• stéphane (9/5): Très bon séjour - - l'emplacement - l'aspect esthétique de l'hôtel: piscine, jardins, restaurant ouvert sur l'extérieur - le parking privé sécurisé - le prêt de vélos pour 2 h - la kitchenette: très petite (c'est plus un minuscule "cagibi" fermé par une porte), un petit frigo, 1 seule plaque de cuisson, très peu d'ustensiles, et très peu fonctionnelle. Impossible pour une famille de 4 d'y déjeuner. - comme souvent, clim orientée directement sur les lits - Peu d'éclairages extérieurs le soir: tables à disposition mais non éclairé donc nous avons dû mettre nos lumières de téléphone pour voir clair

À part les réceptionniste s et qui ont été réactif à nos demandes
• Nynke (7/5): Goede locatie en mooi hotel, let op harde muziek! - Het is een prachtig vormgegeven hotel, veel groen met klein speeltuintje. Goede bedden. Locatie is goed. Fijn dat er parkeer gelegenheid bij is. Het ontbijt is prima, yoghurt met granola en wat geroosterde broodjes. Als je ei wilt moet je extra bijbetalen. Midden in de nacht ging het brandalarm af. Wij stonden buiten te kijken, er werd niet gecommuniceerd wat er aan de hand was en er werd ook geen excuses aangeboden. Daarnaast was de muziek tot 3uur s nachts echt heel erg hard van de club daarnaast (vrijdag en zaterdagavond).

Vi algumas reclamações com relação à piscina ser fria. Não achei nada disso, ela tem uma temperatura mais fresta porém be agradável. Nada em particular

Se puede mejorar el desayuno, ya que es muy pobre. Y suele ser ruidoso por un hostel que organiza fiestas de noche y está en la misma cuadra
• Lucía (2/5): Fotos engañosas. Hotel de los 80 sin reformar. - La ubicación, muy cerca de la 5a avenida y a pocos metros de la estación marítima. Necesita una reforma urgente, esto no se arregla del día a la noche pero lo que sí tiene mejora es El desayuno que incluye, es muy limitado y el café, el peor que me he tomado nunca en un hotel. El parking es limitado hasta las 22h aunque tienen recepcionista 24h 🤷‍♀️ por poco más hay muchas opciones mejores, no se dejen llevar por las fotos que el jardín si está bonito.

• Ingo (8/5): Schönes Hotel in guter Lage zum Fährableger (Cozumel) und Innenstadt. - Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe zur Innenstadt und Rathaus. Der Innenhof ist sehr grün und bietet bei der Hitze des Tages eine gute Abkühlung. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz mit Tor. Das Obst und Müsli (mit Yogurt) ist sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte sogar eine kleine Küche mit Herdplatte (Topf und kleine Ausstattung vorhanden) und Kühlschrank. Zwei geräumige Einzelbetten mit vielen Kissen erlauben einen guten Schlaf. Klimaanlage arbeitet geruchsfrei und kühl. Zusätzlicher Deckenventilator und TV (groß) sind vorhanden. Tägliche Reinigung. Der Receptionist hat die Einweisung auf Spanisch gemacht, obwohl wir ihn mehrmals darauf hingewiesen haben, dass wir englisch besser verstehen. Später hat er in perfekten Englisch mit uns kommuniziert. Der grüne Innenhof hat auch viele Mücken, sodass ab 16:30 Uhr ein Aufenthalt in Freien „schwierig „ ist. Das Frühstück (Kontinental) ist lecker und ausreichend. Jedoch wir zuerst der Toast serviert. Tellerchen werden erst auf Nachfrage oder sehr viel später herausgegeben, sodass der Toast immer schon weich und kalt ist, wenn man ihn essen kann. Die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich, aber verstehen die Anfragen nicht immer oder ignorieren sie (zB wenn man sagt, dass man keinen Käse will (auf Spanisch), bekommt man den Käse trotzdem (wahrscheinlich wird das schon so vorbereitet). Im Umfeld sind Gaststätten die versuchen mit lauter Musik Gäste fern zu halten. Der Krach ist hörbar, hat aber uns nicht vom Schlaf abgehalten, da wir Abends ab22:00 Uhr nach einem aktiven Tag, ohnehin platt waren.

