• Meagan (8/5): Loved the cabin and would definitely stay again. - I honestly loved the cabin! The location was perfect! I loved being able to walk to all the coffee shops and souvenir shops. The kitchen had all the essentials and I liked having a recycling bin option. The bed was a little stiff but I slept good every night. There was mold growing at the bottom of the bathroom and if you shut the door you get a strong mildew scent. My husband said he barely noticed it but it literally made me feel some nausea. This is my only complaint though and a super easy fix I'm sure. Everything else was absolutely lovely and clean.

Way better than the Old Faithful Inn. There was a nice gas fire outside of our rooms; they provided s’mores kits for the kiddos and adults. It a good central point. We saw lots of bison - 100+ that walked passed us. We saw Elk, etc. It is a good location. I’d stay there again. None

• Priscilla (2/5): Not very accommodating or responsive unless you book directly with them - We made our reservation with the intention of visiting Yellowstone’s West Entrance. After booking, we discovered that the entrance was not yet open during our dates and there were even some road closures in the area. We requested to change our stay to three weeks later when the entrance would open and indicated that we are willing to pay any applicable price difference. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response from the property regarding this request.  We paid in full at the time of booking through booking.com. Booking.com reached out as well with no response from the property manager.

• Marco (9/5): Super Unterkunft ca. 3 Autominuten vom Parkeingang West des Yellowstone NP entfernt - Super gut gelegen, gleich beim Parkeingang (West) zum Yellowstone. Das Cabin ist schön gross und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer. Es ist sehr sauber (ausser Kopfkissen - siehe unten). Gratis Parkplatz!! Das Personal beim Check-in ist mega freundlich. Wir würden das Cabin wieder buchen. Grundsätzlich ist das Cabin sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Kopfkissen müssen jedoch dringend gewechselt werden, da diese sehr stark muffeln und eigentlich nur noch mit einem zusätzlichen Duschtuch benutzt werden können.

• OneLife22 (10/5): COZY! - Our group rented 4 cabins. The cabins were close to each other and perfect for our group. Check in was easy and we were able to check in early. The cabins were comfortable and very clean. Nice fire pit was lit every night and made for a lovely ambiance. Mini kitchenette was convenient, although we did not cook any meals. Coffee pot, coffee and filters were provided.

Kitchenette was far too small to be comfortable to use. Very limited utensils. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Long black hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. The fridge froze the entire contents which for self catering is far from ideal. We had to get a maintenance man out on day two as we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. Turns out the shower tap had been fitted differently to all the other cabins so there was a knack.

Alle Unterkünfte sind teuer in West Yellowstone von dem her war der Preis zwar hoch aber okay. Toll war die Feuerstelle. Ein Smores-Kit gab es gratis dazu sowie ein Fernglas in der Cabin welches man in den Park mitnehmen konnte. Den Pool ( im Nachbarhotel ) kann man gratis mit nutzen. In der Küche fehlten ein paar Gegenstände ( zu wenig Tassen und Geschirr).

• 740emim (8/5): Good location in West Yellowstone - Explorer cabins is just outside of the west entrance of Yellowstone NP. We stayed with 3 kids in a 2 br cabin with 1 king bed, and second bedroom with a twin bunk on top and full bunk on bottom. There is a small living room/kitchen area probably something like 8 by 10 feet of space. Kitchen has a very small electric stove that can fit two small pots, a very small dishwasher maybe 1/2 dice of a regular dishwasher, 4 forks, 4 spoons, 4 knives, 4 bowls, 4 plates and a mini fridge. It was kind of a pain to cook dinner for a family of 5. Also housekeeping does not clean your dishes or clean the kitchen area when they come to clean. They just replace the towels and empty the trash. The kids did like the s’mores bag provided and there is a communal fireplace nearby that turns on around 5pm. There is a washer dryer available for use for free but you do have to walk over to the hotel next door to access it. It is also across the street literally from the bear and wolf discovery sanctuary which was also convenient. It is much better though than staying in separate hotel rooms for a family which I appreciate and good parking right outside the cabin.

• Adeela (10/5): - We loved our stay at Explorer Cabins. Great staff, from the front office to housekeeping. Cabins are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and museum. Cabins are clean and beds comfortable. The fire pits were a nice spot to rest and visit after a day of trekking through Yellowstone. We had a great time.
• JDPhil4 (8/5): Clean Cabins close to Yellowstone West Entrance - Explorer cabins were very nice! VERY clean and comfortable beds. We had a Montana Cabin with kitchenette with a lot of supplies including a small ice maker. The room was well equipedand wifi was good - although we did experience little bursts of lost electric on one morning - not sure why. Overall I would recommend due to it's location to Yellowstone, the cleanliness and the nice room. It is a little deceiving in the photos when you see cabins beyond the fire pit. Yes, there was a nice fire pit and even s'more packets in our room. Yet, your cabin really looks out on a street (with little traffic) and another hotel. It is quiet though. I do wish that they would list all costs on the website - there seemed to be an amenity fee (you can use pool, laundry etc in the main lodge) but I did not see that listed on my reservation. It is nice you have that option, but i would just like to know ahead the extra fees and taxes on my bill, since it seemed a bit higher than quoted (I guess the price on the confirmation is without taxes / fees). Plus a paved path from parking behind the cabin to cabin door would be great. Overall though a clean and comfortable place and well thought out (Walking sticks, flashlight, binoculars, board games, etc all for your use are a nice touch). Highly recommend.

