- NSF4040 (10/5): Fall 2025 - Bottom line: clean, comfortable, quiet, plenty of towels and outlets for your electronic devices. Usual breakfast fare, everythng was hot and fresh. For a one night stay, this is a good place to go.

- Sensenigr (4/5): The least desirable stay in a while - I am at the very end of a trip, where I just stayed at 7 different Hilton properties in the past week and a half (1 Curio, 3 Hampton, 1 Tru, 1 Spark and 1 Hilton Garden Inn). Unfortunately, this property was the least desirable of all the ones I stayed in. First, the good --- the location is great! It is right next door to Herrod's Farm Market -- you can seriously walk across the parking lot, a very short distance. What a great place. The hotel itself, well I just felt like it could use a deep clean and some attention soon. I was staying on the fourth floor. The first thing I noticed when I exited the elevator, was the terrible garbage stench. I'm not sure what was up with that. My room has seen some better days. A lot of scratched off paint on the walls, chips on the furniture, and A LOT of dust. Dark furniture is great and terrible all at the same time. It is terrible, because it shows everything. It is great, because you can tell whether or not it is clean. And boy, this place needs some help. For example, the desk and the towel holder in the bathroom has an inch thick layer of dust in places. I know it takes 10 extra seconds, but please wipe that down. I'm not talking about hard to reach areas. Also, this room has a very small tv, compared to any other Hilton branded property I have ever stayed in. Finally, this is the only hotel from this trip, and in a very long time, where they did not have body wash in the room. It is usually hanging in the shower with the shampoo and conditioner. This hotel wanted to skip it. At check-out time, I went downstairs and noted that 4 employees use the carport as there personal parking facility, making it impossible for any guests to use it Also, a lady just joined the front desk at 8am (one of the four that uses the carport as a parking lot) and she came in and dragged a chair the whole way from the breakfast area to the front desk to sit on. Are there no chairs from the back office that she can use? So, overall, it was an average stay with a lot of things that need to be corrected and a lot of annoyances.

The hot tub was clean and hot. - After a day of travel the hot tub was beneficial to sore muscles- clean and no foam! The room was large with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast had waffles, bacon and much more. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and kind. There's a huge grocery, nursery farm store Horrocks right behind the hotel that's a must see. Churches like Restoration church and Restaurants like Starbucks and Dennys are nearby too. We enjoyed this hotel and our time in the area. Very family friendly.

- Matt (8/5): - + It was set back from Saginaw Road, so it was fairly quiet. The bed covers and pillows were very soft. Breakfast and coffee was good. Staff were pleasant and polite. - The gigantic Horrock's Market next door made it tough to walk on the south side of the general area. It was a massive parking area. There was also a big fence, so I could mot walk to the east. Not the fault of Hampton Inn / Hilton. The bathroom shower controls were a bit wobbly. They were not secured tightly to a wooden structure in the wall. The entry door of my room appeared to have pry marks on it (Room 310). The inner mk echanical door licking mechanism did not align with the door jamb, so I could not fully secure the door. The electronic lock worked, though. The television channels were mediocre, and there was no viewing guide control, so I could not see what programs were on. People arrived for the room next door at a quarter to Midnight. They were very loud, and I had an important meeting the next morning. Not the fault of Hampton Inn / Hilton, but the front desk person should have warned them that people were sleeping. I did not like the $40/day surcharge for incidentals, in case something was stolen or broken. It is supposed to be refunded to my account. I will double-check my crefit card statement, which is an extra hassle I have to deal with. Overall, it was a good room at a decent price. It seemed fairly clean, safe, and quiet.

I left some things that were very important to me in the closet, I drove back to the hotel first thing the next day, and the first person I spoke with, knew exactly where they were and returned them to me in moments. I'm happy there are still honest people taking care of the rooms. That is an issue of culture. Thank you very much, I'm sorry I did not catch your name.
- Smith (1/5): Bad - My stay sucked!! I had to leave a few hours after I checked in. So, I pretty much payed for a room and didn't get to stay in it.

- Carl (8/5): Nice visit - Stay was nice. Service was good. Room had a bit of an odd odor when we arrived, was not present when we returned in the evening. Assuming it was the cleaning products. Breakfast was unsurprisingly disappointing.