• Nataliya (7/5): Beautifully designed and decorated property. Staff needs to have some training! Omar made it all worth it! I would stay - It’s absolutely gorgeous! The design is made for sensory people and it’s very soothing and calming. Perfect for the ADHD brains! Great for taking pictures and making content. Everything was working well. Hot water. Shower had a perfect flow. Staff - Omar at the reception was Amazing! Perfect English which is a huge bonus for a hotel! He was Super helpful, always smiling and would make your day better at any moment, very good energy. He is very knowledgeable and is a very very good host! MOSQUITOES! Although they do fumigate them around 6pm. They still eat you alive and get inside the rooms too. I wish they provided or sold spray or something for mosquitoes. Wifi was very slow and at times not working at all. Staff - Almost nobody speaks English! Except one person. Staff - Several female staff at the breakfast were giving me evil looks. Constantly! It was very uncomfortable. One day after 11am when breakfast ended, as I was finishing mine, I came to a juice dispenser to get a refill. The lady that works there, Angeles, ran towards me almost taking it out of my hands and rudely told me that it’s one glass per customer! First of all, hotel was almost empty as it’s a low season. Secondly, breakfast ended and I was the only person who was there late. Juice is supposed to be disposed of at the end of the shift. I worked at hotels and those are the rules for food service. Thirdly - I paid for my breakfast! And the only reason she was behaving this way makes me think that they keep the leftovers for themselves. Well, ok. But fighting a guest for a glass of VERY DILUTED btw juice while there is still a lot left, after the breakfast is UNACCEPTABLE! The next day Angeles removed glasses and turned off the juice machine right after seeing me coming to eat. So that I couldn’t get ‘their’ portions of it. And it was still 10:20am. Not even close to the end of breakfast. She also told about this to another younger girl who works in that area and that girl kept giving me evil looks non-stop! She was literally following me around, pretending to clean something near me and frying me with her eyes. VERY RUDE AND UNCOMFORTABLE! Next day this girl did the same thing as Angeles. Removed glasses right after I came to eat. SUPER RUDE. Matcha Frappe btw is NOT Available even though is being advertised. False marketing. Not cool. Or perhaps the staff is also stealing it for themselves. It seems like there are no trained waiters in this hotels.

Personál byl velmi milý a ochotně nám poradil se vším, co jsme potřebovali. Bohužel hotel má velmi slabé odhlučnění, takže hluk z blízkých barů byl slyšet až do ranních hodin, což rušilo spánek. Snídaně byly bohužel velmi monotónní a velmi jednoduché.
• ilia_malamut (8/5): - очень зеленый уютный отель, настоящий оазис посреди номера, с красивым водопадом, свисающими лианами и лавочками. Номер немного винтажный но атмосферный и стильный, мебель немного уставшая, холодильник пеерстал работать под конец отпуска, плохо уходила вода в раковине. Персонал тоже разный Омар очень приятный и контактный, всегда подсказывал хоошие кафе в округе, как куда доехать, другое администратор не говорил на английском и приходилось общаться через переводчик. Расположение идеальное - рядом оба автобусных терминала, 5 авеню и море 500 метров. В целом нам все понравилось, за эти деньги лучше вариант найти сложно Очень простые завтраки - всегда салат дыня, манго, яблоки, гранола и йогур а также тосты с джемом + чай /кофе или сок. Нет яичницы, вообще даже вареных яиц, нарезки колбас или сыра тоже нет. Уставшая мебель и сантехника
• gauthier (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix, je recommande - L'emplacement, chambre spacieuse avec rangements, l'esprit zen de l'hôtel avec beaucoup de verdure en plein centre, la gentillesse du personnel, hotel propre et très bien entretenu. Pour les familles il y a un coin jeux pour les enfants avec cabane et balançoire, piscine avec large créneau de 9h à 21h. Nous avons eu la chance d'apercoir un raton laveur qui promenait dans le jardin au tout petit matin Piscine un peu froide pour moi mais ça n'a pas empêché les enfants de se baigner et se régaler. Chambre un peu sombre en journée mais nous n'y étions pas donc ça ne nous a pas dérangé
• Stephie Teran (9/5): - The design of the gardens is just fantastic. Hallways and every spot around is well thought, with confy common relaxing areas everywhere. Beds were really comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very simple, a good start. Room is big enough and had lovely balcony. Staff at nights was super funny and kind. Since the plants require to be watered constantly, is very common to see very slippery spots everywhere. Most of the time were marked, although the risk is there specially for kids and absent-minded as the floor is mostly tiled. Also, pool was freezing, no one was in.

