Rooms are very neat and clean. staff behavior is like awesome, they all were helpful. Hotel Arina Inn is located at a great location where you can visit most of the famous points by walk. everything was good even they offer us free early check in at 9 o' clock in the morning.

The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the peaceful ambiance despite being in such a bustling area. Whether you're a solo traveler, with family, or on business, Hotel Arina Inn is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city! 😊 One small thing to note: there is a long staircase at the main entrance, so it’s good to be prepared for that. However, they do have a lift accessible from the back door, which is a great alternative. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service! 😊

Food is authentic for old Delhi taste. The staff were extremely co-operative, warm and welcoming. Rooms are available for 1-4 adult accommodation in the same room which is super convenient. It’s safe and secure. The location is very accessible. Would definitely halt here again.

We are married couple i gave them my id proof and showed dem my Marriage photos as well marriage certificate but the reception guy was talking rudely that its hotel rule you need to give Marriage certificate otherwise you can book room somewhere else. I had booked through oyo 15 days earlier with advance payment,no where they mentioned that marriage certificate is compulsory, moreover at time of checkout reception guy told me to show the booking in oyo app to check details and he himself given 5 star rating in review (I came to know this later). Food rates are too high and no choice for breakfast only one bread omlet or one paratha with tea. Will not recommend this to anyone.

838lacyr (10/5): Perfect for Delhi - We really like Hotel Arina! We stayed here a couple weeks ago and are back before we leave India. It's really quiet, the wifi works great, the best shower I've had while in India, and it's nice having a TV in our room. Like others have said, if you can't walk up a pretty steep flight of stairs, then this isn't the place for you. But we really liked the location. Maybe not the nicest/most posh area of Delhi, but nice enough. :) Delhi fort is so close! We also ate at Moti Mahal (famous for their butter chicken.) It's literally like a five minute walk. Glad to have found this place.

The breakfast was not very good, but again, for the price, everything seems fair. The staff is helpful and polite. The only bad thing is that we sent some laundry and they lost it for a couple of days. When we applied pressure, they found and returned it.

Impolite hotel staffs, "Hungry" Breakfast-Strictly not recommended - I stayed in this hotel for 9 long days and was charged more than Rs2000/- per day, 1.The room not worth for that high rent collected. 2.The room was infested with ants and tiles broken in corner 3.No plan for AC water drainage and a bucket was kept in one corner to collect AC water. 4. Cleaning was done only twice in these 9 days and bedspreads, pillow covers not changed even once.They said I did not gve the key at reception while leaving room ,if that is the case they should have informed me or clean during my presence. 5.The most intolerable was BREAKFAST. There is no buffer system and breakfast served in room. NOT MUCH CHOICES available except Bread sandwiches, omlettes, bolied eggs and tea. Paratta arrives only after 9am.My kid and I had to stay hungry waiting for these limited quantity of food. Also they have a restriction of Rs200/- for breakfast per room and they ask either to cancel few items in order or pay more. This is the first time I am hearing such breakfast rules.especially in a OYO room. 6. Steep Stairs added to my suffering and I stayed in third floor and had hardtime climbing stairs. Overall it is not at all worthy for that bulk rent paid and I would strictly not recommend this worst hotel to anyone.Before you book, think well.
vasudaven (8/5): nice location with pleasant stay! - I'm a first timer to Delhi and i could barely speak hindi. i reached at wee hours , around 3 am waking up the staffs! POSITIVES : very neat and clean rooms. EXCELLENT LOCATION - walkable distance to MAMC,delhi ( I'm a doctor ). by auto, red fort, chandini chouk, everything is few minutes. descent breakfast and continuous power and water supply! VOILA! what else two would bachelors on an official trip , want!! the only thing i found difficult was the stairs! steep flight of stairs, the only consideration is, if you or accompanying elders, it might be a little difficult, but otherwise an excellent stay!
TahaB225 (8/5): Excellent Hotel - The hotel is located near to the Red Fort area, Chandni Chowk area, Jama Masjid area and is a modest distance from Connaught Place. It is located on the main road but the windows facing the road are sound proof which means there is minimal outside interference. The staff is very courteous, especially Mr Sarwar. Our stay was literally just like home. A few qualms though: People have different choices and we are not comfortable with using a western style loo. There was no Indian style loo in our room. It must have been in some other room but well, we didn't ask so ultimately we had to use the western loo which was a discomfort. Also, in the Delhi heat, a thirty minute walk can get you soaked in sweat. Although our room had a wardrobe, there were no rods in the room to hang sweat-infused clothes to help them dry quicker. Other than this, our stay was excellent. Internet is paid but is quite fast.
ALLC11 (10/5): Great hotel! - Stayed at this hotel twice as a solo female traveler. Though stairs are steep, their staffs are very hospitable to help you carry your things and luggage. Shouldn't be an issue except for disabled people, if you can walk while touring around India why not climb few stairs. The rooms and toilet are clean, white and clean linens, good efficient AC-exceptionally good(most hotels I stayed in India though with AC doesn't cool the room well), good working hot & cold shower, fast wi-fi, though they provide some toiletries you can buy cheap toiletries from nearby shops as the hotel is situated in good location. Surprisingly, though the hotel is situated in the busy streets of Old Delhi, the room where I stayed at remains quite even late morning where I expected to hear loud honks of cars and outside noise. Few kilometers from the attractions and bazaar, easily accessible thru tuktuks.There are fast food chains near and the hotel also have restaurant where you can order at a cheap price! They also serve breakfast generously! Overall, I had a wonderful stay in this hotel! Highly recommended!

