• Jill (3/5): BAD. DO NOT STAY HERE. - The pool was cleaned, staff FAIRLY helpful. The gardens were well maintained & had various covered places to sit. 1st room: WiFi signal too poor to connect. Remote control for TV broken. 2nd room: the rooms were dirty. The staircase up to the bedroom had no banister. The TV's HDMI ports or remote controls didn't work. The bath and toilet were filthy. No bathmat. The bed base was streaked with paint and stained. The bedsheet was marked with a black substance. No kettle or cups. The manager was nowhere to be seen. Poor menu. Cheap furniture with a veneer that was coming off: it looked disgusting. Barely any of the sockets worked. The manager was asked to have the TV repaired or switched twice but no action taken.

Staff sangat ketus terutama petugas kantin ibu candra, wanita usia sekitar 40 an benar benar tidak punya etika dalam merespon tamu. Kalau konsul apapun jawabannya selalu ketus, dan tanpa memandang lawan bicara. Sampai sampai saya berpikir dia adalah pemilik hotelnya. Mungkin karena saya tamu lokal makanya sikapnya demikian. Makananannya juga engga enak!!! Cukup sekali saja saya menginap disini.
• Stephen (4/5): Perfectly adequate for a low-budget traveller looking for somewhere to crash - The price. The bed was very comfortable. The TV worked. There was a small breakfast provided. There was a strong smell of mould in the room. Many of the fittings were in need of repair. The toilet required repeated flushes. The WiFi was extremely spotty. The surrounding area is uninteresting.

• Fred (7/5): Too short 😥 - I loved having the bedroom on the mezzanine floor. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in on this trip. The pool and gardens looked very inviting.The staff were awesome. Unfortunately due to flash flooding we only stayed one night. Unfortunately there was a flash flood which caused the power to go off indefinitely so we were forced to relocate but the staff very kindly waded through knee high water with all our bags to ensue we could leave safely. This definitely wasn’t their fault and we hope to stay there again on our next trip.

Staff were very helpful I didn’t like being flooded in with no power due to the flash flood in Denpasar but it wasn’t the fault of staff, they were exceptionally helpful carrying out luggage thru knee deep water to get us to the dry part of town. Well done team Ganga👍🏻

• Malou (10/5): - c’était super bien, lieu très agréable, architecture magnifique ! on s’y sent vraiment bien, le lit est super confortable, le personnel accueillant ! rien à dire 10/10 je vous conseille si vous avez une nuit à passer sur denpasar !

L'étage où se situe le lit est un peu proche du plafond mais l'espace général est assez grand pour une à deux personnes. Le pommeaux de douche est littéralement à côté de la cuvette, sans protection. J'ai dû me coller dos au mur pour ne pas eclabousser les toilettes et n'avais que deux savons pour tout (lavage de mains et douche). Le lieu n'est pas le plus calme non plus... quelqu'un a tenté de s'introduire dans ma chambre à 02:00 et je pouvais clairement entendre discuter à l'extérieur.

And in general very quiet - except for the roosters close by 😅 Massive room/apartment, clean pool, great a/c, decent breakfast and lovely staff. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest (couldn’t get on) and it’s a bit run down, but honestly can’t complain when comparing to the prize, and all the good bits.

I would say that for me ... a couple of nights was do-able because I was gone from 7am-11pm and only came back to sleep and shower. I think for the price, it is well worth it. Just be careful of the Arthropods that come out at night, Take your trash out and just keep your room clean and you will be good. I did not u se the pool, it looked lovely. There was a pregnant cat drinking pool water that I ended up feeding and leaving a cup for ... my neighbor would feed the strays,, super cool. Remember that this is a neighborhood for many, not just a typical stay - be respectful of the culture and appreciate the space has the basic necesities. Food, shelter, very hot water, and a comfy bed. Don't look for fresh paint and swept corners, just enjoy Bali and quit tripping! Enjoy!

I’ve stayed in budget hotels with better conditions than this overpriced hotel. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR PHOTOS. The room was a filthy, broken-down disgrace compared to the fake glamour shots on Booking.com. THE NIGHTMARE DETAILS: - The "bed" was a back-breaking TRAP – the mattress sank like a hammock, leaving me in pain all night. Thanks for ruining my vacation! - The bathroom was DISGUSTING - filthy and not clean , no proper shelf for toiletries, and a pathetic shower with **water pressure weaker than a leaky faucet**. It took forever just to wash my hair! - WORST BATHROOM! We wasted so much time struggling in that claustrophobic, wet bathroom because the tiny sink area had no space —our stuff kept falling on the dirty, soaked floor. Unacceptable! - **Cheap, lazy design** – No bedside tables **FINAL WARNING:** This place is a **SCAM**. They charge decent money but deliver **squalid, third-rate conditions**. **STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.** Sleep in your car. Pitch a tent. It’ll be better than this place

• Carla (1/5): Horrible please stay away - Nothing it was horrible We has to leave within 10 minutes. Only made us pay in cash no credit card which was suspicious , the room was horrific. Full of mosquitos , mould everywhere , the bathrrom was disgusting, holes all over the bed sheets and stains , not even good enough for a night stay. The couple who arrived after us left immediately as well and had to book a new hotel to stay at 11pm. We laughed about it because it was so bad

• Dabila (3/5): Poor - The staff were pleasant and we had arrived at 1am and the check in was easy. I was very disappointed with this place. The pictures have been extremely photo shopped because the apartments do not look as clean and presentable as these pictures. The conditions were not great. Both rooms had mouldy walls. We were lucky we were staying a few hours before leaving to go to our next destination.