• Maria (4/5): Elendigt - Beliggenheden er rigtig god - tæt på Fifth Avenue, men stadig uden for meget støj om aftenen/natten Mikroskopisk pool med 3 liggestole. Mørke/dystre og “fugtige” værelser. Nærmest ikke-eksisterende morgenmad. Usandsynlig dårlig service i receptionen. Den mandlige receptionist med briller er muligvis den mindst servicemindede mexicaner jeg nogensinde har mødt. Uanset hvad man forsøgte at kommunikere til ham, var svaret “no inglés” Vi glemte et par Gucci sko da vi tjekkede ud, og ved første henvendelse kendte de intet til det. Først da jeg skrev “bestemt” tilbage, dukkede de op. Vi tjekkede ud 4 dage før planlagt. Omgivelserne gør, at det kunne være en lille perle, men det er det langt fra.

Quando siamo arrivate la receptionist non ci ha portato direttamente alla camera ma abbiamo dovuto trovarla da sole e non è stato proprio così facile. Il bagno era un po piccolo ler 4 persone.

Muchas cosas por mejorar, la atención al cliente muy mala solo rescato el servicio de Omar Lazcano, los otros dos de recepción muy groseros… me molestó mucho el tema que no tienen servicio de ventas de comida o bebidas, tocaba todo salir a comprarlo afuera, las escaleras para el tercer piso muy peligrosas solicité me dejaron en primer piso por mi hija pequeñita y no les dio la gana, nunca había tenido tan mala experiencia con un hotel en varios ámbitos por eso me dio tanto inconformismo dejé una carta de reclamacion en la recepción ojalá la hubieran entregado los de recepción.
• dlopezpl (1/5): - La ubicación. Aunque está frente a bares muy ruidosos toda la noche, pero está cerca de todo. La habitación es grande y el baño es ínfimo. Hay humedad, olor a cloacas, el personal hace mucho ruido muy temprano, y los bares de enfrente hasta muy tarde. Faltan toallas, para todo hay que esperar u ocuparse uno mismo. El agua caliente dura 2 minutos y ya se enfría. Un desastre de calidad y servicio

• Emma (10/5): Es un hotel espectacular, sin dudas se lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que quiera ir a PDC - Lo lindo que es el hotel, su ubicación y su limpieza Que andaba muy mal el wifi, pero me lo solucionaron brindándome un módem para mi habitación.

• Myriam (8/5): Hotel en una pequeña selva verde - Lo mejor del alojamiento fue Omar, el recepcionista que nos ayudo con los tours, y las recomendaciones para ir a cenar. Mosquiteras rotas en la habitacion. Falta de mosquitera en la ventana del baño. Los cojines de las hamacas de la piscina estaban siempre sucios.
• MELANIE (4/5): Catastrophique - Nous n'avons rien aimé la bas a part la dame de la reception ainsi qu'un monsieur. L'hôtel ne représente pas la réalité sur les photos. Chambre triste, tres peu de lumiere, salle de bain presque vétuste de la rouille dans le lavabo. Fenêtre dans la chambre qui donne sur le patio extérieur qui donne sur la rue musique a fond jusqu’a 3h du matin impossible de fermer l'œil pendant tout le séjour. Aucune aide pour nos valises, pour monter au 3 ème étages.. pas d'ascenseur. L'hôtel ne représente absolument pas un 3 étoiles. La suite est encore plus catastrophique.. coupure d'électricité des notre premier réveil dans l'hôtel impossible de charger les téléphones, pas de connexion wifi nous n'avons pas pu Booker nos excursions. Petit déjeuners soit disant compris : yaourt, céréales, quelques fruits toujours les mêmes.. et un jus. Ne vous attendez a rien de plus. Toute est en supplément.. également les serviettes pour la piscine et la plage a 50 pesos la journee. Malgré le désagrément de l'électricité. Nous avons donc contacte booking pour fuir cet hôtel. Qui nous a laisser sans solution car l'hôtel ne répondait pas a leur messages. Le manageur de l'hôtel est un voleur !! Il a meme osé me dire en pleine face qu'il n'était pas le manageur pour ne pas avoir a gérer le problème. En résumé a FUIR !!!

