too high.

Breakfast was hot, fresh, clean. This was a total package stay. We will be back there on future trips passing through. We didnt stay long but it was perfect for the 4 days we did. I have to say there was a staff member named Patrick that was amazing. He needs to be recognized for his above professional standard of service. He was super polite, greeted us at every time we saw him. Checked on us and made sure his location was spotless. He was very enjoyable to speak with and we could tell he really loves where he works. He was engaged in making sure we were taken care of. For not knowing us from total strangers we felt like we have known him forever. He is an absolute asset to that location. I am not sure if this location and managers will see this review but I will make it a point to contact upper management to acknowledge this mans dedication to his job. That our stay wasnt long enough.

• Douglas (4/5): Just Generally Not Up To Stuff - I e machine wax not working on the 2nd floor; not even a note about it. No ice bucket in the room. Typical Hilton property where they cut off the AC at night left us uncomfortable at 2 AM. Front desk staff and others oblivious to clients staying there. Not worth the cost of admission.

• I4230ZQbriand (4/5): Poor management - Multiple issues during my 2 week stay. Almost impossible to make contact with someone via chat, text, phone, and even standing at the front desk. After multiple attempts to make contact I finally got promised by Assistant GM that he personally would make sure the issues were addressed. Good for a couple days and then back to the same issues. Housekeepers saying they are making up the room when they are not. Poor or 0 internet on the wifi. Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. (Phone rings off the hook without ever being answered multiple times) Young kid left by himself in the afternoons and evenings trying to do his best. Nobody available at the front desk in the mornings despite standing there for 5-10 minutes. Side note: The bed is very uncomfortable and the elevators vibrate, shake, and feel like they are about to crash down at any moment.

• eiichif2025 (8/5): Would stay there again! - A very good stay in (almost) all ways. A convenient but fairly quiet location with a nearby park and ponds. A minor blemish was the need to ask for room service on our 4th day.
• Timothy (9/5): A pleasant stay for 7 nights - The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Especially the morning breakfast lady. She will brighten anyone's day :) The front desk people were also very nice. Thermostat controls were on point. Big fridge and microwave are great! King Sooper is right down the road on Alameda, to stock up on supplies. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Great little park across the street, "Union Square Park" for a morning walk. I used the pool and hot tub twice, which was also an excellent bonus to have available. I had a comfortable stay, and would recommend this place. Bedding could have been a little better. Mattress was a little hard. The extra pillows were appreciated, but they were a little on the "too soft" side. But, those things are hardly worth mentioning. It was an enjoyable stay.

The gentleman prepping and caring for the breakfast was very cordial and accommodating. The swimming pool was wonderful as well as the hot tub.

• jenniferoB8709MZ (2/5): Horrible - stay away - This hotel’s management needs some serious work. Recent stay had multiple issues that I tried to get addressed and after leaving messages with the front desk in-person, calling and leaving messages, and texting the help number, I’ve yet to hear back from anyone. The living area air’s conditioner didn’t work. No one ever came after reporting it. The toilet stopped working on day 3 and when calling to report, I was told maintenance was in a meeting and asked if I wanted someone to go by that day. WERE WE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE WITHOUT A WORKING TOILET?! Day 3 again, I left a message with the front desk to please let housekeeping know when they went by to replace the towels. We left at 9am and returned at 3:30pm and housekeeping never went to our room. I called AGAIN and was asked AGAIN if I wanted someone to go by and clean that day, and that housekeeping was gone for the day. After I told the front desk that YES I needed someone there and we didn’t even have towels, washcloths, etc, the supposed housekeeping supervisor came to my room. I expected a typical tidy-up, especially from a supervisor. All she did was put some towels in the restroom (not even the requested wash cloths!) and empty the trash. No sweeping, bed making, nothing. To top it off, on 2 separate occasions after being out all day and tired/sweaty from hiking, our card keys wouldn’t work. We would have to walk back down to the lobby to get new card keys. No apologies regarding the issue, no statement that it’s being worked on, nothing. This place is a craphole. As a longtime Hilton Honors member, I expect more.
• Wendy (9/5): Great value, comfortable rooms, nice common areas. - Great kitchen. Although the selections offered at breakfast were really good in concept, the execution left much to be desired; the egg bites were mushy, almost mealy, and the apples were not very good.

My only complaint was I booked a queen suite and was given a studio. I specifically booked the suite for a bedroom door. When asking, the staff stated that since I booked through Expedia I was not guaranteed the room I requested. I also was told that I paid less then what they charged and they were sold out of suites. I do not feel that should be my issue since they allow Expedia to buy rooms. I also booked this room a couple of months ago and paid when I booked the room for the suite. I was disappointed but the studio was nice too but without a door separating the bedroom. I have not had this issue before with a hotel or Expedia.
• Mackenzie (10/5): - Had an amazing stay. The staff was great- front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen/breakfast staff. Room was clean, comfortable, and had the perfect amount of amenities. Huge plus there was a microwave, sink and fridge/freezer. Stayed here for a show at the red rocks and the drive was super easy there and back. Please don’t change the breakfast- you don’t get that many other hotels anymore. We will definitely recommend and consider staying here when we come back.

At first, I was given a room that had not been cleaned and had to go down and request a different, clean room. Then, I was given a key to the wrong room where I walked in on other guests and I had to go back down where I discovered the front desk had written down the wrong room number for me. By this time, I had been up and down to the front desk three times with issues, which just shouldn't happen. And then their solution was that I could take something from the snack bar for my troubles. I've never had such a bad experience at a hotel.

I didn't like that the pillow cases smelled like someone slept in the bed, and the bed was supposed to be a queen size, and It was a full-size bed. The service great, breakfast plentiful and diverse, comfortable room and great pool/hot tub. The location is convenient to head into the mountains and the area offered plenty of food, grocery and other shopping options.

• cmL6496QQ (10/5): Great stay at the Home 2 Suites - Our stay here has been great. Staff here are all very friendly and I would especially like to thank Skylar he has been very helpful, always has a great attitude and made us feel welcome. They have a nice back patio with grills and a firepit. The rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone.

The location is great, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, finding the hotel can be a bit tricky since it’s tucked into a plaza with several other hotels, so be sure to keep an eye out for the signs. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, offering a decent variety of options to start the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Despite the somewhat hidden location, it’s a solid choice for a stay with great amenities and easy access to everything you need!
• Amy (8/5): Very good - Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. There were two elevators but they took forever. We had to wait at least 5 minutes each time.