jannyrocks (4/5): Basic - Firstly, avoid this place if you have mobility problems as entry is via a steep flight of stairs. Wifi in room which is a rarity in accomodation of this nature. Only one towel provided for 2 people and very thin pillows, but on asking i was happily provided with an extra towel & pillow. No toiletries or loo roll so take your own. Good AC but noisy street so take earplugs. Breakfast in room was lame, hubby asked for grilled sandwich, he got 2 slices of toast. Toast greasy, cooked on griddle & tasted of everything else cooked on that griddle. Best bit of this place was the double bed, covered with 2 single duvets, so no night time duvet tug of war with my husband, a great idea!
chip1232015 (8/5): Great budget hotel in a prime and atmospheric Delhi location - The Arina Inn is a basic but comfortable hotel in an amazing location, a 10 minute walk to the Red Fort and bustling Chadni Chowk. It is great for tourists who want to experience the character and sites of Old Delhi, which are right on the doorstep. The hotel's receptionist Sarwar Alam is charming and is great to talk to about the local highlights. Overall, I had an amazing stay.
brijeshsbhat (6/5): Average hotel - Room was ok, there is not much option for food as there is no restaurant in the hotel, but within 5min walk McD and Dominoz are there. Hotel location is good, in 3 4km radius you have Indoor stadium, chandani chowk, India Gate, Reg Fort. No windows in the room so it feels a bit congested/suffocated. There is no lift and you have to climb at least 20 steps even if you are staying in the 1st floor.

The hotel is cheap costing around 2000 inr for a night. But just as one may think that's a great option, here comes the problem. While I stayed in the hotel, it was complete devoid of water. There was not a drop of water in the bathroom and the management simply lifted its hands up saying they cannot do anything bout it!! So as I said "cheap but you have to pay a price", please avoid the place unless this is the last hotel left in delhi.
JamboHouse (8/5): Good location - Arina Inn is located 10 minutes walking from Red Fort. Rooms are good (with A/C), big bed and fridge. Rooms were clean.Maybe a bit pricey compared to the other places I stayed in India but the room was good.
Pkucheria (8/5): value for money stay - good hotel value for money in good area , away from hotel district of pahadganj and its typical smell,only negative is this hotel have no lift and we have to climb very steep staircase ,service and upkeep is good
AsherP135 (6/5): Decent Budget Hotel - We stayed here mainly because it was near the cricket stadium, and we did not want to have to walk far after an evening match, when the cabs are scarce. It was adequate considering how cheap it was; I had been aware from the reviews that there was no restaurant, so didn't mind eating my breakfast in the room, and the food was ok. The room was not the cleanest but had been tidied fine and the sheets and towels, though a little stained were washed and fresh. I found the staff helpful, and they were happy to look after my bags for a while after I had checked out. The wifi was pretty good, and worked in the room. You don't get luxury at this price, but I would stay here again.
PaulandVanessa (2/5): Left us stranded in Delhi - We booked with booking.com several months before and had a CONFIRMED reservation. The hotel emailed us directly to arrange an airport pick-up. The day before flying to Delhi we emailed the hotel directly again to confirm everything which was fine. When we arrived at Delhi airport no one was there to collect us. We phoned the hotel who said they had taken a large group in and cancelled our booking!!! They left us stranded and hung up!!! To make matters worse, they told booking.com we did not show up and took full payment from our credit card. We are now trying to get our money back for the HOTEL cancelling ON US!!!! Recommend to stay clear of this place. Has really ruined our impression of India and the start of what was going to be a good holiday.