• Elsa (9/5): Super - Parking très pratique, emplacement au calme mais pas loin de la folie du centre, on peut s y rendre à pied en 10 minutes On a adoré les produits de toilettes au miel, literie confortable, très jolie végétations et le calme La taille de la chambre etait bien pour 4 et nous avons aimé les assises presentes dans la chambre. Le petit salon d extérieur Pas beaucoup de Rangement dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre
• Claudia (10/5): Es un sitio muy central y muy agradable para el alojamiento si quieres un buen lugar para tu estancia y cerca de todo te - El hotel muy bonito muy cómodo y muy económico, la gente muy amable y dispuesta, felicito a los trabajadores Feliciana y Omar excelentes personas y muy pendientes en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia La hora de ingreso y la hora de salida 😜

• sebastian hernandez (8/5): Un lindo hotel para conocer y pasear por quintana roo - La Cordialidad del personal es un punto destacable. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Esta cerca de la quinta avenida, cerca de las dos terminales ADO a traves de las cuales podes ir a cualquier lado y es una zona que se puede andar tranquilamente. A una cuadra del hotel hay un bolichito que pone musica tan fuerte que a la noche suele incomodar para las personas que necesitan silencio total. Por otro lado la señal de wi-fi en la habitación no es del todo buena

Indica que tiene parqueo, pero solo para 12 vehículos máximo, y tiene mas.de 100 habitaciones y si sale de tarde noche con el vehículo no queda espacio y debe ver donde lo deja. Al igual cuenta con 4 pisos y no tiene ascensor, por lo que tiene que subir y bajar maletas en gradas.

• German Alejandro (8/5): - El personal del hotel lo mejor. Bien ubicado. Limpio siempre. La piscina agradable. Muy ruidoso el hotel y los alrededores. El wifi muy malo.
• Sebastian (6/5): Viel zu laut! - Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Das Zentrum von Playa del Carmen ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig & das Frühstück war total ausreichend. Der Parkplatz im Hinterhof war super und sicher! Leider war es nachts unglaublich laut durch umliegende Partys. Wir hatten extra ein Hotel gewählt, welches ein paar Straßen von der Quinta Avenida entfernt ist. Wir mussten nachts mit Kopfhörern schlafen, da sonst nicht an Schlaf zu denken war. Handtücher für den Strand oder Pool musste man kostenpflichtig ausleihen und dies ging komischerweise nur mit Bargeld, obwohl das Hotel offensichtlich ein Kartenlesegerät hatte!

Un verre déjà fêlé cassé facturé 5euros...

• CARLO (10/5): Excelente hotel y bonito - Muy bonito hotel :) En ocasiones mucho ruido alrrededor pero de ahi en fuera, todos muy amables
• María (8/5): - El hotel muy lindo, limpio, bien ubicado, los chicos de recepción muy atentos y con la Mejor disposición especialmente Óscar. Estacionamiento disponible. La señal de wifi es muy mala pero nos facilitaron un modem y solucionamos el problema. Hay algunos bares cerca y es extremadamente ruidoso, Todas las noches tuvimos músicas diferentes alto mismo tiempo a un volumen muy alto. No es culpa del hotel pero es molesto.
