• Niamh (9/5): Great for a restful stay and do laundry! - It’s so lovely I could live there. Super comfortable bed. Great facilities - washing machine, kitchenette. The TV channels were messed up. Only small fault. Thankfully I did have a car. It’s a 4 min drive into town. Just an FYI for guests who don’t have a car.

• Carola (10/5): Perfect stay - The apartment was roomy and had everything and more. The kitchen was very well equipped— it even had milk for my tea in the fridge. The bedroom had a canopy bed that made me feel like a princess. The adjoined bathroom even had a washing-and-drying machine with two sinks. The pool was nice and had lots of sun-beds in the shade. The garden was pretty and quiet. There was an issue with the phone at the property, so they didn’t know I had arrived for half an hour but the staff apologized and were very kind. The cafe on the property was closed until further notice so you had to drive into town for food.

• Cowan (10/5): Absolutely exceeded expectations, Beautiful venue & amazing staff 10/10 - After arriving at 5.30pm to check in, Our booking was not on the system which was made through booking.com The staff member carried out the checks necessary as they were fully booked out & then spoke to management which they did everything possible & found us a room for our two night stay within 10 minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff & how the situation was handled & cannot wait for my next stay in Karratha at this Venue, Extremely afforadable & rooms exceeded expectation surrounded by beautiful gardens 10/10 Can not fault, Everything was perfect

• bradleystephenf (2/5): Unacceptable Business Practice. - I made a booking nearly 10 months in advance for a 3 night stay At The Ranges. 4 months before the booking I receive a call from the management that the room is no longer available due to the owner wanting to occupy full time. When I booked 10 months previous, there were a few rooms available, so I was certainly not the last to book. SURELY the bookings made after my booking should be the ones that are cancelled!!!! When I pointed this out to management it all seemed a bit too hard and I was the easy option. This certainly is not good hospitality and business practice. Beware that your booking could be bumped off at any time. Now the prices are 30% higher to get alternative accommodation and there is only very poor options left in Karratha.

• MojiNegro (10/5): Lovely stay - Arrived just after checkin time reception was unattended, rang the number on the door. No issues. Loved the serenity of the place and walking through the meticulous gardens, very peaceful. The air-conditioning, TV and lights were turned on for your arrival. We encountered no issues with noise in the resort. - Plenty of facilities, BBQs, Pizza Ovens, there's a vending machine on site with all sorts of drinks and snacks. - The room had all you'd ever need and more. They supply a little shampoo & conditioner, body wash, soap and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. - Collect your pool towels from reception. - The 2 air-conditioners in the room worked a treat and were appreciated after being in the Karratha heat. - Bed was firm but ok for us with just a couple of nights stay. - Kitchen area with a big fridge with freezer, double burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher and cupboards full of things. - Laundry area and washing machine in bathroom area. - The pool was big and the Cafe overlooks the pool. - Most car parks have shade over the top of them. - The receptionist was very thorough giving you lots of information on check in & a key drop off box if reception unattended. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

In room Washer / dryer was exceptional. Self contained apartment had everything I could ask for. Bed was huge! The on-site Cafe to be open. (I believe it has reopened since my visit)

Not far to shops/restaurants but having a car makes getting around easier. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend for your next stay in Karratha.

On arrival sent to a dirty room - TV on, used food in the fridge, lights on in the bathroom/laundry. Was then given the room next door which was clean. Restaurant closed - even the paper work on check-in states the restaurant is open - definitely closed . Restaurant has been closed for months. Shower floor slimy Air didn't work - not cool. Remote control didn't work. Have stayed at this property before and never had any issues. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

Has laundry and own balcony. Comfortable for long stays. The cafe is great, lovely food and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Had dinner and breakfast, coffee to go! Excellent service and great start to the day.

• LisaMDL (10/5): Could definitely stay longer here! - It was such a fleeting one night stay that I didn’t have time to take any photos but if I had they would have been of a well planned, clean, tastefully decorated and very spacious room surrounded by lush inviting gardens. We had a glass of wine out in the communal space briefly and noticed others were very happy bbq-ing and chilling in tropical surrounds. Very very pleasant! The best part, after being at Karijini with next to no hot water for several days, was the plentiful, high pressured and hot hot HOT water!!! Thanks to the receptionist for her advice when we asked about a subset spot. We headed to her recommended place at TV Lookout just a couple of minutes drive away and it was beautiful BUT take note… mozzie repellent required!! One suggestion: some rooms only have one outdoor chairs and others two. This seems weird. All should have two!!

• 769andrewp (10/5): home from home accommodation - first class accommodation - the place to stay in karratha, no debate. staff really friendly and helpful and chalets meet all requirements for staying away from home. ideally located for any one touring the pilbara or working there !! plenty parking for all vehicles. excellent pool for an occasional dip and swim. bbq area and now pizza ovens a great addition for residents in the gardens michelle and jools and the ladies always available to help. rooms kept cleaning regularly serviced. book early - not always available. looking forward to my next stay (7th).