• smonti (10/5): The perfect Yellowstone home base. Cute, efficient and great location. - We had cabin 41 for 3 nights. It has 2 bedrooms (one king and one twin over full bunk)- 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette with no dining room ( kitchenette is too small to cook anything but popcorn anyway) It is walking distance to the Grizzley / Wolf encounter, McDonalds, "main" street and the iMAX. The firepits and s'mores are fun in the evening. West Yellowstone was a great home base for visiting Yellowstone. To avoid driving the same route on multiple days, I prefer to spend a night in West Yellowstone, meander through the lower loop and spend a couple of nights at Jackson Lake Lodge - but my family didn't want to check in / out of multiple hotels - so this worked fine. We would stay here again.

• Chambers (9/5): - very cute, fireplace and kitchenette, comfortable beds and outdoor fireplace for smores with a smorekit :) Very close to parking lot with noise of cars starting early in the morning.
• Joyce (10/5): - We lived the explorer cabins! We had a little kitchens so we could cook a couple meals in the cabin. That was great. It big and roomy and a comfy bed. Quiet too. There was a gas fire pit that was lit each evening out in front of our cabin. It is shared with the other cabins In The area. The cabin has a nice gas fireplace too. They had ingredients to make smores for us as a little bonus. There are a few books and games too if you get bored. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in west Yellowstone. We liked it very much.
• מני (10/5): וואו, מקום מושלם ומהמם - וואו, אחד המקומות הכי נוחים ונעימים שהיינו בהם, והיינו בהרבה... הביקתה ממש חמודה ונקייה במיקום מעולה, שני חדרי שינה מרווחים וספה נוחה בסלון. המטבחון מאובזר חלקית, אבל לגמרי מספיק. יש קומקום, סירים מחבת, צלחות וכוסות, יש מדיח ותנור מיקרו משוכלל, ואפילו מכונה להכנת גלידה, יש אח מהממת ומחממת בסלון, ויש מדורה בחוץ שנדלקת בשעות הערב, וממש כיף לשבת סביבה, המקום מספק גם ערכות הכנה לסמורף שהילדים שלי ממש אוהבים. יש במקום בריכה כיפית וז׳קוזי מעולה, אפשרות לעשות כביסה בחינם, וחדר כושר מאובזר. לנו זה היה מושלם!!! מומלץ מאוד מאוד!!! הכל היה מעולה

• Karmen (10/5): A perfect, cozy stay near Yellowstone National Park! - We had a wonderful time at this accommodation! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place was very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. They were also extremely responsive and helpful, which made our experience even better. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay close to Yellowstone National Park. We truly had a great time here! We honestly can’t think of anything we didn’t like everything was just perfect!
• Donna (8/5): - Cabin was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace in the early am and in the evening. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pocket door to the large bedroom was broken and couldn't be closed.
• Stephanie (8/5): - Location, cabin setup and facilities. Stayed in double wide cabin and soundproofing was horrible. We felt like we were on vacation with the group next door. We could hear their exact conversation the entire time.
• Theresa (10/5): - Wonderful place to stay the staff were friendly and helpful the cabin was so cozy and close to shopping, restaurants and the West Yellowstone entrance. Also very close to the airport. We had a wonderful time and plan to stay there again in the future.
• Dita (10/5): - Such an amazing place to stay. The cabin was clean and spacious for our family of four. So great to come back to your own cabin after a day in Yellowstone. Shops and dining are all walking distance. Staff at the front desk are helpful and informative. Sitting around the fire at night and listening to wolves howl across the road is an amazing experience. We will for sure be coming back soon!

• Lori (10/5): - Property was very nice and clean. I expected these cabins to be in a more rural environment. They are in town and near all the hotels in groups of 6 around a fire pit. I’d stay again . I just expected something different from the pictures.

• Judy (10/5): - We loved our cabin. It was spacious, had a kitchen which was well equipt, and loved the electric fireplace. There were a lot of nice touches including the s’mores kit and plenty of towels. The one thing that I was surprised by was that it is not in a woodsy area like in the photos, but convenient quick walk to town.

• victoriakR6899OZ (4/5): Not great - Rude staff. Poor service. Ok rooms. Breakfast is free but skip it. Went by front desk which is in a different location down the street. I asked for a couple waters and was told, “You got 2 in your room, that’s all you get.” I asked that the cabin be cleaned at 8:30 am. Returned to room at 5 pm, room not done. Paid $1320 for 2 nights. Beds unmade, no towels. Don’t waste your money
• Tiffany (10/5): Great stay for west Yellowstone - Great location. Easy check in. We had zero issues other than the fire place in our cabin didn’t work and the guy they sent over wasn’t able to fix it either. I would have appreciated a little concern or apology as we were on our honeymoon and it would have been a nice touch to have the fire place as it was chilly but it was not a deal breaker. The cabin was clean, lots of extras to occupy like a game, cards, and a few books and articles of interest. The best part is if you’re feeling social the cabins tenents seem to gather around the many big fire pits so it’s cool to meet folks from all over. We grabbed burgers from TRs burgers and brought them back. They were really good. They gave s’mores kits in the cabin so that was a perfect end of day.
