• Anil Kumar (9/5): Luxurious stay in 5 star facilities, excellent hospitality, tasty food & colorful Holi experience. - Breakfast were very good with varieties of tasty dishes on offer in buffet. Swimming pool and Gym facilities were excellent. Dinner buffets were awesome. Same traditional dance group and puppet show was there on all three evenings. There should have been change every day so as to offer diverse folk experiences.

There was broken glass on our bedroom floor from a previous stay and a small piece was in the bed. Both my husband and I managed to cut our feet on it, even after telling staff and the room being cleaned again. The food was too salty and too spicy. Even western food was very spicy. The air-conditioning gave out a strange smell like exhaust fumes. The property is somewhat tired and could do with a refresh

• Monica (6/5): Not a 5 starts hotel - Near the airport. Great breakfast. For a 5 starts hotel, we were expecting a better treatment. There is a Tour Agency in the lobby that were very dishonest with the tours that we booked with them. Not expected at all in a 5 starts hotel. They gave us the cost for 2 different tours that we booked and the at the end of the tour they were charging for one of the tour 80 EUR more of what was agreed. Won't recommended at all to use that company and will recommend the hotel to provide with better tour agency options for your guest. A agency that can be transparent and honest with the tourist people. Very disappointed.
• Kirandeep (9/5): Beautiful hotel. Great staff. - Staff were exceptional. Especially the restaurant staff. They go over and above for you. So kind and friendly. The young lad at the pool also really good. Decor, style, ambience all fantastic. Great artwork and authentic vibe. Areas such as main doors and windows etc could be cleaned a bit more often. Pool.area needs some work. An outside bar or dining area would have been such a nice experience but this is not available. There is so much lovely roof top space so I highly recommend this.
• Menons (9/5): It was a pleasant stay - The rooms were big, clean and tidy. I had called one of the staff as an emergency for the rooms and he helped me get 4 rooms at short notice. That was incredible helpful and nice of him. The options for breakfast less and the wait time for and egg or a dosa would take over 15-20 min generally while the staff disinterested to assist inspite of few reminders.

• Anindya (6/5): - Nice comfortable hotel , though definitely not luxury. There was a wedding with a live band where loud music went on till way past midnight. Inspite of complaints nothing was done. Next day they changed our rooms after much complaint and chasing where it was much quieter. This is a regular issue with this hotel.
• Oindrila (8/5): - Excellent service, awesome decor and fantastic food. Our in hotel experience was really, really good. The car service arranged by the travel desk was also excellent. We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but not the full day guide.
• Surraj (1/5): Not value for money stay ! - Nothing ! I had always been staying in best properties of Rajasthan, Indana was my worst stay ever. • There wasn't a guard to welcome and open the gate. • Ambience was so dead, they don't even put the light on during day at the reception. It was so shady. • Breakfast Buffet had limited options and that too super common. We stayed for two nights and the breakfast was same on both the days. Sambar was stale. • Location was so dead with no basic amenities nearby. • Food at the restaurant is super expensive. I was down with fever so I ordered khichdi from Zomato..I called the reception and they said they won't deliver to room, please come and collect by yourself. • Bird droppings were lying around the swimming pool that was stinking. And many more sad experiences

• Rubain (7/5): I would come once again but with this service not really in the future. - Its a very nice hotel with lots of old style. The food was awesome. The rooms were clean and very nice cleaning buddys. The staff were very very rude and were not working well. Always on the telephone and not listening the guest. The tables were not attending and if you wanted to have something you have to say please and discuss with them why we need this. Swimmingpool was dirty and the person who was supposed to clean was always on the mobile and listening to music. Everywhere was birds S*** on the ground. Could be much better.

• Mahima (10/5): - Located slightly out of the hustle bustle market area which is what we wanted. You can hire the hotel car to travel locally for a nominal fee. Air conditioning did not work in the gym and the hotel was not able to fix it upon request. Hotel staff was predominantly men. It would have been nice to have more women in the reception area and general hospitality staff. Overall good would recommend.

• Shop (9/5): This is by far the best hotel to stay. If you want to enjoy your stay, planning for honeymoon. - The place stands for its name. It's indeed a palace. The hospitality and maintenance of the property is the best. The place is slightly far away from the city. You will have to drive down 6 km to reach the place. Apart from that I have not seen any other hotel that comes close to this.

Front Desk, Reservation, Central Desk, No body had an idea about our payments made the very same day we did the reservation. Despite of having receipt, nobody was there to resolve the issue. Everybody was threatening to release the room but no body was there to tally the payment receipt i had. -5 out of 5 Rating. Very Bad experience. Anyways, Best of Luck

• Howard (6/5): g Wrong but Not Quite Right - The hotel is very good but lacks a pulse. The pool is detached from the hotel almost an afterthought. There’s no outside seating other than the smoking area. Nowhere other than the dingy bar to get a drink. It is also very close to the Indian Airforce so incredibly noisy when their jets flyover. I think this Indana is more of a business hotel than a holiday stay.
• krupa (4/5): - Service was horrible. Food came raw twice. Chef came out to explain its supposed to be pink near the bone but I showed him it was blood red not pink. I am a chef for 20 years now and I know the difference. We ordered expensive whiskey and the waiter took the glasses to a different room and filled with some unknown whiskey. I could smell right away there was a difference. My husband and I are avid whiskey drinkers and have had this specific whiskey hundreds of times. When we asked for the waiter to please bring the bottle and pour at the table they argued with us. When he did bring the bottle eventually he opened the bottle in front of us. So it seems that wasn’t the whiskey they originally gave us.
• Sasja (10/5): An Oasis in the dessert - This hotel is very nice on all levels including being quiet good for relaxing, everyone was professional and friendly would of stayed longer but it was booked up for a wedding. I will stay here again when in the area. It’s a little out of town and shopping areas but well worth the extra distance.
• Devashis (8/5): - Compared to other places we stayed this time (Jaisalmer, Udaipur and Jaipur), the service lacked the warmth at Indana Palace, especially at check in. Stay was great, with nice amenities, much better decor inside the room and outside.
