• Abhishek (10/5): Good hospitality & great rooms - Great stay at Seminyak Sanctuary Beach Villa. Tika and Wija were great at service and answered and did everything we requested. Ms Candra and Dea were very friendly and provided amazing hospitality throughout our stay. The villa is in a great location, close to everything, with a beautiful pool and a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seminyak!

Nothing. My only critique would be the USB chargers above the kitchenette bench tops didn’t work. No big deal, we had an Indonesian adaptor for the power points.

• Cheng Yen (5/5): Pretty, nice to look at, not comfortable to stay in. - We liked the hot tub in the property. Bed was comfortable and WiFi was stable. There were several things that popped up during our one night stay at this accommodation. First, when we used the shower water for the first 5 mins it was smelly and smelled like sewage water. Second, there were many mosquitoes in the room probably due to still water in the room and considering how the bathroom doesn’t fully close. At 6-7pm, we killed 10 mosquitoes in the room between my partner and myself. It’s a nice room that aesthetically looks great; however, there are signs that this property and villas are not well maintained and management needs to step it up.

• YI CHUNG (9/5): 大致上非常滿意 會想再次入住 - 地點離鬧區很近，抵達時入口非常隱密，進入以後才發現別有洞天。全台服務人員Sifa小姐親切又可愛。 私人泳池雖然不大，但是水夠深也夠流動，設計非常精巧舒適，泳池可直達淋浴間三處，不必弄濕卧室及客廳。戶外浴缸及部分泳池有屋簷的遮蔽，感覺為客人考慮到防曬和雨季的實用性。 Villa是一房兩廳一衛的設計，床鋪很舒適，燈具及天花板都非常具備峇厘島的南洋美學風情，而屋內電子設備和電源開關設備卻很先進，冰箱微波爐流理台應有盡有，也適合長住。 很適合夫妻與情侶渡假，推薦想要前往水明漾的旅客！ The location is very close to the bustling area, and the entrance is quite discreet upon arrival, revealing a surprisingly spacious and inviting space once inside. The entire staff, including Ms. Sifa, was incredibly friendly and charming. The private pool, though not large, is deep and has good water flow. The design is ingenious and comfortable, with direct access to three shower areas, preventing the bedroom and living room from getting wet. The outdoor bathtub and part of the pool are sheltered by eaves, demonstrating consideration for sun protection and rainy season needs. The villa features a one-bedroom, two-living room, one-bathroom layout. The beds are very comfortable, and the lighting and ceilings perfectly capture the Southeast Asian aesthetic of Bali. The electronic equipment and power switches are modern, and the room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen counter, making it suitable for extended stays. Highly recommended for couples and lovers planning a trip to Seminyak! 使用吹風機會跳電這一點，可以改善。 不過值得鼓勵的是，都有獲得即時的處理。 The issue of power outages when using a hair dryer can be improved. However, it's encouraging that these issues were addressed promptly.

I think it needs to be maintained a little bit more , wooden parts in swimming pool literally moves, pool is not cleanest one and bathtub was dirty. It’s pricy compared to other stays like even I was in legian beach hotel at the same time just got villa to experience so I basically was going back to legian more than use bills because it’s just how I felt. I don’t know everybody have different expectations but for tonight’s it’s price for 3 nights (for example) in beach hotel or bintang with beach by 2 min walking distance and amazing room and stuff. I wouldn’t stay there again.

• Nathan Garret Jude (10/5): Truly a sanctuary for your stay in Seminyak - This place is a true gem, the villa we booked was really luxurious and modern, the lighting system is absolutely stunning and the Alexa is a nice touch. In terms of location it is just a few minutes from the city centre. When it comes to service, the quality of hospitality is unmatched. Every need of ours was accommodated and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The reception was very easy to get in touch with and they were very quick to anticipate anything we would have needed. A big thank you to sifa and Ari for looking after us we would most definitely come stay here again 🤍 Everything was amazing!

We enjoyed our two nights stay here starting with the very friendly and supportive staffs working here. They were very accommodating to our requests and queries. The place is clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the floating breakfast, the Balinese massage, our tour of Uluwatu and the room service, all of which that can be easily found in their booklet within the villa. The swimming pool and bathtub can be a little cleaner. Other than that, nothing else! Everything was great!

Everything was available if we didn't want to go out to eat, or there was a restaurant/Cafe a couple of doors down if you wanted to go out with lovely food and drinks The only thing I didn't like was that I had to go out for a good coffee and unfortunately the breakfasts were always cold so we ended up going to the Cafe every morning instead as we felt bad ordering the food and then not eating it.

• Samar (3/5): My 6-day stay was disappointing due to the unhygienic pool, unexpected extra charges, poor food quality with no internat - Yes I like the room 1. Pool Cleanliness: The pool was not clean at all during my stay. When I asked for it to be cleaned, the staff only removed some dead leaves without performing any proper cleaning. This was quite disappointing and not hygienic. 2. Bubble Bath Charges: I was charged 150 IDR for a small packet of bubble bath without any prior notice that it was a paid item. Given that I only used one during my entire stay and later asked for one more, I was surprised to be charged again for such a small item. I believe this should have been clearly communicated upfront. 3. Drinking Water: Only tap water was provided in the room, and bottled water was offered at an additional charge of 35 IDR. For a property of this level, I expected complimentary bottled water to be available daily. 4. Food Quality: Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The breakfast offered consisted only of Indonesian dishes, with no international options—not even basic items like cheese. And not in the pool like photos, if you want it to served in pool it will be with addditional 400k fees . I also ordered lunch once during my stay and truly regretted it due to the poor quality and taste.

The location was not good at all. Despite being called Seminyak Sanctuary it is on the very outskirts of Seminyak, more Legian. The facilities were good but everything is rundown and poorly maintained.

There was a varied selection of options with both local and western foods available. The reception staff, Tika and Sifa, were very helpful with any questions we had, stayed in contact readily, and kept us updated on important things throughout our stay. The rest of the staff were also super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location had easy access to main roads, a bar, and a convenience store. There isn't any one thing I can pinpoint that I didn't like about the stay. There were definitely quite a few mosquitos floating around due to the location and the pool, but that was easily solved with local bug repellant so it's a non-issue.

• Sanjay (10/5): - I absolutely loved the property and its location. The. Villa itself was extremely beautiful and had total privacy and completely surrounded by greenery. It’s is in quieter part of Legian, but still close to the more touristy spots of Kuta and Seminyak. Hiring a scooter if you are confident enough or booking scooter or Cab via Gojek makes it extremely convenient location wise. The breakfast was lovely and we tried all the available dishes during the duration of our stay. The staff are extremely friendly and definitely go above and beyond in helping make your stay amazing. The only small complaint I would have is they only have instant coffee. However,There is also a cafe next door, called workspace who do have good food and amazing coffee (they roast their own beans) All in all an amazing experience in the property. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who goes to Bali.
• Ngubane (8/5): Beautiful and worth the money - The villa was very spacious and we enjoyed this so much. The private pool was also a bonus as we could use it at anytime. The villa came with a speaker which was also a plus. The staff made a special appearance on my birthday and they sang for me. This was a special and beautiful moment. 10/10 for friendliness. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were changed daily. Very clean Villa The mosquitos :( They made it pretty unpleasant for us during night time. The staff did provide us with DOOM but it didnt help. I would recommend for the villa to have those mosquito repellent plugs. The breakfast options were very limited. My friend and I did enjoy the egg benedict. I would highly recommend to book without breakfast as the property is pretty central to stores with a variety of options.
